Today I'm writing review to warn people about this company (aka: Alltrust Movers). I'm an unhappy customer for Job Number B7316053. This company has no respect for date/time, they won’t honor their confirmation pickup date, they’re not good at communications and worse of all they’re not honest on their quote and price. Why? When I scheduled the pickup day on May 28th which is a specific request and booked one month in advance and they quoted me very low and rushed me through sign the initial payment then after that they won’t communicate with me at all. The reason my request specific on May 28th because I was using the Memorial holidays weekend to move, my house was sold, and the new owner will take possession of the house on May 29th. I’m very careful by email them in advance to check for pickup date and I got email confirmation for the pickup date on May 28th. However, they’re trying to pick up earlier on May 23rd because they probably have an empty truck that they don’t want to waste and I replied back NO because my schedule is on May 28th and I can't do it earlier due to I must work until May 27th. On May 28th they didn't show up for pick up, no dispatch available and when I called customer service their response was unacceptable. They said that their team tried to contact me and not getting a response for confirmation on the pickup date. I have proof of both email and text for confirmation, and they didn’t have anything because they didn’t leave any message or sent any email. Due to the new owner taking possession of the house on May 29th and they didn't showing up on May 28th caused me a lot of troubles so I had to hire a local moving company to disassemble all my furniture and move all my boxes to the garage and I have to let my realtor agent represented me because I’m no longer at the pickup location. The new owner was nice enough to let me storage in the garage as a temporary resolution until they come and picks up on June 3rd. Overall, the disappointment is not ending yet because I’m not getting my belongings until today June 28th which is more than 3 weeks away from their pickup date. Also, their ending cost added 1/3 more than original quoted priced and I must accept it because they strong arm me and put me in the position where I can’t argue, or they won’t give me my belongings. I wrote complains to their resolution manager, but I don’t think it does matter because I’m not getting any response back. It’s lucky that the minimum rating is 1 star. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give them any star for this kind of services. BE WARNED people and DO NOT USE this company. Agreed, that moving is a one-time thing but as customers we deserve better. They’re not professional and not honest so they DO NOT deserve our businesses. Spread the words.

All these positive reviews are fake. But seriously, I don't know who they pay or if Vanessa (customer rep) just writes them all.

Avoid this company at all costs, seriously! It has been 4 MONTHS since our items were picked up on 6/21 in San Francisco and our items have still not been delivered to Virginia and Alltrust continues to provide ZERO timeframe for a delivery date. We are now 68 days beyond our first date of delivery and no date. I call and email this company everyday and can not get a response from anyone on a delivery date. The Customer Rep Vanessa has refused to connect me with the Owner on multiple occasions, no one in sales picks up the phone. This has been a nightmare.

They are fully aware that we have been living with our 15 month old child out of 2 suitcases for 4 months now, without a crib, no baby clothing, no furniture, or any of our personal belongings. We are being forced to buy additional winter clothes to stay warm and have incurred significant unanticipated costs due to their delays. Our floors were damaged and admitted by their rep upon pickup (photos) and Alltrust has refused to compensate. They have tried to force additional charges that have required us to obtain permits that have now lapsed significantly that we are out of pocket for. They did not notify us of the day of pickup requiring us to move flights and travel arrangements.

We were quoted $8800 in our binding estimate from San Francisco to Northern Virginia that then became $15,567 once packed after they grossly underestimated our things and doubled the cost upon pickup. At this point we were essentially at ransom with flights literally the next morning.

This company has struck out at every step of the process and I truly have never experienced anything like this experience in my entire life. We received 2 notices of our date being pushed from 8/14 to 8/24 and then to 8/30 and then NOTHING. No date, just "we will let you know when we have an update". I have been and continue to be beyond unsatisfied with their ability to deliver and it has become an absolute joke. I have completely lost faith in them. This company never could deliver in the first place and I'm unfortunately thinking never will. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Go with literally anyone else. They have ACTUALLY offered me to come pick up my things back in CA as an option and drive them myself. Absolute scam of a company.

We hired All Trust Moving and Storage (Alltrust Moving) Company after quoting with different companies. We pay a deposit of $1,306 to hold the date and an additional $1,200 at the time of the pickup. Our first delivery date was July 30, 2021. We are on Sept 30, 2021, and we still haven't received our things. I call and they don't know anything, can't give me an ETA. They state that there are so many families relocating from CA to TX that they haven't been able to accommodate our stuff in a truck. When we hired them they did not tell us about this delay. They said that it would take 2 to 3 weeks at the most. Now we have to buy things that are in storage with the moving company, that we need in our new house. They haven't shown us any evidence of our belongings. They say that they are still in a warehouse located in CA, but they haven't sent us proof of its existence, and we have asked for it.

We want our stuff delivered as we contracted with them.

Almost all my furniture is now either dented, scratched or broken. My corning ware and Pyrex casserole dishes are all smashed to pieces, and they tried to hide the boxes under their supplies so I would not notice. Items were just randomly thrown into truck and contents all shifted during transit. No load bars of any type used to hold load in place. Not enough workers to load and unload. Should have been a two-day pack job but they were late and rushed it into a one-day pack. Gal in office made everything very difficult regarding payment. Very poor movers.

**** I do have all text, emails as proof. Unfilled delivery dates, incomplete paperwork (both Alltrust & ours copies), Paul changing his tone because he saw a review from BBB. One star is to much! Awful, from being blocked by Elle and Paul. To no communication. Paperwork not signed by ANYONE at Alltrust. Charged for our moving supplies. Quote $7K charged $13K after refusing to deliver our items. Paul only changed his attitude towards my husband when he saw they were reported to the BBB. These new reviews with 5 stars are fake profiles. Paul screamed at me claims he didnt. Elle has no back bone and blocks you when you demand answers. STAY AWAY!! Check the BBB where legit complaints are filed not fake reviews.
