Fantastic move! They truly are ACE!

These guys were amazing! it was a long and difficult move (heavy furniture, sloped driveway, tight spaces, etc) and they were friendly, hard working, and super willing to problem solve and find a way to deal with whatever was thrown at them. They worked efficiently and were pleasant and professional, great value for money and wonderful customer service.

So bad

I booked these guys many weeks in advance. Got confirmation email of the time at 8am due to my house settlement happening. They turned up at 3pm. Gave me no explanation except ‘it says 3pm on my computer’. Arrogant and unhelpful. Don’t use them.

Didn't show up to do the job

Zero Stars! They didn't show up to do the moving. They called to tell me they were not coming 40 minutes after the time they should have arrived. Also they didn't return the $50 I paid in advance to hold the date. Be careful with this company.

Terrible

DO NOT USE!

No idea how reviews seem okay when i have never used such a terrible company.

4 times more expensive than it should of been and then impossible to deal with afterwards.

Avoid at all costs

Worst experience with removalists I've had. They were slow and disorganised. Really looked like they were trying to pad out their time (paid by the hour). And they lost my very large pot-plant. I complained the next week and they denied all responsibility. Shonky scammers.

Will break your stuff

Unprofessional, uncaring and unresponsive.

Damaged multiple goods and dodged any attempts to reach a resolution or offer any kind of remedy (or apology).

Not a trustworthy company and would suggest avoiding at all costs.

Excellent removalists! Highly recommend.

Such a great moving experience. The 2 guys were strong and fast and did a great job. Very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not use

These are not professional movers. Do not use. They take extra time and are not experienced. They are contract movers with no experience. We had two pairs. The first pair left as they had a sore back and the next pair came and complained about sore back also
