Sonic auto transport

My car was taken without my permission and driven over 200 miles from my home. I put my info out there on the web and the auto shipping companies started calling immediately. One of the first calls that I received was from Rose Tate at Sonic Auto Transportation. Rose was friendly and informative as she provided the requested quote to me. She was just as personable when I called her several hours later in the day to schedule the auto shipment. Rose was very clear in her instructions as to how to complete the contract and the ways in which payment could be submitted. She even followed up to make sure that my vehicle was delivered.

Alex is the best ! I honestly recommend everyone to get him to help you ship your car . He got me an excellent deal, called me everyday to keep me posted on prices , and he even still helps me to this very day . I worked with Alex months ago , I recently needed help from him today . He took time out of his schedule , and called to get my documents emailed to me , within minutes after we got off the phone . I am hard to deal with , but I’m writing this review because I want to make sure Alex gets the great reviews he deserves . He didn’t have to help me the way he did . He literally just saved me . After being contacted and given various quotes by so many brokers, I've decided to go with John Gardner from Sonic Auto Transportation. The price was very reasonable given the high season. He was able go above and beyond to find a driver on the agreed upon date for pick-up and provide an estimate on the vehicle delivery and both dates were as promised. The car showed up in California in tact and with no issues. Thank you for making the car shipping seamless. It was more stress trying to find a car shipping company but when the time came, John and the driver delivered and met our expectations. Great working with Sonic Auto Transportation. Would definitely use again in the future.

We had out car break down on us in Knoxville, TN and had to leave it at a dealership for repair while we continued on our way (needed to meet a deadline and the car would not have been repaired in time). Because there is not a large airport into Knoxville we looked into getting a car transport. I got quotes from several different companies. Sonic Auto Transport was BY FAR the cheapest. My original quote was $465 to get from Knoxville, TN to just outside Baltimore, MD (other companies were quoting me over $1,000). I was a bit leery at first because the price was SO much cheaper. After doing some research and reading the reviews we decided to go ahead and book with Sonic. From the very beginning Marcos Cook was constantly in contact with me keeping up to date on when the car was going to be picked up and who the driver was going to be. Unfortunately the first driver that was scheduled couldn’t make the pickup but Marcos Cook was immediately on it and within 30 minutes found another driver for the next day!! The original quote was $465 and with the new driver the rate went up to $600 but we were still VERY pleased with that price. Marcos Cook us contacted the day of pick-up with pictures of the car getting loaded. Marcos also messaged us the day of the delivery and made sure we were satisfied and that the car made it safely. I highly recommend Sonic Auto Transport!

I would highly recommend this company for any future use for towing your car. most of all great service from Rose she has great customer service and took me through step by step procedures and I would highly recommend this company to family members as well. Rose ? always followed up with me about my car as it was in route from California to to Oklahoma and my overall experience was great. Most of all their prices were less than all others .. Thanks again Rose for your great customer service .
