Horrible service from every part. Our pick up time and day were changed 3x in 24 hours. We were called at 9pm the night before the move and told that pickup time was changed again, and that the driver had to be paid in cash before pickup would be started. we were suddenly told that there were extra fees for almost EVERYTHING on moving day, to the point that we just donated a $600 generator to charity because of the extra fees of transporting it if we could not verify that there was no gas left in it (how does one do that?) I asked in advance about 2nd and 3rd floor pickup and delivery (from 2 story house to 3 story ths) well in advance and was told there was no extra charge on either rend, but the driver told us it was $75 on both ends. As the last piece was being brought in, and I started to breathe a sigh of relief, they gashed a hole in our ceiling while carrying it upstairs. there's more but that's enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

RUN do not walk RUN if you are considering using this company. This is a total scam and they prey on your kindness. I contacted this company and spoke to Paul Barillo who spent an hour on the phone with me going through my inventory list. I asked all of the right questions and even went through the inventory list agin with Naomi at customer support. Paul Brillo even gave me his personal number to call for anything at anytime. Interestingly enough once they collected a $2,318 deposit from me Paul was nowhere to be found. Paul quoted me $5,795 assuring me the final payment, after the initial deposit, would not exceed this amount. When the movers showed up they asked for more than $12,000. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apt it is impossible for my goods to cost that much to move, even with inflation. Again, where was Paul offering help at anytime? Ultimately, I was completely taken advantage of and deceived by Paul Barillo and still do not even have my goods.

Do NOT use this company. They are a brokerage with no vested interest in your timeline. They will pick up your household items and promptly deliver them into the ether with no follow-up. Your calls for status updates will be dismissed with “its still in scheduling” terse responses. No genuine care; no embarrassment that they cannot provide a firm delivery date. And meanwhile you are existing in a hotel with no idea when your move will be completed.

Oh, and their estimating methodology is fatally flawed. This leaves the door open for extra charges after you’re already committed and cannot pivot to another provider.

Final thoughts: (1) Read the fine print. This is a brokerage staffed by sales people with no vested interest. Boca Raton office appears to be a “front”. Check for yourself.

(2) They will gladly take your deposit and pick-up money and then slow-roll delivery while shopping around for the lowest cost slot on a truck heading your way. Your goods sit in an undisclosed warehouse/depot during this time

(3) Online positive reviews simply have to be fake. No one would tolerate such poor estimating and even worse follow-up. Customer care is a foreign concept to these people.

(4). Do NOT choose this company, or any brokerage for that matter. Stick with a reputable national brand that makes you feel cared for, not ignored

Right from the beginning the salesman flat out lied about the cost for the move, he purposely under bid the other quotes we had received to get our business, then once we signed, they wanted thousands more and even when we paid this, on moving day we had to leave a lot of furniture behind because they wanted even more money. We were accurate with our cubic feet estimates….they took advantage of us everywhere that they could.

Customer service staff….again horrible! Repeatedly made promises to check on our furniture when days turned into weeks and get back with us and seldom did. Promise after promise broken….they’re definitely not worth the anguish!
