The service for organizing the move was efficient. The price seemed attractive but when you put the added costs they are not that competitive. Their package broke many items and the more I kept going the more I found stoeln items. I can understand some breakage can happen but the worst is the stolen items: manyof them
The service in Portugal by Invictus was very good and the stealing did not happen in Portugal because I was there. I did not attend the move in DC, a friend of mine was there.
The insurance company they work with is not a company I want to do business with.
Caveat emptor.

I worked with Luis and he was more than great. He knows what he is doing, answered all my never-ending questions and found ways to save as much as possible.
The Staff who came to pack my move, my boxes were very thorough and professional. After care was professional too.
I had some problems when my boxes arrived to Barajas airport, but everything was taking care of after calling Luis, he even called back to make sure that problem were solved. Thank You Alliance moving Solutions.!

I used Alliance Moving Solutions to move from NYC to Berlin. Jane Huby and her team did a very good job from the very beginning coming before hand to have a look at all my stuff to the very end coordinating everything until the delivery of my stuff. The team led by Luis that came to pack and load everything was very friendly and efficient. My move was fast and only took 5 weeks by boat. I have had the chance to choose Alliance Moving for my move to Madrid and I have been, throughout the whole process, impressed by their professionalism. They have delivered an excellent level of service and were always available to respond to my questions. 
I quoted with many companies for my relocation and Alliance Moving was competitive without compromising on anything. Most important they was no surprise, I was able from day one to know exactly who would be my main point of contact and it appeared to be a great thing to organize properly the trip and be educated on the process.  I would surely use this company again in the future. .

I promised to give some feedback concerning my relocation back to the U.S. The quality of packing of the Turkish packers was excellent as nothing was broken. The Alliance Moving team helped me with the unpacking of the boxes and furniture set up in my new apartment. The permanent follow ups kept me updated on the development of the Import clearance process so which helped me a lot because I did not pay for any storage charges on my container which had me concerned. I will recommend my friends to use Alliance Moving Services .

Alliance Moving Solutions moved my belongings from NYC to Koln, Germany without a hitch. Professional and reliable moving company.
When I had any doubts or questions about anything related to my internationa move, I just gave them a call and their moving representative was always very helpful and knowledable.

I highly recomend Alliance Moving Solutions. My wife and I had a very good experience with them shipping household goods from Beacon - New York to our retirement home in Peru. Everything arrived on time with nothing damaged and nothing missing.

I especially appreciated their efficiency. The partner agent in Peru was also very efficient as they were able to deliver my good 3 days after the container arrived to the port.

We are very happy to recommend them to our friends out there.

We had our stuff picked up from Queens in January and now (midway through March) our shipment has not even been loaded onto a ship yet. But that's not the worst of it. Alliance's employees seem to be completely unwilling or unable to communicate with me. I have to practically beg them for information and then I'm told things that aren't even true. I don't even know how many different vessel names and departure dates I've been given at this point. I even demanded to work with another person than the one I started with and even now can't get a response to my questions.

There are plenty of other moving companies and I would suggest choosing anyone other than Alliance.
