DON'T DO IT. Their customer service (if you can even get them on the phone or to answer your voicemails/emails) is awful and not helpful. They never told me when my stuff was picked up even though they said they would. I was completely in the dark until only the day before they told me my stuff would be delivered. My stuff showed up way past the "30 day window" their contract promises. They are unclear and antiquated in every way they deal with payments. They showed up super late the day they were originally going to pick my stuff up and so we had to reschedule. I tried calling them multiple times that day when they weren't showing up when they said they would. They then charged me $300 even though THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP AND WERE LATE. They are rude and condescending in all communications. I had to track and record every conversation with them in preparation for them just never delivering my stuff. When the salesperson sold me the job they completely fooled me into thinking that my stuff would be delivered on time. I filed with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even respond to that either. Tragic experience and companies run this poorly should be held accountable- don't give them your $ I promise you'll regret it if you do

This review is my personal experience. It was not requested nor wanted. We were financially, mentally and emotionally, raped and otherwise taken advantage of by this company, in fact, in order to provide this review.

Main Russian guy in Washington state was doing cocaine in my bathroom as he moved things out! Never took off his sunglasses inside the house on a cloudy day. Argued with workers in front of us swearing and refused to pay them! Finally paid them LESS than what they hired on for, $120 each for four hours and left with $90 each! How Rude! They were hired off Google and honestly were far more professional than he was. He was rude to me, my son and husband, not to mention the workers. Spoke Russian so we did not know what was being said. He watched my antique French Country bed frame fall on the ground and did nothing. Refused to let me read paperwork I was signing and then changed desired delivery date afterward! Instructed workers not to pack things tightly, so he could charge us for more space. And they did. The workers were packing well until he told them to unpack and so it more loosely. I actually witnessed this.

MANY special items broken. Items that cannot be replaced as they were my moms and she is now gone. Dresser of all things, had feet broken off, multiple chairs broken - legs broken off and seat backs broken, a 60-year-old rocking chair my mom rocked me in was destroyed, smashed boxes and contents demolished.

We were lied to and furniture held for ransom at a higher expense for TWO MONTHS! Dates were changed, nothing was done as was explained. Their hired office help is well-versed in scripting and uses it well. I know a liar when I hear one. Vanessa was as good as they come.

The driver and Corpus Christi crew was amazing, however, my son had to actually move boxes also!

If you hear anything, hear this! Don’t use them. You’ll be sorry. The more you complain, the worse they make it on you. Very vindictive company. Zero positive business practices. Any positive review is likely paid or false. Absolutely nothing is exaggerated here. The truth is the truth no matter if you speak Russian or English. I will likely be retaliated against for being honest. I had an exacerbation of my MS because of their lies.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $13000

I hired Alltrust Movers to move my family from Chicago to San Francisco. We were promised open communication from the sales rep. Could never get in contact with him after signing agreement. Before the moving date we were supposed to do a final inventory call to determine any changes in boxes and estimated space. An appointment was made but I never received a call and my call was not returned. They arrived a day earlier with less than an hour's notice. This resulted in an additional $1700 for extra space on the truck. Upon arrival to San Francisco we were called on our delivery day and told our stuff would not be delivered for another week. We slept on the floor for a week while my things sat in their warehouse for a week. When they finally delivered, they were missing the legs to my dining room table (belonging to my deceased Grandmother) which they located and said they would drop off. It has been 2 weeks of calls and messages and nothing. Poor service and horrible business practices.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6674

Beware. Their real reviews are on BBB.org. I had to move from PA to Texas. They were very cooperative till I gave them money. The minute they got the money they stopped taking calls and started showing their true colors. They would not give me any specific date of pick up or delivery. I did not know in USA people can be so rude and unprofessional. When I paid them they said they dont take credit card and so like an idiot I paid them through debit card. I did not know that if you pay through debit card you can not dispute it. I could not trust them as they gave me all indications of a bad service so I decided to not take their services. When I asked for money they said you can only cancel with 21 days. So when you ask for a pick up and delivery date they can get away by saying we will let you know a date when we can pick up your stuff? Really? Movers decide a date of pick up? Can any company do that to its customers? Is that what USA has come to??

