Do not use this mover. If they damage your home they will not do anything about it, even though they say they are bonded and insured. I was very encouraged by all the positive online reviews I read for All Force Movers. When I called for a quote, Bobby was incredibly professional, and was easy to talk to. Moving day came and the team arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. (Or so I thought).  The night of the move, after the team had left, I walked into my laundry room and discovered that when they moved the washer and dryer into the room that they had somehow knocked the protective foot off of one corner of the dryer and then slid the dryer across the linoleum ripping huge holes into the brand new flooring. (Our new home is new construction, and the floor was freshly installed two weeks prior to our move date, and we had done a walk through with the builder the morning before the move, so there's no doubt that the movers are the source of the damage.) I called Bobby and we discussed the issue and he assured me that it would be taken care of, but would I send him photos of the damage? I did so promptly and then heard nothing. Over the next two months we went round and round via email and phone until he stopped responding to me at all. He lied to me when he told me that he would take care of the issue, he lied to me when he made an appointment with me to come review the damage in person. I got estimates to have the flooring replaced and the cost was $800. I was nothing but kind and patient and understanding of the realities of running a small business, and in return I got a destroyed floor and no recourse short of filing a lawsuit against this company. .

I registered my 2 bedroom apartment to be moved by 3 movers at $89 per hr, Bobby commented that we had a lotcc of items. I grant although we had a 2 Bd rm apartment apt we had extra boxes but after we had reached 4 hrs into theb move Bobby said he had to leave my move prior to completing it and requested I go ahead and paid. I wasv uncomfortable with this because therecc wasn't an guarantee they would return to finish the contract but I paid him for the first 4 hrs at $400 which comes to $100 per hour and not the $89 an hour Agreeded upon, he even said thec rate wouldn't change even with the use of the 3rd mover and I didn't even get a receipt for my payment. It went through my mind what to stop them from returning as a matter of fact he said after he took care of the next move he would come back that night to finish me. I showed Good faith by paying and trusting him at his word and wouldn't you know it after Bobby got his payment he accused me of not being forcomted with him but said GOD told him to keep his word and finish the job I paid him for. They came back the next day and not when they promised but still didn't finish the move. Me and my child have been finishing up moving our things in my car, about 5 more trips and even got my upstairs neighbor fill up her Crossover with the rest and I'm disabled preventing me to lift anything heavy. It took the  movers 7 hrs and us 3 hrs after paying All Force $400 $40pre than Agreeded upon. It'sy advice to get your contract signed and nothing paid till it's fullfilled. I mean whoever heard of a mover leavingone job before finishing to go do another one then try to make me feel bad after I've held up my end, Bobby even said he should've charged me another $400 but it wasv him choosing Not to finish my job, Ib could've waited to paiy them until he was done though. Warning do not use this company. They totally broke contract by not delivering all my belongings and held in storage for months. Did not replace damaged items that they in fact broke which makes me believe they don't even have insurance. Tried to communicate via text and calls since I lived out of state but was ignored most of the time. This company just made promises that were not kept. I had to travel 8 hours one way to get the rest of my items and another 8 to get back home.A million and one excuses as to why the rest of my things were not delivered and promised throughout 4 months to get the rest of my items. Bad news. It was not expensive at first but not worth the extra time and extra cost to recover my items and fix the items that were damaged. terrible experience.

DO NOT CALL THEM!! Previously I gave them a great review because the actual move went very well. After discovering that a small piece needed to be repaired, it took them WEEKS to pick up the piece to get it repaired, since appointments were made and then broken with different excuses each time. After two weeks in repair, they made different appointments to deliver it to me, then never showed MANY times. Even after saying they were "on the way" they never showed. After awhile, they no longer answered or returned my calls of which there were OVER 50 calls! After more than THREE MONTHS I gave up and I had to pay my own money to rent a trailer, go to their repair vendor's shop and pick it up myself. Horrible, stressful experience. I can't see how they're still in business.

All Force Movers was my first experience with a moving company. Rather, lack of experience. We were very excited and had the furniture and heavy boxes accessible for the movers. Only problem..they never showed. It was very stressful. When I called the 'leader' his phone was off. I called over and over and emailed. No response. We had to call a company that was gracious enough to help us that day. Move time was set for 10 am..it actually took place at 4:30 with the new movers. Poor poor customer service. He made promises he obviously couldn't keep. When I finally got in touch with him a week later, he gave me a sorry excuse and 'promised' me a money order to cover the added expenses. It never came. All Force let me and my family down and turned a wonderful situation into a bad one.

