Third class service

I shifted bike from Ahmedabad to Nashik, they didn’t took care at all in anything,

First instead of 1 week they sent in 15 days, after too many follow ups..

Then their packing was third class and load in truck without safety and proper handling of vehicle..

Delivery given by truck driver in midnight 1 AM, and for no person available for unloading bike from truck, I need to manage my self for unloading..

Up till this, we can neglect for once but main thing is that due to carelessness my bike was fully damaged, complete handle, side glass, back light, petrol tank, lights, sides, front, everything damaged on bike..

So, don’t go with them…

After that they promised to give amount of repairing, but both people are not picking up call, and if in case they pick call, one common dialogue, sir aajkarata hu…

So, don’t fall in their trap, this is just to aware you, choose wisely, don’t see cheaper once only…

Very Good Found as recommended

Good service from Vijay Packers& Logistics Mumbai team. All the goods, the chair, tables, bookshelves were packed in boxes as per their sizes. Delicate items like pots, glass tables and others were packed with bubble wrap and not a single one of them got even a scratch. They ensure the goods are guarded well and receive no jerk or shock.

My wife rated their service 5/5 in his Vijay Packers and Logistics review.

Shigting Experience

I recently used Vijay packers and Logistics for shifting my household items from Ahmedabad to Ambernath (Mumbai-Thane) , and I must say the service was excellent.

The team was punctual and reached on time for packing.

1) All items, including fragile goods, were packed with proper care and high-quality material.

2) The staff was professional, polite, and very cooperative throughout the process.

Delivery was on time, and all my belongings reached safely without any damage.

3) The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden charges.

Even there were heavy rain in Mumbai and were issued a Red alert, the trains were not working still Vijay packers and logistics managed and safely shifted my belonging/household. All glass item everything were delivered without damage.

Mumbai-to-Bangalore: Excellent packing and moving experience

After going through lot of online reviews I selected Vijay Packers & Logistics to move my 2BHK house items from Thane to Bangalore. I selected a separate truck, rather than part load. Jagram Chowdhary was key contact and he coordinated everything very well. The packing team was very considerate, packing materials were good and all goods were nicely packed and put in a container. The truck was a 20 feet container type closed truck which was of good quality. Driver, Krishna was also extremely skilled at driving and reached Bangalore in a Day. The goods were delivered within 3 days without damages or missing items. People who came to deliver the goods nicely arranged all boxes in a room and unpacked / assembled heavy items. Each and every person in their team was polite and considerate. I was fortunate to have chosen Vijay Packers and Logistics and I highly recommend them.

Terrible!

This company delays delivery with constant lies of delivering goods the next day. Helpline number is useless as the person will not help but will talk rudely leading to arguments. He will threaten to damage goods and demand money. If you want peaceful relocation NEVER available service from Vijay packers and logistics. They are the worst !!

Took the service for shifting my household items from Bangalore to Allahabad. All my luggage was either broken or partially damaged. No compensation given.

Best Experience with VPL.

I had shifted my household goods twice with Vijay Packers & Logistics. First time I had shifted within Mumbai(from Bandra to Mulund) and second time I had shifted from Mumbai to Delhi with Vijay Packers & Logistics. Both the time there service was an excellent. They delivered my goods safely & timely to my destination. There packing was superb and they packed my entire stuff very nicely and loaded into a container. As per promised they delivered my household goods safely without any damage.

Based on my previous experience I would highly recommend Vijay Packers & Logistics to everyone.

Good service.

I just moved from Pune (19 January 2020), use Vijay Packers & Logistics , it is very useful. Once you register your number, the P&M companies themselves call you, visit you for a survey and quote the prices.

I had got a very reasonable quotations for moving from Pune to Bangalore, I found that Vijay Packers’ to be the cheapest (around 19k). This company gives you many quality of service safely and timely delivery of your household goods. Any other info you may need, feel free to call them 9922482488.

P.S. All my items arrived safely on 25th Jan 2020 to Bangalore.

My Stuff Was Stolen.

I shifted my stuff from Mumbai to Bangalore a day before lock down was announced. My boxes were stuck with the company for two months. When the items were finally delivered, I found a lot of my expensive items were missing. I had a horrible experience with the company. Nobody knows what happened and the responsible people do not answer phone. Do not deal with this company. There is no customer care.

Good Service as Promised

Finally, the day to shift to Noida came and I have to leave tonight only. I was really stressed as I didn’t get leave from my office to pack my belongings. I chose Vijay Packers and Logistics. They are very reliable and the company selected from this has an awesome speed to handle the entire thing is shortest possible time. The packing, labeling, loading and finally unloading, entire work in a planned and arranged way and my delicate glass items handled very nicely. Good one, keep serving the best.

Luckily I got reference about Vijay Packers & Logistics from few of my colleagues and their feedback was also very satisfactory. Their quotation is reasonable. Movers & Packers team were absolutely amazing. They arrived right on time with all of their own packing materials. In a blink they had carefully wrapped and taped. You can tell them in advance about your requirements if any specific. Packing quality was very good. Packing was quick and unpacking was also completed. Their team was very patient during time of packing for any last minute requests. Quality of movement of the stuff was also good, no breaking, scratches during both the times. Team is expert in their job, and I would definitely recommend them. All material reached safely on time and intact condition. I will be very happy to use service for my future requirement. Cheap & Best Services.

Worst service

Thieves...they know what is where...because they pack themselves...I lost around new packed dhotis and silk dhoti, wardrobe glass was broken... even after charging 50k from Mumbai to Chennai, it reached after 7 days....never go for them..