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3200

If you want to pick a moving company trustworthy enough to move your 75 year-old mom, learn from my mistake and never use Alltrust for the following reasons. 1) Bait and Switch: Estimate was $7,950 and actual $16,642. Estimated cubic feet by multiple movers including Alltrust was around 1,350 but changed to 1,951 when we got the final bill at 11:15 at night. 2) Bait and Switch With a Hint of Extortion: At 8:00 PM - 6 1/2 hours into the moving process & with 70% of the items already in the truck - we were told we had to do a "Full pack" which increased our "Partial Pack" fees by $2,940. Didn't have much of a choice at that point but to pay it. 3) Negligence and/or theft: Many items were missing or broken. They arrived at my mom's new home at 6:15 at night in the dark in a senior community. My brother needed to help them unload the truck because it would have been impossible for them to unload without his assistance. Multiple items were noted as broken and a follow up call was provided to the company for missing items. Examples: China set dropped off truck, table for dining room broken, shelving for bookshelves missing, many sentimental art pieces, books and pictures were completely lost. We estimated that there was at least $5000 in damaged goods or "lost" items from the move. This excludes any cost one may apply a sentimental value to. 4) Lack of Reasonable Resolution: The company has offered a whopping $30 settlement fee for the damaged/missing items and no refund on the exorbitant charges incurred for packing and supposedly storing (x 3 months) items that they lost.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $16642

I had a local move in Miami. I confirmed my move time 3x over the week. When the movers did not show I called and could not get a hold of customer service. They finally sent 2 men and I was forced to pay additional time for the elevator reservation. 2 men took 6 hours to move a half empty 1 bedroom apartment, they tried to charge me for several boxes when I had asked for 1 box for a TV. They chose to take a 1.5 hour break when moving the items from point A to B, which I was charged additional time for. Furthermore upon arrival they refused to unload the truck unless I paid for all the time plus 2 additional hours - this was not in the contract and I was never told. The drivers said they would refund us the lunch time. We had friends come help unload, it took 30m to have 4 people unload the truck. They took an additional 1.5 hours to rebuild 1 king bed and 1 dining table. Upon completion they never refunded us the break time and supervisor was extremely nasty. Worst experience.

This company is terrible I have yet to receive my things and it has been 10 days. The proceed to lie to you and to not give you any details regarding your things and they are extremely unprofessional. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. You will never know what is going on they will not tell you anything you can only speak to customer service and dispatch does not communicate with them at all regarding anything going on. Save your hard earned money and do not give it to this unorganized, disrespectful, conniving, scam of a company. My things were picked up a day early because they were in the area and didn't want to do it on the contracted date. I have now been without cookware, a bed, a dresser, majority of my clothing, for days on end with no estimate of when it is going to get to the destination. Nothing about the duration was explained to me over the phone it was GUARANTEED to be here and it is not. Anyone who used them long distance and had a great experience is lucky because this is a HOT MESS

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4200

There's no other way to put it: our move with AllTrust left us feeling lied to, taken advantage of and left in the dark. After this experience I wouldn't trust AllTrust Moving and Storage to move a bag of kitty litter across the street. We were repeatedly sold a quick, no hassle move at a fair price with no outside contractors or third party involvement. None of that was true for our move. We were misled and left in the dark at every turn. Our movers showed up more than a day late to load with little communication from AllTrust. At no point did I observe an actual AllTrust employee or truck handling our items. One of the guys who showed up to load even told me he had been hired that day off of Craigslist! The crew that delivered our items showed up 2.5 days later than AllTrust originally promised. They drove a rented Budget truck and wore shirts from a moving company that I had never heard of. Both men that comprised the delivery crew were surly, combative and confrontational. At one point they went as far as threatening to leave with our money and our items when I had the audacity to insist on checking off the tag numbers to make sure we got all of our items. They did such a poor, half-assed job assembling furniture that I eventually just asked them to leave my house sometime after midnight. When I asked about missing parts for a bed and legs for a sofa the answer was shrugs and a flippant "Check your boxes."

Besides being misled about the timeline and lied to about how our items would be handled, after we paid our deposit the price with AllTrust just kept going up and up. Our original estimate was just under $5000 to move our two bedroom apartment 250 miles. They called two days before our scheduled pickup day for a more detailed review of our items at which point the price ballooned to $7200. Ok, fine, we had a bit more than originally estimated but a nearly 50% price increase seemed a little steep. But we went with it because of the promise of a single truck, quick move and we didn't want to lose our deposit. When the crew actually showed up to load, the driver's new and binding estimate was now $8200! A thousand dollar increase(!) including $650 for "packing and supplies"! When I showed him the contract with AllTrust that had $114 for packing and supplies the driver just shook his head and said "Not enough. $650". Now, this is where they really have you held hostage. Don't like the new price? The driver and crew leave, AllTrust calls it a customer cancellation, keeps your deposit and leaves you to figure out how to move your stuff. I will never do business with this company again and I hope this cautionary tale convinces others to stay far FAR away.

