Sonic auto transport

I just want to thank Dana Chambers for doing such a great job on finding me someone to transport my 1967 olds. I called different places and she was the first one to get back to me and I told her how much I wanted to spend on delivering my car and she went over and beyond, she tried couple of times till she found me the right price and the right person for the job. My classic car was delivered in the time frame we agreed and not a scratch. Also something about Dana is that I can see a big smile on her even tho I can’t see her, you can see it through her nice polite voice and I think that says a lot in this industry. Dana not just called me to get my car pick up but also called me after to make sure that I got it and make sure everything went well.that’s really nice of her! keep up the good work Dana.I’m sure if I ever need to transport another car I will call her first instead of running around, other companies that contacted me , ones I told them how much I was willing to spend never called me back and that’s really disappointing because that goes to show that they don’t care . But again Dana Chambers is the person you want to contact for your next deliver.

So thankful for the assistance. This was new to me and they made everything go smoothly. First driver had a large route cancel within hours of picking my vehicle up but Sonic Auto was right on it. It wasn’t 20 minutes I received a call another driver would be picking my vehicle up within 20 minutes and deposit was deducted. It was about 2 hours before pickup but everything went smoothly and I received my vehicle ? quickly. Picked up in Maryland on Monday and received in Houston early Wednesday morning when other companies was saying 4 days. I’m so thankful. I would gladly use Sonic Auto again if needed.

I was overwhelmed and stressed at first to pick a company for car shipping. I mean, once you type your information into one company website for rates on car shipping, your phone is being blown up by calls and texts by companies trying to get your business. After researching this company and reading reviews, I thought this was a good choice. It was after speaking to Helen that I knew it was an excellent choice. She took the time to explain to me the process, broke down all the information to be sure I understood and was around for me via text and call whenever I needed to reassure me and give me the best customer experience. This process was easy, straight forward and FAST! I received my car in just 2 days and everything was in perfect condition. My experience with Sonic Auto Transportation was great. This is my first time having cars shipped, I moved 3 cars in the last couple of months and each time the experience was exceptional. Very pleased with the agent Clinton Blair who made all this possible with peace of mind. Mr. Blair is very professional and I was very appreciative of his follow-up and his concern throughout my cars being delivered. I will definitely be using them in the future. Great job Mr. Blair.
