A massive thank you to the team

The guys who turned up to do the moving were working really hard, non-stop to make sure the move happened on time, made light work of the lifting even though we were first floor to second floor flat! The team was extremely helpful and always available and extremely efficient. Boxes were delivered a day before packing for valuables, packing was excellent and removals team on the day were on time and completed the move with no breakages or marks on our newly painted walls. I would highly recommend Alltrust Movers to my friends and family and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Recommend this company and this crew!

Two movers from Alltrust Movers helped me move this past weekend. They do a good job communicating to schedule your move which is nice. I liked that they didn't have any fees and felt they charged a fair price. They were also on time! Mark, and Frank were fast workers and took great care of all my belongings. They did a great job wrapping everything and moving it all quickly.

Excellent movers!

We moved a couple of weeks ago and they were exceptional and made a very stressful time very easy for our family. We were given an estimate with price and time and they did exactly what they said. We had three movers and two trucks.They wrapped up everything, carefully moved everything and didn't leave a trace of anything behind. I highly recommend them for price, efficiency and quality.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Upon first meeting with Alltrust about moving my belongings from OH to CA, they gave a flat packing fee of $971. On the day of packing, they showed up 9 HOURS LATE (!!). They estimated it could be packed in 6 hours, but it took them 12, and bc they brought such a small truck, there were over $5,000 of goods that I was forced to give away on the morning of my move. They quoted a fuel surcharge for the trip as $509, but upon arrival charged $627 (20% increase for same distance). Total move was quoted at $7,748, yet after packing all my stuff, they wanted over $13,000 (!!). After arguing for a while, I finally got them down to $10,500.

I was promised delivery in 15 days, but to no surprise, it took 29 days to arrive with little to no communication or explanation from the company. To add to this, it was clear upon arrival that my items had been handled extremely carelessly throughout the trip. I specifically paid to purchase a number of standing hanging dresser boxes for my suits/shirts, only to discover all of my suits to be shoved into a pile at the bottom under 30 pairs of shoes. This is just one example, but including plates, picture frames, glass frames, bedding, etc., they broke more things than can be named.

Whatever you do, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Alltrust Movers is the best company for moving

My aunt wanted their services and i helped her out in that. She was very keen and concerned about her stuff as she is 65 in age. But i am happy how they took care of her things. She counted every box and made a movie clip too just for security concerns. After they off load she check everything and was very happy. Great company - professional and well done Alltrust Movers and the team. I read some of the negative reviews on here but it didn't bother me as there are people who spread hate.

Thank you for taking our stress away

I was a little hesitant about using movers as I wanted to save but decided that it was just too much to take on by myself. I knew I had to good movers and Alltrust Movers seemed to fit the bill. I took the risk and hired them. The price is not that bad compared to other places. We had 3 guys to help us Anthony, Mark, and Ryan. They did a really good job. We are so happy that we got them. I highly recommend this company.

Now that what I call good customer service!

From start to finish the experience was great and they were very responsible. All the movers were very careful with our office furniture. James was especially helpful. He was the go-to person for anything we needed to make it right. We told him about it and he had his crew re-lift out the steel filing cabinets and rearrange to make sure everything fit snug.

When Cameron and his team showed up for our local move I knew they were ready for business and we were in exceptional hands. Fast, efficient but most of all smart in what they did and how they did it. Before I had a chance to finish packing they were off to the races and getting stuff done. They did a great job for me

I only needed several items moved, plus I wanted some items at my place rearranged. Plus the cost was much more reasonable than what several other moving firms wanted If you have a smaller job like mine that's a minimum of 3 hours, you won't find a better price or better movers. There's no need to contact the other moving companies, just contact Alltrust Movers.

I will be using them again for next time!

I was recommended Alltrust Movers by a friend who told me that they were excellent, and superb moves did not disappointment. They arrived on time and within 40 minutes my one bed flat was empty!! they took extremely good care of my belongings and seemed to be super humanly strong. My stuff needed to go in storage and superb moves were extremely conscientious ensuring it went to the right place. Finally I was very impressed with how they transported my bed and mattress.