I spoke with Nick Jonas for 1.5 h to plan our move from VA to GA. I ended up booking with this company 2/11/21 for a move that was planned for J6/23/2021. By May, I had not had any follow up so I decided to reach out to the company to confirm. I emailed 3x, called Nick Jonas, who the new CSV rep, Vanessa, assured me our move was scheduled and that Nick no longer worked at the company. My emails just went unanswered. I asked when I would hear from someone to do my inventory they said they do that 5-7 business days before the move. So I waited until 2 weeks before the moved and called again. This time Vanessa assured me that we were scheduled. Next we are about 6 days out form our move I call and finally get speak with Tina to do our inventory. I told Tina that since I had be waiting anxiously, I decided to look at their reviews and I was a bit nervous about using them now that I read their reviews. Tina told me that " anyone can write a review" and that " usually its the unhappy ones". We talked about this and I reasonably agreed. I realized that I could not cancel on Alltrust or I would lose our2k$ deposit. I also realized I could not pay the movers by cc it had to be cash/money order. We had a 10,000$ move scheduled. Well Tina talks me through all this I was left feeling I had no other option but to hope and pray the movers showed up. We had to be out of our house by 6/25. They were scheduled to do a " full service white glove pack". But I got off the phone with Tina after giving her over 700$ more because our move est went from 7k to over 10k after doing inventory. I again felt like I had no other option. If I canceled on Alltrust they got to keep my 2k deposit. We had on our reservation June 23rd OR the 24th. Tina just last week told me she had talked to dispatch, they had a truck and were planning on the 23rd. On the 22nd I get a call from Vanessa, who says the truck will be at our house between 12p-4p on June 23rd. I could do NOTHING but sit and wait. So June 23rd came. No one came. No one called. No one would answer the office number, I would call and it would go blank, my phone would look like it was on the phone with someone but you couldn't hear anything. I called and pleaded on voicemail. I sent emails and nothing. Finally,6/23 evening Vanessa called and said they would not make it and would be at house Thursday6/24 between 8-12 noon. I start calling the office at 8 am on 6/24. I called 17 times over the course of the morning and never once got someone in the office on the phone. I was FURIOUS. This is not what they advertise as stress free. The mover, Alex finally calls me around 1 pm and say they will be at my house around 4 pm June 24th. They had a 4 b 3 1/2ba house to "FULL WHITE GLOVE PACK". At this point do you think I had just sat there?!?! No I was packing my house up bit by bit thinking they would never show. I couldn't call another company because again our contract said June 23rd or June 24th. So technically I still could not cancel. Alex and " Tom" showed up at 4:30pm June 24th. We had to be out of our house June 25th. I was livid at the COMPANY. For their lack of communication. For them obviously avoiding my calls and not letting me know anything. Once I met Alex and " Tom" , and I only say " Tom" because I could not understand what his name was, they were two very polite, kind, hard working, immigrants who were amazing. I told Alex from the start of him showing up I would only communicate with him from there on out since the company would not answer any of my calls. I knew right away that Alex and Tom were not to blame. Alex and Tom were over worked and likely underpaid. If I could have paid them directly I would have. There were 2 other local movers that showed up to help. The young guy who was the " wrapper" left after 2 hours, said he had a family emergency. That left three movers to get our house on a truck. They stayed until 12:45 am that day. They did not fit a couch and our grill, that I paid for and had on inventory but I was so upset and honestly felt scammed by this company solely for their lack of communication that I just wanted it all to be over with. We ended up getting our belongings delivered Saturday June 26th. And I couldn't thank Alex and Tom enough. They unloaded our whole house alone, no one else showed up to help. Alex and Tom were wonderful. I only write this review to tell you the reviews are real. If you want a stress free move then do not use this company. Their lack of communication was the breaking point for me. They honestly were not overly friendly on the phone either. Nick Jonas was the front man and I was impressed with him, he was the sales guy but after that it was down hill. I have never been so disgusted by a company. Alex and Tom deserve 5 stars but the business should close and Alex and Tom start their own! It was the most expensive mistake I've ever made but my stuff arrived and in perfect shape. Thank you Alex and Tom.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10400

This company agreed to an initial date to pick up my son and daughter-in-law’s (and 3 small children) household goods and then at the last minute moved the date up 3 days. This was accommodated; the company then stored their belongings for 6 weeks although they’d initially stated “3 to 12 days after the requested date of delivery “. When contacted over the last 6 weeks, they would say “it’s not a popular route for delivery”.

They delivered a fraction of boxes, and one dresser. They told my son to consider the rest a loss and to file a complaint. Our son and daughter-in-law

had their lawyer call them and he was told the same thing. The movers would not come inside for hours because they claim they had not been paid. As of right now they have been paid over $9000!

The people who brought the boxes (not affiliated with Alltrust) said that there was another truck there with our stuff on it! Alltrust moving claims to not know where our stuff is and just to file a claim.

Absolutely do NOT use this company.
