Around 2 months ago I hired USMS to help me and my fiancé move as she recently had back surgery. We scheduled move dates for the 28th of July with the backup day being the 29th of July. We were charged 1246.88 to reserve the dates and get set up with the moving company with the expectation that I would pay an additional 900 dollars upon pickup and 900 on delivery. I managed to reserve the afternoons on both days with my condo association to allow the movers to move in and spent a lot of time packing and preparing for them to move our stuff for us. The day before the move I called Chloe who is our point of contact at the company. She assured me the day before that on Thursday the 28th we would be getting everything picked up and everything was all set for the move. She also stated that we could expect to be picked up around 1pm, and potentially even earlier if the crew got done with their job early and I could expect a phone call from them 2 hours before their arrival. Thursday at noon on the 28th of July 2022 I was surprised I had not received a phone call from the crew that they would be coming to pick up my stuff. I spent the next 4 hours attempting to get answers from someone at the company.

Finally someone from management calls me and tells me they wont be able to do either moving date and the best they can do is Sunday or Monday. Those dates are impossible due to my lease agreements. When I asked for a refund she simply said that they do not guarantee dates and she cannot give me a refund and when I asked who could give me a refund she said it would be her, but she wont. Now I am renting a uhaul to move all of my own stuff for what I expect to be an absolutely brutal day of moving myself tomorrow. I sent emails to their email and billing department requesting a refund and received no response back.

I paid 1200 dollars and received no services or goods.

I spoke with John Martucci who was very nice and talked me through the whole process. He even let us know if we had a competitive quote they could match. Movers arrived in time frame said, it went down hill from there. After the truck was half loaded they told us we didn't buy enough cubic feet? I had walked through my whole house with John and he is supposed to be the expert. At this point they tell us it will be double the price to get the rest of stuff on truck and they tell us it needs to be cash or check right now. No one at US Moving answered to help us out and it is late at this point. My husband goes back and forth with the manager and eventually agrees to pay the difference. Ultimately they still didn't take all our stuff. When they give us the receipt we see the company name is USA Logistics Inc. who have the worst reviews I have ever seen and are known scam artists, apparently everyone "doesn't buy enough space" and the extort cash out of you to get job finished. We have no idea if we will ever see our stuff again and in what shape. But US Moving should not being using these guys for any jobs and it's also totally dishonest to pretend like they are the movers. We are in the process of speaking to our lawyer to understand our rights. Do not use these people ever. Even worse, they won't pick up my calls today?

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10400

This company lies. They take advantage of the elderly and rip them off. Read the small print as they hide stuff in it and do not give them a deposit because you will lose it. They also run on fake DOT numbers. Check that out on the DOT website. They talked my elderly mother into giving a deposit and then never returned it after I called to question them. Luckily, I did not let them load my parents' things or they would have stolen that also. Do NOT use this company.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1800

THEY AREN'T MOVERS, they are brokers and completely misrepresent themselves. If I could give them a zero I would. They initially seem very professional and helpful. "Bryan" went through my house room by room using my listing and made a detailed list of what I needed to have moved. He reassured me and emailed the list, that I was pressured to look over and sign, and then pay a certain % down. There is a lot of fine print they don't disclose. I paid $4500 for no services rendered and based on their fine print I can't get it back. The movers showed up with a small truck and said the job was bid wrong and I had to pay over double the estimate, which would have been about $20k. I scheduled the move a week before my house closed so in the end I sent the movers away and scrambled to find another way which cost me $8k and a lot of stress. After reading reviews of people paying the extra money and then never seeing their stuff again or having it damaged at least I know I made the right choice. It's EVIL to put people through this when they are going through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

We trusted this company to move us out of state! Paid them upfront with a guarantee full pack.. upon there package a moving van of there's with there own drivers and workers! Never happened moving day 2 rented box trucks a pick up truck with a small trailer showed up with 6 guys who didn't speak ENGLISH!

they absolutely threw our 44 years of belongings into these POS vans! Short story too much to list! They broke items and furniture! Also left boxes in another truck and never delivered!

These people where sub contracted by USMS!

USMS would not cover any claims! There fu..ing excuse..go after the sub contracted movers!

Frank Lied!!! And wouldn't return any calls, emails or text!

Brooklyn lied and made excuse after excuse!

DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD!

They are not a moving company, business is set up to take your money. They rush you into, put his amount down now and I can lock you into this low rate if you think about it then

I can't promise anything.... The money down is there's to keep is does not come off of moving estimate invoice. They give you an estimate without even consulting with actual movers. They set the date and tell movers to show and here is your starting price...The movers come and can price it at what they want and your stuck with that amount.... Please do your due diligence and read all the reviews. Reviews on web site are false, how can they have reviews if there is no place to leave a review on their site...There are even class action lawsuits, please do not even consult with their business it is set up only to take your money.
