A bunch of liars and thieves. I was told I would have a personal coordinator Heather. She disappeared after being so happy and kind to take my money. After they had my money I never heard from them. They told me a truck broke down and needed to move my date. I called back to confirm the time and date but every time I called I was given an excuse that no one was available. I messaged my “personal coordinator” to ask if she can confirm the changes and she just wrote “okay”. I wish I could show you how nice her texts were over the weekend when taking money from me. I started to read reviews of the same exact thing happening to others and I started to get a weird feeling. Im currently in the process of attempting to get my money back because what I was told on the phone is not what I was given! This is a SCAM. Don't even bother. I wont quit until I get my money back. Even if its only a portion. Im extremely happy I didn't give these people my personal belongings.

Let mebegin by saying that within the past 20+ years my family has moved our 5 bedroom house five times. I have experienced good moves and bad moves, but this was the worst ever.

Since this company packed up my belongings and took them to their storage facility, they have not returned my numerous phone calls or emails. I am beginning to think that I have been the victim of a crime or scam.

The packing and moving was a terrible experience:

1. The communication regarding the arrival date and times for the crew was extremely confusing, and their story was constantly changing. The first day they showed up at 5pm and worked for4 hours. The second day they arrived at noon which resulted in their working until after midnight.

2. Because the crew was under-staffed, fatigued and under pressure, they were careless and broke a dresser leg, lamp shade, etc., and banged up walls and doors (they admitted to being awake for over 24 hours)

3. They did not bring any boxes to pack all of our art pieces, and could not properly pack them (the foreman repeatedly apologized for being so unprepared)

4. They ran out of blankets and had not finished packing up our fine dining room furniture and other pieces of furniture. As a result, many pieces of fine furniture we’re just wrapped in plastic

5. We were not given a detailed inventory of our belongings

One of our biggest frustrations and disappointments is that Megan, our customer rep dropped the ball on us. After assuring us that she would be the only person we would be dealing with, and would be there for us on move day if any issues arose, she would not take my calls not return them or my emails. If she was out of the office, why didn't somebody else take over for her? And why will nobody ever return our calls??

Now they have $11,000 of my money and all of our belongings. What are we supposed to do when we are ready for delivery but they won't even return my calls?? Do they intend to return my belongings to me??

The bottom line is that we want assurance that our belongings are being properly stored, that they will be responsive when we are are ready for delivery, and that the company will do a much better job than they did when they packed and carried it to storage.

I researched movers for my son who was moving his family from San Diego, CA to Centerton, AR. I ended up recommending Always Moving, Inc. due to our sales rep, David, telling me we needn't worry about pickup or delivery times. He explained that their average time for delivery is 5-7 days and only RARELY would it take longer. I explained that they were moving with 3 kids & it would have to be delivered in a timely manner....no worries according to David. This is what sealed the deal and I recommended them to my son who signed the contract. The pickup was October 27, 2020 and delivery was December 26, 2020 so this was a total lie (one of many). When it wasn't delivered by November 10, I called David who put me on hold for 23 minutes and then the line went dead. I called him back and he told me there was currently a truck picking up loads in California and ours would be on the truck...another lie. Customer service told me there hadn't been a truck picking up loads and they didn't know when there would be one available. They ended up listening to David's recorded calls and admitted to me that he lies to all of his customers and they were quite apologetic at that point...even offering a discount/refund for these issues. At this point, I wanted to know where the load was being stored because waiting indefinitely was not going to work. I was prepared to hire another mover or go get it myself in a Haul...but they would NOT tell us the storage location. Once the load was finally on the way, the dispatcher called to let us know the driver would have to receive the balance due before unloading. I expected this but called to ask about the promised discount. The initial deposit was made with a credit card and the remainder was paid in cash at pickup and before delivery. I wanted to know why we were paying in advance for a discount we were supposed to be receiving. It's not like this was a damage claim. The dispatcher assured me it had to be paid in full first and a claim submitted later to recoup any Late Days and to receive the discount. The claim was submitted on January 27, 2021 and we've heard NOTHING...no one will answer or return our calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It's very unprofessional and dishonest and there's no follow through/up at all...just a bunch of empty promises that they can't or won't keep. Complete and total waste of money.

Our things were loaded into a truck in Nov 2020. We waited 69 days for our belongings. We could never get answers. Customer service is horrid. They lost a leg of an antique table, broke the leg of an antique buffet, broke a table top, broke the exercise bike and many other things were dented or finish worn off. I worked on a claim and they assured me it would be a high priority to handle our claim after our bad experience. That was in January. Still no word from them and now the phones are all out of service. No integrity. Never listen to the sales talk. Lied to us over and over.
