Well to make a long story very short we had reserved our move with a major van line that was more than double the price that we agreed to working with always moving. The only problem is since this is peak season and our move was in a “” priority they told us three days before that we can no longer be picked up on our schedule dates. They left no mess behind and we’re very careful walking through her home they all wore masks and gloves and we’re very aware of the hazards of touching items that were being shipped. The best part about working with them is that whenever you need to read somebody there’s only one number to call there’s no bouncing around.We found them very resourceful and they helped us with any websites to verify their identity and crosscheck any other company that we were considering even though we were not. We found working with always moving very simple. A lot of the other moving companies that called had a very intricate way of going about the move that was very hard to follow at times being first time movers. When we found out we had to move from my husband’s work we went online and did a basic Google search for moving companies that would service the route. We kept coming across a company called Allways moving and decided to give them a call. Without exclusively with them I don’t have a single regret about doing so. They were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very transparent. Even though we didn’t have the largest move per se they still treated us like we were the number one priority customer. There was never time we couldn’t get in contact with our sales rep or a sales manager that was on duty. Anybody who had picked up the phone new all the details about our move it was happy to help us adjust and make any changes necessary. In the end we didn’t end up paying more than we had to and even had our car shipped and picked up the same day as the movers.We are very happy that the movie is over and we now live in a safer part of the country and hopefully what is going on will pass so thank you and God bless.

Always was terrific in the handling of 2 very stressed and worried people. This situation has forced us into an early retirement and put a lot of things into perspective. Went online and put in some basic information and instantly started to get calls. Some of the companies were way out of our budget and some were so low they simply just scared us away. Always moving sat safely in the middle and we’re by far the most friendly company we spoke to. We weren’t asking for much we just wanted our goods to arrive the same way they left and not be infected. They gave us a senior discount as well as a military discount and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way.
