Long-distance move from South Carolina to Florida

They Were Mind Blowing.

Great start from the moment the crew from Weststar Relocation arrived. The team wrapped all the things with great care, removed detachable parts from furniture items, and secured loads so they stayed fixed during the drive. The boxes were grouped by room size, which made unloading easier to follow.

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.

Part of my move involved putting some of my belongings in storage for a while before settling into my new home. This company offered a storage solution that was both secure and affordable. They picked up my items, securely stored them in their facility, and when I was ready, delivered everything to my new location without a problem. The movers were professional and handled my things with the utmost care, ensuring everything was stored properly.

Long-distance move from Arkansas City, KS to Fort Wayne, IN

Trust me this company is terrible !!

My mom and I have been waiting for over a month for our things to arrive. One failed attempt to deliver was at the fault of this company for not updating her contact info and our unit number. We were notified of that after 2.5 weeks of waiting. We were told our things could be redelivered within 21 days. There has been no update. As far as we know our belongings are being kept in a storage unit somewhere in our new state. We need our things/furniture now.

Long-distance move from San Diego, CA to Atlanta, GA

Cross country move

The 3 guys who handled the pick-up in San Diego were fast & efficient. They wrapped items with blankets or shrink wrap for protection. They had everything loaded onto the truck in less than 2 hrs even tho apt was on 3rd floor walk-up. There were 2 guys handling delivery in GA who unloaded everything & reassembled motorized sofa & set up tv within 1-1/2 hrs. There was a small crack in the base of a floor lamp but otherwise everything was in tack including glasses & light bulbs. Both pick-up and delivery times were as promised.

Long-distance move from Apple River, IL to Asbury Park, NJ

They handled all my stuff with care

These movers were very gentle with my things. They wore soft gloves when unpacking everything, and they placed each item exactly where I told them to put it. They had a "nothing-left-behind" policy, which meant they unpacked every single box and made sure everything was there before moving on. They were really helpful and even organized my closet by color and season!

Long-distance move from Bell Buckle, TN to Airway Heights, WA

The Guys were absolute troopers!

The pickup staff treated me with the utmost professionalism. The phone representative who handled my pickup reservation was cordial and helpful. The two guys that arrived to pick up my mattress, William and James, contacted me thirty minutes before to let me know where they were on their way to my home. They came to help me and did an excellent job packing and wrapping my fragile decorative items, which I bought from different countries because I love decorating my home with unique artifacts. John also wrapped my guitar, which I ordered from Spain and delivered to my new home care meticulously without any scratch. Both of them were excellent and professional employees. The delivery process was a nightmare because it went out so smoothly. Love you, guys!

Long-distance move from Big Sioux, SD to Bens Run, WV

Very smoothly and tension-free

I booked a move with Weststar Relocationa long time ago now, I still remember the slightest details of the move because it was a satisfying process undergoing in front of your eyes. My move was an office move, from a building of around 12 floors the pickup location was at the 8th floor apartment. It was all moved into a whole new place down in the country side and the whole process went smoothly and unimaginably swift. The movers packed everything with their excellent quality products, the things included wall hangings, décors, antiques and whatnot. I wanted to thank to Charles and Johnny for everything they did from the core of my heart.

Long-distance move from Big Timber, MT to Beaver Dam, KY

They are cheap and highly suggested.

I moved from one state to the other with a mix of furniture, kitchen stuff, and fragile decor. I was worried about how everything would hold up during the drive, but the movers packed it all carefully. I didn’t have a single broken item when I unpacked. It really made the whole move feel less stressful knowing I didn’t have to deal with damage afterward.

Long-distance move from Bay Village, OH to Fort Wayne, IN

Well done

I had to move equipment out of a retail shop the same day because things changed at the last minute. Weststar Relocation was able to come quickly and help. The team got straight to work and didn’t waste time. They followed what I asked and didn’t need to be told twice. All the stuff was out before closing, and the whole thing went better than I expected in that situation.

Long-distance move from California to Idaho

Damages.

This company quoted me $5500 and the actual bill was $8900. They damaged my furniture and contenct me with Anthem Claims Management LLC (under carrier for Weststar) to reslove issue and damages. anthem is a shaddy company run by one person and will not respond to 6 written requests to settle damages to my furniture. I am now working with CA DOJ, BBB and the DOT. This compoany has multiple complaints against them on the BBB website. Do not use these folks!!
