Allegiance Moving and Storage LLC

I called this company to move me. BIG MISTAKE!!! They hired another lame ass company Cafefree Movers, Inc. who overcharged me by $2,000, damaged, destroyed, and stole my belongings. They offered me $153 for everything including the items they stole. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from these terrible companies. I'd also like to know how much they paid people to give a 5 star review because they are not even close to 5 stars. I wish I could give ZERO. I hate these people for what they did to me.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7900

There are no words to describe just how grateful and blessed my family and I were to of chosen Allegiance moving and storage for our move back in May. They were so understanding of our special circumstances and the movers were so patient with my wife who has disabilities. They were able to get us packed, loaded and delivered in the time frame we needed and now are fully unpacked and loving no more boxes around the house. Thank you again and would recommend them to anyone moving whether in the same state or to a different one.

I have used a lot of moving companies being the fact that not only did I grow up in a military family but I myself am in the military and I am shocked as towards why I have never used Allegiance moving and storage before. Not only did they know exactly what a military move required but asked me all the questions that I didn't even think to bring up. I was even given a discount for being a service member and have their number locked in for when I get relocated again.

With Allegiance movers, we couldn't have made a better choice. The staff was on time, worked swiftly, and it was clear that they understood what they were doing. It was interesting to see how they planned out a particular method for transporting all of our belongings from a pod to a high-rise structure. Unlike the team from another moving business that we had to employ lately, the movers were courteous and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a good job.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4523

I contacted Allegiance as my family was going through a difficult time and needed to move some items. My grandmother passed away and lived in California but my father lives in Oregon as well as my brother. We needed to move her belongings to Oregon and we contacted the company just to see how much the cost would be as my brother was the only one who could go there to pack and move everything. The move included a golf cart which the sales representative said would be no problem. He took a list of the items I had with an estimated number of boxes as we were unsure how many there would be. He assured me that he has greatly overestimated the space so there would be no big surprises on the day of the move. He then said there would be a three day window in which the move would occur and I told him it would be the last day because my brother would not arrive until the night before the window began. They then called to pick up the items on day 1 of the window between 8-10 am. Fortunately, they were able to change this and scheduled the move on the last day between 8-10 am. My brother worked tirelessly making sure everything was packed to the best of his ability. On the day of the move the movers did not show up until 2:00 pm leaving my brother waiting around all day. I had to start calling them as nobody contacted me to let me know they would be late. Minutes after arrival they told us they could not take the golf cart. I called customer service and we came to the conclusion they would not take the golf cart. The movers then told us the move would be double the cost quoted and when I brought this up with customer service they said it was because the furniture was nice and not from Ikea. I told them I wanted to cancel but they stated I could not cancel without losing the deposit and my options were then to pay the difference or leave all the remaining items behind. Mind you this is with an entire vehicle, the golf cart, removed from the inventory. They had a list of the items to be moved and did not even fit all of the furniture and included none of the boxes. At this point we were stuck with no options. I sent what would fit in the truck and had to rent a Uhaul to move the bulk of the items that were specifically on the quote. The movers that were there stated that this happens all the time and customers are always mad. After reviewing the BBB it seems this is a trend. If you get a quote you will end up paying double the price. If I would have known this I would have just rented a Uhaul in general and not gone with this unscrupulous company. Beware and think twice before choosing to do business with Allegiance. They will make you an offer to get you to put a deposit down and then extort more money knowing you have no other options on the day of a planned move.

I use the services of Allegiance moving and storage to transport three of my vehicles. I was surprised that they were able to pick up all three vehicles on the same day and deliver 2 Days Later. My vehicles are all safe and sound in the garage and I cannot be more copy for choosing them to facilitate my transport needs versus all the other calls I was getting that were nonstop and would not stop harassing me. They kept me calm and did not rush me into making any immediate decision and we're understanding of me trying to get other options.

From all the moving companies I looked into Allegiance moving and storage stood out for their services for military members. I typically move every 4-5 years and love the different places but not the part of packing and transporting my stuff. They were efficient and precise and ended up doing all the packing for me and I had my items in the time frame I needed to be able to get my new place ready. Thank you for taking all the headache of moving off my plate and making it a smooth transition, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone either service member or not.