Let me start off by saying that I've used this company a few times and have referred friends.. So I've given them a lot if business. Needless to say, I scheduled them for another one of my moves. I called the day before to confirm. Everything seemed good to go. They were supposed to show up at 8-9 the next day. 9:30 rolls around.. No movers. I called bobby (the manager) and he said the movers were on their way and would be there shortly. 11am rolls around.. No movers. Bobby stopped answering my phone calls. I left multiple voicemails. No response, no movers. Finally I cut my loses and had to hire another company that luckily could come out the same day. If all force movers will do this to a repeat customer, imagine what they will do to a new customer.. Do not use!! Unless of course you want to be stood up on your moving day.

On 8-31-13 I hired Bobby Gilmore's company all force Marietta to move me from my storage unit to about 8 miles away to my residence. They were very polite and I thought this would be a good move. They were slightly late because he said someone did not show up, but not late enough that it was a problem. As they were moving my furniture in they showed me that the dining room table legs were broken. They had put heavy boxes on top of my table and thus broke the legs. Bobby told me they have a refinisher they would take it to and get it fixed. I have been calling for 60 days now and initially, bobby told me the guy had been very busy and could not get to my repair but said he would soon. After many many calls, I asked Bobby who the refinisher was and he told me of the place in Roswell. I went down to the shop and when I walked in the man was definitely not busy. I told him who I was expecting that he would have my table legs to show me. He did not know what I was talking about or who bobby and his company were. Here's the rest. Bobby told me they would pay up to $300. When he told me the guy said it would be $550 and I would have to pay the difference. Really? The man did not even know what I was talking about lone enough a quote of $550. When I confronted bobby he said his guys took it to another place and when I asked who he got defensive. I asked for the table legs back as is to have them fixed myself or if they coud even be fixed. I have been calling for days to see when they would deliver them and he will not answer my calls or return my messages. Let me say this dining room table is worth much more that $300 or even $550 and the legs were claw feet. I will take this case to court at this point. Beware of this company.

I have used All Force Movers several times. In the past they seemed very reliable but the last time was different. A chair was damaged. I was told by the owner that he would have it repaired and returned to us. That was 6 months ago. We have called and called. At one time we were told the chair would be delivered at 4 pm on a particular date. The chair never arrived and our phone calls were never returned. we had to start calling from phones that he didn't recognize the number of in order to get him to speak with us. We will never see this chair agian I'm sure. This is not an expensive chair but it was part of my deceased aunt's set and that made it valuable to me. The owner is very unprofessional and I would never use this company again.

I used All Force Movers after googling for a local mover since i was already in the Alpharetta area. Was I happy that I did, not only was he the most reasonable price, I cannot begin to start on how professional he and his staff were. They were very prompt, and very careful with my items. They padded everything wrapped funiture, broke down beds and put them back together. Not to mention they were moving my items from a 3rd floor apartment to a two story townhouse with NOT A SCRATCH on any of my furniture Nor any broken items.and my move only took about 3 hours Unlike most people that quoted me for 6-8hours. I will definately use All Force Movers again in any future moves that I may have, and I will recomend his services to all my family and friends!!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! BOBBY SOUNDS NICE BUT IS A LIER!!Picking up 2 boxsprings, 2 mattresses, 51 inch tv still in box.  Quoted $350 to go from Marietta to Helen, a one and a half hour drive.  Told him I would pay $500 because I knew traffic in Helen would tie them up, and because they were so reasonably priced.  They were supposed to come Sat btwn 2-3pm.  Called and confirmed Friday.  Bobby assured me they would be there.  I drove up to Helen Saturday morning and my husband was to meet movers back in Marietta. Called Bobby in afternoon again to confirm, and he said another job was taking longer, and I said as long as everything was delivered by 7:00pm it was fine.  He still was not at my home for pickup by 6:00 and his voicemail was full so you could not get a hold of him.  My friends had come up to stay with me, so I made reservations for two rooms at the Quality Inn since I had no mattresses to sleep on. Bobby then called my husband saying they were still coming.  I told my husband that I would only pay $350 now, since I had already booked rooms at a hotel.  Bobby said he could not do it for that price even though that was his original quote. I then offered $400, but he still said no.  I even had $40 dollars in my pocket to tip the delivery guys! Obviously he just books and does as many deliveries in a day that he can do!  No wonder there is no contract.  REALLY, sounds like a nice guy, but nice guys don't screw people.  If he had told me earlier in the day he could not make it, we would have gotten a UHaul.  I hope some company screws him someday.

