Montway was a great conpany to deal with. Communication was clear, email confirmation sent for pick up and delivery.
I had to postpone the date the pick up date a week. It was no problem when I called in. The staff is very accommendating.

Montway picked up the car promptly and delivered it quickly.  I had a challenging schedule for drop off.  The driver was flexible and easy to communicate with to make sure that we connected and completed the delivery.  The car had a coat of road dust on it, but it came clean with a car wash.  I will use Montway next time. .

I ordered a car to be shipped from georgia to colorado. Pick up was on time, it was scheduled to be delivered 5 days later after pick up. It then got delivered to me 3 days later. Very impressive. I moved the pick up date around 3 times and the customer service was excellent.

Shipping agent and driver.

Good communtication with both agent and driver.  Very prompt and courteous service.  Contact with driver was excellent.  He walked us through the process and let us know his schedule.  Driver was available on cell phone during the shipping period and the car arrived on time!  Thank you!

Very Good Experience.

My contracting company didn't know that I paid $75 extra to have my vehicle towed on top.  Other than that everything was great.   I also don't like the requirement of this form to have at least 250 characters of review text, but this doesn't have anything to do with the Mountway auto transport.

Moving a vehicle.

This was the first time i moved my vehicle from one state to another state. The monway transport delivered my vehicle ontime. The cost is also reasonable. All the items placed in my vehicle delivered safely witout any damages and scratches.

This was a very good experience, the communication was perfect, the driver was very cool and happy to serve. I have nothing to say but good things about Montway. I was even happy to tip the driver because he was very nice and I was so happy to see my new car come intact.

Excellent Experience.

Montway found me a trailer truck to ship my car from the Seattle area to the Chicago area during the time I was finalizing the contract with them.  The trucker wanted my car a day earlier than planned, which was a little inconvenient. The car arrived safe and sound and on time.

This company is a broker. They had some trouble with a couple of independent truckers but when I contacted them to resolve the issue they cut their fee to give the trucker more money to get things working. The car was delivered and i'm very pleased. I respect their integrity and customer service and I'd use them again.

I was on a tight time schedule and they still got my vehicle to me on record time despite my short notification period. The vehicle got to Dallas on time and on the condition that I saw it last. The sales guys were very professional and courteous and the driver was extremely patient when I could not meet him on time. Very pleasant experience.

Gas Emptied, Prompt Service.

The pick-up was prompt. Delivery was on time for the expected date, and it was conveniently dropped off at our house. The only thing I have to pick at is that the gas tank was emptied down to the last bar on the dashboard indicator when I had left a quarter of the tank filled.

Montway gave me a competitive quote and in a timely manner.  Igor, the Montway driver, showed up when he told me, he was professional in all aspects.  He delivered the car on time and in the same condition I gave it to him.  This is the third time I have used Montway and they have coem through every time.

This was an overall blessed experience.  Dan, the trucker, was very professional at pickup and delivery and Montway customer service was available and informational each time I called.  I would highly recommend Montway and our first time experience with Angie's list proved to be worth the basic monthly fee.

The shipment was right before the Thanksgiving holiday, but they were able to find a transport for my car within a week of my requested pickup day in NC,    good communication, pick up and delivery on time without any damage and the price is reasonable.  I would use this service again and recommend it.

Everything about this transaction was 'First Class', driver and customer service people were all extremely courteous and car was in perfect condition on arrival ..