I recommend them every time

Alltrust Movers were great and made what is often a stressful day easy and relaxed. They are no-nonsense, hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. We made several stop offs and pickups and Kevin organized it all beautifully. We didn’t' use the service but they can also pack up which I think would have been a good idea looking back as I am sure they would have packed much more efficiently than us!

Our movers just left and it couldn't have been a better experience! Nick and Shawn showed up at the scheduled time, were really friendly and got right to work hauling our heavy boxes and furniture. Prompt, Professional and Affordable! Moving is never fun and often a bit stressful though Alltrust Movers took a big burden off my back literally and figuratively with their fast, careful and courteous service. The team assessed the furniture & boxes and loaded my trailer with expertise ensuring my household goods where wrapped up in moving blankets and plastic wrap, secured items with straps all in an organized manner. Lost furniture - Scam

This company lied to my daughter and her husband. My son-in-law is military being deployed in a few days and has been forced to buy back everything he is required to have before deployment. Which is not cheap. My daughter and there 8 month old baby is sitting in their new home with no furniture and a suitcase of clothes. The dispatch lied repeatedly about the delivery date and continues to change the date of delivery saying now it will be another 30 days, when ask where the furniture is so we can fly back and rent a Uhaul to move it ourselves across country, they can’t tell us. They have either lost, stolen or destroyed everything these two young people own and they are very cold about it but will not tell the truth. On top of all this theyarebeing charged over $10,000. This is a bunch of moving thieves.

Incredible help. I employed them for an office move. The team was extraordinarily quick and effective. Their statement was precise and they really wound up moving faster than expected so we set aside some cash there. They were likewise ready to some extent dismantle and reassemble a portion of our work areas which held us back from recruiting another person to do this. Energetically suggest this group for your best course of action.

Scam

Dont use them they are a scam. To keep this short they showed up on pick up with no help and charged an additional 6,000$ after i had given them an accurate count. Show up 2 months late to delivery with no help to unload so my husband and son had to unload. Icing on the top was the strangers coming all night since they advertised on Craigslist for help to unload truck. Save yourself frustration use someone else

We Have Been Waiting For Our Stuff Over Two and A Half Months!

This mover picked up our stuff on July 5 for our move from California to Arizona. Since that day we have been waiting for delivery.

I know it is hard to believe, but we've been waiting over two and a half months for our stuff from a neighboring state. The seasons are starting to change, my child is in school, and we purely NEED our things to get through daily life. I never imagined that this would happen.

A customer service representative has been trying to help us, but there are always no updates. The representative told us that only the local operator decides the shipping process and that representative can only inform them to push forward with the shipment.

We understand this COVID-19 circumstance and the drastic increase in the number of people moving from California to other states. But then, what is the point of that company's system? Even with all these delays, they can't even put a priority to help customers in need like this. As you can read, we are very disturbed and disappointed.

Honestly, I'm not even sure if our stuff will be delivered anymore, but if this review reaches the company, please ship our package immediately! Also, if you are about to sign up with this company, We recommend that you do your research, check out recent reviews, and the FMCSA site: https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/

Moving is stressful enough, and if you have to deal with the problem we have, it is just terrible. I hope that no other customers or families will have to go through what we are experiencing.

I had a move that was a few hundred miles, and I had to move a bunch of stuff.The team that came showed up came on time as expected. They didn’t waste time and managed to get everything done quickly. I don’t have the most expensive furniture but I’m glad they took care of it.

They are polite, knowledgeable and always delighted to support me in my many questions. Before the transfer, I was told that they really cared about the transition and they worked so hard. The sales representative was great in the workplace and the crew was fantastic. They reached 30 minutes early and did work without stopping until the job was finished. The move was very quick and professional

Crew arrived on time and everything was loaded and unloaded without delay. Getting free plastic boxes with the move helped with much of the packing stress. Also pointing out that everything arrived in one piece with no damage to any of our furniture as things were handled with care.