All Force never showed today (Saturday) for our 3pm move.  I called their Alpharetta and Marietta offices several times, left two voicemails asking for some sort of communiction, and waited until 430pm before giving up.  I spoke to Bobby twice last week before confirming our move.  We confirmed it Thursday, I gave him not only my number but also the direct contact for allowance into the security gate.  No excuses here. This might not have been Bobby specifically - maybe his employees, but they completely ruined any chance of moving our entire house in September.  Mistakes happen, and people are human, but honesty is crucial in building customer relationships.  It's a good thing we have back-up movers and the ability to move Monday.  I wish I'd read the other reviews on other websites who said they also experienced a no-show.  Next time I'll know what questions to ask.

I recently used All Force Movers to do a 3 bedroom house move for me and less recently to do a 1 bedroom apartment move.  In both instances Bobby and his team provided exceptional moving services and greatly exceeded my expectations.  The truck and team arrived on time, all of the team members were extremely polite and listened very carefully to my instructions (not all items were leaving the house so it was important that Bobby and his team paid attention to not take items that needed to stay for our renters), and all of the fragile and wooden items were wrapped extensively to prevent damage on route.  Upon arrival at the storage facility where we are storing our items, Bobby and his team worked quickly and efficiently to properly store the items in the storage unit to maximize space and allow us to potentially add additional items to the unit in the future.   Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience using All Force Movers and will definitely be calling them again when we move our stuff out of the storage unit!

All Force Movers moved us in Dec '13 and again Dec '14. The second time was just as efficient if not more efficient than the first time. The moving crew worked extremely hard and took extreme care in not scratching our newly refinished floors. Bobby and his team are still by far the best price in Georgia. I tell all of my friends who are looking for honest and reliable movers do give AFM a call because they DO NOT disappoint. I love Bobby and his team and no pun intended, but I don't want to see them any time soon in the moving capacity. I hope to stay in this house the next 30 years when Bobby should be retired :-) Thanks again for a great and most importantly efficient moving experience. I fully endorse All Force Movers.

Just when I thought customer service was the thing of the past.  My son called All Force Movers when I needed to move at the last minute.  Bobby G. was very helpful in assuring me that they can get the job done.  I was very impressed with the services - below I highligted a few:

To keep it brief, moving has been such a burden off my shoulders with All Force. At this point, I'm not sure how other companies in the Metro area compare, because we only use All Force. We've had to move into storage and temporary housing, then back out of storage and into our permanent residence. They did both with ease. And I'm not talking a small job. Packing is enough work on its' own. These guys truly show up on time and get straight to work. They make sure every last single thing is out and on that truck so that we only had to go back in to clean. When the guys were done, all of our beds were set up, mirrors assembled on dressers, etc., and boxes were in the desired/specified rooms, nicely lined up to the sides where we could walk in, through, and around and we have been able to get settled without feeling like we are in a war zone. I am appreciative of the services, courtesy, professionalism, and fair rate we received. Definitely recommend. Thank you, All Force Movers!

I called the day before I needed all of my belongings moved into my house from the storage unit after a long and tiresome move, and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Everything went exactly how it had been explained to me. They were on time, efficient, and very friendly. I thought I would be stressed out, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with moving needs. Don't call any other moving company.

Its been 90 days and the owner has yet to return our items. Had to get the police involved and will be taking him to court.

I paid for insurance and instead of him using the insurance he says he will fix it himself.

He is very unprofessional yelling at my husband over the phone. We called to see how things were coming along and instead he became very defensive.

Just like the other person's comment mentioned earlier he is doing the same thing saying he is coming over and has yet to show up.


The movers are not professionally trained they do not know how to properly package or move furniture or other items especially when it comes to electronics and paintings. I have moved many time before and I know what professional mover's work looks like.

I have grass stains on my mattress and other items they dragged along the ground. My furniture and washing machining are scuffed up just to mention a few.

Also when they ate lunch at my house instead of picking up after themselves they left their mess behind with paper plates, napkins, pizza boxes and not to mention crumbs all over the counter. They should be expected clean up after themselves.

I moved about 4 months ago from a 2 bedroom apartment, and researched the internet for an excellent moving company.  There were so many to choose from and in talking with quite a few of them were not satisfied with any of them until I contacted All Force Movers.  I initially spoke with Bobby Gilmore and from the beginning, I knew that his company was the one for my needs and I was not wrong.  I contracted with him and needless to say, he was extremely professional, very articulate and was on point about everything that he said he would provide to make my move an easy transition.  He provided all of the packing materials necessary to make sure that none of my household items were not damaged in any way.  They were precision all the way, they wasted no time and worked during the entire time they were there until everything was moved out of my apartment in about three hours time.  They transported my items to my storage where they made sure that they placed each item securely in place in my storage unit. I was so proud of the professional job that they did and their rates were extremely reasonable.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of an honest, professional, "about business" company to put your mind at ease and at the same time, give your budget a big break.
