Things set on estimate to move from storage. Was told to have half of what was quoted after deposit available on moving day. On moving day, on-site foreman made surprise re-estimate that was double of what was originally quoted, which needed to be paid immediately. Was not told of this on site estimate AT ALL, and was not ready for it. I was given impression that they would abandon me, and they had me with no option, This was confirmed with calls to dispatch and customer service that I had to pay the difference NOW. They are coercive, lying and cheat by underbidding. I have reported this activity to the FTC (crossing state borders requires federal action,) as well as contacting people at the VA and DoD TMO. As a veteran, I feel it necessary to post about them and warn not only my fellow veterans and Active Duty, but all comers.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Nothing but liars! If there were a way to give minus stars I would. They showed up, charged me almost double what they quoted (almost $14,000.00 instead of $7,000.00) and then they still couldn't fit all my things on the truck they brought. I had a two bedroom single story home. I had to give thousands of dollars of stuff away as I had to be out in two days. I still don't have my things. Every week when I call they tell me they're calling the carrier and will call me back. If they call back they tell me my stuff is being loaded "today". It's been the same line every week for 3 weeks! There's no way it's being loaded once a week for three weeks! I called the carrier directly, they said they've only been contacted once and that was two days ago. They also told me my stuff is still sitting in a warehouse, it hasn't been loaded. I was intentionally lied to week after week. When I asked for a supervisor I was told every time that there wasn't one available. When I asked when one would be available I was told she didn't know their schedule. They refused to put me through to a supervisor. This company was recommended to me by a concierge service provided by my rental company, they'll be getting an earful too! I have no idea when I'll receive my property, it's been close to a month now. I wish to God I had seen these reviews before booking. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. This is unbelievable! Please do not use this company!

This review is a warning---- All American Moving Company (as well as their vendors) do not value clients, and they are a professional thieving company. They will take 30 days to deliver your items. They use this time to go through your personal items to take what they want to distribute to their movers. The insurance company they use is a scam too! You file a claim, expect to get $10 - 15 dollars back. Those of you that have used them before...I recommend getting together a list of previous customers that have been robbed by All American Moving Company and filing a lawsuit against them.

The MOST unethical company I have ever dealt with. if you read all the reviews you will see they have every fraudulent and backhanded trick to try and nickel and dime you to extort you during your move.

I unfortunately booked a move with this company without realizing how terrible they are, and they never even showed up on my moving day (probably for the best)! I had to find a last minute moving company as my apartment lease was up the next day.

to make matters even worse, they're refusing to return the very large deposit I had to put on file with them despite never even showing up for the job.

Please DO NOT use this company, and avoid the worst business to consumer experience of your life. for long distance moves, I recommend a service like U-Box, zippy shell, or U-Pack, who are much more customer focused.

Also, please notice every single response is 1 star! the 5-star responses are all written by the company's own employees (very obviously). I worked with Tina, Luke, and Sierra the office manager. all of which were truly terrible experiences

I rarely write reviews but when a service is so horrible, I feel it is my responsibility to let others know. I contracted with All American moving/relocation to move from PA to FL. I inquired about the price, gave exact dimensions of every piece of furniture, all the boxes, etc. They gave me a quote. It was in the middle of others' received, but the salesperson seemed to know what he was saying, so I went with him. The movers showed up, a different company, took 4 hours to load the truck which I could have in 45 minutes and raised the price me by $684. He said we can take everything off ad leave it in the street if you want. I tried calling my sales rep and his manager, but after 2 months, still no response from either. Upon delivery, a few items were broken from their handling and multiple packing and unpacking of trucks. The final delivery company called me several times to let me know that his truck broke down in South Carolina and there would be a delay in delivering until he got the truck fixed. This is the worst company have ever worked with. Don't be fooled by the price or fast-talking of the used car salespeople from this relocation company.

SCAM in Atlanta. These two thuggish guys showed up in a Uhaul truck. Demanded more money. A month later All American called and told me that my stuff is still sitting in GA because they couldn't "get me on the phone" Now I am waiting for them to call and demand more money for storage. I basically paid these assholes to steal my stuff.

PLEASE do your research and make sure you're reading reviews for the right "ALL AMERICAN MOVING, LLC".

I requested a quote for a cross country move from from CA to FL, and was quoted $2568.00 for a two bedroom apartment. I stated to Alexandra (my agent) that that seemed very low; but she stated that they work with carriers that are transporting other moves in same directions, and thus, able to provide lower rates than competitors.

After I (mistakenly) made a deposit of $624 to hold a reservation, I asked if it would be possible to to do a walk-through to finalize estimate, to which she responded: "Not to worry, I have your complete detailed list of items, so no need. The final bill will not fluctuate much from this $2568 estimate, this is what we do; we move people everyday". They give customers a 36 hour window to cancel move and to get their deposit back (minus 15% fee). The red flag was when she said there would be no prior walk-thru (I later called different moving companies that confirmed that's not a legitimate way of doing business and that the industry standard is to *always* have a walk-through to go over list of items prior to actual move date).

The week prior to the originally scheduled moving day, there were three different calls from ALL AMERICAN MOVING to go over the list of items, with different agents. It seemed odd to me, but I figured better be safe than sorry.But I also was constantly correcting them on the wording of the larger furniture.

However, by the last call I asked to cancel the move because the entire experience began to feel too shady, too many red flags, and too many reviews expressing the same situation (once I found the RIGHT company name when I dug deeper). However, they never confirmed the cancellation, either with me, nor PLYMOUTH VAN LINES, INC (they also don't notify you WHICH carrier the reservation is through until after cancelation window is over and only a couple of days before the move) as a way to lock you in/trap you into a transaction. The day of my original move date, PLYMOUTH VAN LINES called to confirm and I again explained that I had attempted to cancel based on concerns of being underquoted and red flags. When we went over

the detailed list of items, she said that there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that the move would be $2568. In addition, the list she had- had different wording (i.e. instead of listing "dining room table" ALL AMERICAN MOVING wrote "small kitchen table"). This went on throughout the list of items, which was provided by ALL AMERICAN MOVING to PLYMOUTH VAN LINES. The carrier from PLYMOUTH VAN LINES, kept repeating the discrepancies item by item. I again, said I cancelled because this was not what I signed up for and ALL AMERICAN MOVING did not do the job I paid for (the $624.00 deposit). ALL AMERICAN MOVING appears to be modifying their language in an effort to grossly under-quote customers, and essentially trap them on their moving day, where most people can't cancel the move or have time to search for another company. This is not a legitimate business in that they are not doing their actual JOB to provide accurate (or at least a more close) estimate.

If you're thinking of using this company, please pause, and call other moving companies to compare. The gas price and labor alone, would be a major part of the final cost, so please do the math. Please do your research, send pictures of all items if they aren't willing to do a walk-thru (which any reputable company absolutely SHOULD do a walkthrough prior to moving day). It's so easy to get lured in like I did.

Moving is already very stressful and can be exhausting, and easy to miss crucial information when doing a quick Google search. Please research further. I hope this helps someone avoid an expensive mistake.

During my dispute with the bank, they responded to my bank stating that "refused to provide reason". My hope is that their "recorded calls" are actually recorded because this an absolutely blatant lie. I hope that there's a way to obtain those recordings - not just in my case- but with those who've been wrongly charged.
