Extremely professional gentlemen.

This was my second time using them, and they still deliver impeccable service. Last time was a small move, but this time I had to shift my entire two-story home. The movers came with a big truck, well-stocked with supplies, and a plan to tackle each level of my house one at a time. They helped me repack a couple of fragile boxes I hadn’t sealed well. The entire day was a whirlwind, but they kept everything organized. By evening, I was settled into my new place without any drama. Kudos to them for consistently great work.

Great Customers Services!

I relocated from one state to another with a full kitchen setup and some oddly-shaped furniture. I watched the movers carefully plan out the truck load so everything would travel securely. It was obvious they knew how to handle a long drive. The delivery was on time, nothing was damaged, and I felt confident the entire way. It was the smoothest move I’ve had so far.

Great service from start to finish

I moved from NJ to gorgia and AMEX came go help me to move. They guys came rigth on time started wrapped all the furniture to prefection. Very proffesional and friendly team.

Delivery came 4 days later and the guys set up everything wgere we wanted it. Moving is very stressful but those guys made it stress free move. I must say that Juan and his team did an AMAZING job and i will definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a great company.

Amazing service

Excellent crew, efficient and very careful. A smooth move is the best thing to relieve the stress moving and that’s what they do. Punctual, efficient, polite and carful with our belongings. Couldn’t ask for more. They did all that I asked for. They even fixed a doorknob for me at my old place which I was obviously going to be charged for from my old tenant ????

Terrible service

Amex moved us from NJ to NC. Worst moving experience we ever had. They came a day later than the move was scheduled for. On the day of the move they break the news to us that it could take up to 14 days to get delivery. The cost of the move doubled the day of the move. They only sent 3 guys to pack a 5400 square foot house so it was incredibly slow. I actually had to help carry boxes otherwise, the move would have gone into another day. Once the truck is loaded, they make you sign papers saying you waive insurance for your belongings. They don’t move the truck until you waive insurance. The day before delivery they told us we may need a “shadow” truck which would be another $4000.

The business person is rude. You have to pretty much beg her for information. I called to ask her when the truck would arrive at the new house and she told me “she can’t call the truck driver and bother him because he would get mad.” I explained that they were all working for me and without me, no one was getting paid.

Painful, stressful experience. Do yourself a favor….DO NOT use Amex.

Smooth moving experience

I used Amex moving to move my moving from the east coast to the west coast .

They were professional ,on time they delivered my belongings in the schedule deadline .

I highly recommended them from beginning to end no issues what so ever. Very nice and professional people. Henry and is team are top- notch.I was stress free and knew I chose the best company to do my move.

Poor estimate and poor communication

Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

What really stood out was how organized and punctual they were. The crew didn’t hesitate or take any shortcuts. They packed things well and even checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated the respect they showed for my time and belongings.

They helped us do our move quickly

My bedroom floor was covered in heavy bags that I couldn't lift after my back injury. This crew came in and took over the whole process while I just watched. They carried everything out to the truck and made sure I didn't have to strain myself at all. It was a huge help for my recovery. I felt much better knowing the heavy work was being handled by professionals.

I strongly recommend their services.

Moving out of my apartment was surprisingly fast with this crew. They called ahead to let me know they were close, then started hauling the heavy dresser and kitchen bins as soon as they parked. They navigated the narrow hallway without scuffing the walls once. At the new house, they stayed until the last lamp was inside and even helped me line up the sofa. It was a very solid experience right from the beginning.
