So bad

I booked these guys many weeks in advance. Got confirmation email of the time at 8am due to my house settlement happening. They turned up at 3pm. Gave me no explanation except ‘it says 3pm on my computer’. Arrogant and unhelpful. Don’t use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

2.5 hours late, broken furniture(reported as per policy- refusing to pay) poor work ethic-playing games on their phones, poor hygiene (glen 20 required)and the owner is a horrible person to deal with not to mention lots of additional costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Didn't show up to do the job

Zero Stars! They didn't show up to do the moving. They called to tell me they were not coming 40 minutes after the time they should have arrived. Also they didn't return the $50 I paid in advance to hold the date. Be careful with this company.

No idea how reviews seem okay when i have never used such a terrible company.

4 times more expensive than it should of been and then impossible to deal with afterwards.

Avoid at all costs

Worst experience with removalists I've had. They were slow and disorganised. Really looked like they were trying to pad out their time (paid by the hour). And they lost my very large pot-plant. I complained the next week and they denied all responsibility. Shonky scammers.

Will break your stuff

Unprofessional, uncaring and unresponsive.

Damaged multiple goods and dodged any attempts to reach a resolution or offer any kind of remedy (or apology).

Not a trustworthy company and would suggest avoiding at all costs.

Such a great moving experience. The 2 guys were strong and fast and did a great job. Very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not use

These are not professional movers. Do not use. They take extra time and are not experienced. They are contract movers with no experience. We had two pairs. The first pair left as they had a sore back and the next pair came and complained about sore back also

Definitely go elsewhere!!!

The worst removalists I have ever used, got the quote for the job but they couldnt fit one last couch in... total bs... and then charged me again for another trip!! On top of that, they smashed a whole in the plaster and damaged walls, were so very rough and just dumped things everywhere and left items behind! Complete rip off off, scamming and worst service ever!

The removalists arrived 90 minutes late. They worked very slowly. The removalists broke my hoist. When we contacted the owner of the company he was very abusive. Avoid this company. The worst moving experience ever.

Moving house

Excellent movers-Agam and Resham did excellent job with our move today. Boys were really careful the whole time, right from pick up to drop of location. Would definitely use their services for future move. Thank you Ace movers for providing excellent service.

No positives

Went to the wrong address (tried to charge from when they arrived somewhere else too) were slow (took a couple hours at least to load up a 1 bedroom) hit the car port with the truck and dropped the TV damaging it (not our problem if eclectics get damaged). Can forgive being slow if there's no damage. They failed that though so 1 star.

Horrible experience

Beware of this company !! They are ripping off people by cheating them .Garry sent a small truck and then he charged us for extra trip . We end up paying for 2 days , 2000$ for 2 beds . It was a nightmare to deal with Garry . He doesn’t respond or pick call, 0 customer service . For getting the invoice , i had to so so many followups

Ace movers

Save your self time money and stress don’t book this company. They complained the entire time. They were more interested in adding additional time to raise their fee. Upon arrival to my new unit an hour was wasted as they refused to double park/ park in a loading zone to unload my belongings from their truck.

Ace Movers are a terrible company to deal with

Terrible experience. Under quoted the job by $700. Did not pack truck correctly. Left items behind after 2 trips when should have all fitted into 1 trip if appropriate truck was sent. Lied to us about what was happening. Have not responded to multiple emails or phone calls since our move to discuss the situation.

Harassing me for business after quote only!

I emailed for a quote before seeing all the terrible reviews - since then they have not stopped calling emailing and texting. It’s desperate and bizarre. Had to block them. Was red flag enough for me. Save yourself now and don’t bother!!

If only 0 stars was an option!

After quoting a rough figure, they did not honour it and doubled the price due to stairs being involved (live on the second story). Received initial quote from the boss named “Kevin” which quickly turned into a middle eastern name when I queried the price. Not trustworthy. Back local companies rather than cheap imported ones.

Harry keeps calling after I got a quite of 1639. Then 2675....lol

Scammers. They are registered but service to even get a job is insane. These idiots need to be shut down. They have no people skills and damage property. They hold people that pay for there service and held for ransom(extra payment). The abn holders need to be locked away for suffering and the way they extort money from people.
