American Auto Transport

I purchased a car for my mother in the state that I reside. My only problem was figuring out how to get the car to my mother. So I called American auto transport with hopes of getting the car to her sooner rather than later. I spoke with a very nice man named Victor who took my deposit and told me that they would be there on a specific date to gather the vehicle and drop it off to my mother within a week. That day came and passed I was unable to contact anyone and I received the runaround I left several messages with no callback …very disappointing very poor customer service. The one gentleman that I did speak with was very quick to dismiss me and say that I needed to speak with someone else after a while they stop even answering the phone. So now I am struggling to get past their answering machine or get a call back for one of my ten messages requesting an update. Very disappointing, poor communication and customer service.

I was at my wit's end after I got 5 companies who refused to ship our cars from San Diego, CA to Orlando, FL. Or their prices were skyrocketing. Then I found ATT's broker Victor Perugio who promised I'll be called in 30 min with the shipment time for next day. And it did happen! Next day we had Manuel from Machin Auto Trans Corp to show up on time, he checked all the dents and scratches and promised to deliver our 2 cars in 4 days. And it was done in four days, no damages to the cars. Excellent service and very timely job! I'd recommend this company to anyone throughout the States. Thank you, Victor and Manuel. Good job!

Total scam and run around . Do not waste your time . Mike and Victor and the female dispatch worker hang up on you make false statements. They flat out lie and say that they have a driver give you the info , but the driver has no idea who they are . It’s been 5 days of time wasting and stress. They all are in the same room taking these calls , ppl’s credit card info , and wasting ppl’s time. If my card is charged they will have major issues ! Do yourself a favor and don’t use them.

Update : they charged my card after giving me the runaround, hanging up the phone on me , etc . I Told them to cancel my “contract” many times. Do not use them . It’s such a scam .
