I am satisfied.

I am happy about this transport. I had to do transport my car from Chicago to Hatboro, PA. The car was delivered within the timeframe and without any damage. Although I had to do a car wash to remove the dart but I think this is a part of transport. It was also cheaper than my previous transport. I will definitely use their service in future. .

My experience with my vehicle shipping was really good overall
except for the slight hiccup with delay in transportation , that's because I had asked for a enclosed transport so it was expected.
otherwise the communication was pretty good . though the pickup and drop off was informed just a few hours in advance. which is why I rate 4 starts otherwise would have given 5.

Car was picked up a day late but arrived 2 days before the date expected! I Was afraid my car would arrive late but it arrived in perfect condition to CA from VA. Also, communication was amazing! I was always being contacted by the pick up center or driver. They always answered when I called or would call back immediately after I left a voicemail.

Although they canceled my initial reservation which wound up costing me time and money..
things went much better after they reconfirmed a new reservation. The dispatcher and pick up driver we're both very courteous and professional and my car arrived on time and in great condition on the scheduled day..
overall I would use this company again and recommend them to someone looking for a car carrier.

Service was great scheduling was a liltle mixed up but once we confirmed pkup everything went great timing was pretty accurate
