We’ve moved from London to Paris back in November last year. I can not thank you enough to the entire crew, very pleased with the service. Had to move heavy oak furniture trough the stairs and an upright piano which was very old and fragile. No damage or scratches, very professional packed everything. Fast response from the office at all times. Before paying all was clear written not no have any miss communication. Overall was the best experience I had with movers in my past 12 years when I’ve moved over 5 times due to the work commitments. I would highly recommend UK EU Removals.

In a nutshell:
1. From their visit onsite for a quote to the actual removal, it has been overall a great job done by Alex and his team (2 other guys) who really cared, were really professional, and made their absolute best. They did a perfect job (including no scratches on furniture or walls). Plus they were friendly and really polite guys.
2. Maria in the office took the time to answer all my questions.
3. The pricing was fair and competitive.
I hope they continue to keep such a high standard, and I warmly recommend them. A very reliable organisation.
The move was from London to Brussels in November 2019. I chose them between 10 quotes.

After collecting many quotes from removals companies, UK and EU removals was the most competitive giving a set price for the job, and friendly when they surveyed our property. On the day they were punctual and despite being suddenly one man down (as his wife went into labour overnight!) the remaining duo spun into action with great attitude until the job was done. A day that we anticipated would be stressful went remarkably smoothly! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

We chose UK EU Removals for 2 jobs, one in London and for moving from London to Munich.
We liked Alex from the beginning as he was punctual, polite and friendly and he and his team remained that way throughout the whole moving process. We very much appreciated the amount of work and effort they put in this job, especially with an international move where they need to load, drive overnight and then unload!
There was an issue with the volume estimation given that we had things to collect from 3 locations but all was solved timely and professionally in the end and we would happily use them again in the future or recommend them to someone else!

I used UK EU Removals on the 26th October 2017 for a fairly large house move and I was very pleased with this company. Firstly I had had two other quotes nearly double the price! (both by other companies who ('RR' were the most expensive and I think its just because they have Branded Vans) I had seen around) but these quotes seemed ridiculous (plus the other companies didn't even follow up on their quotes so clearly they didn't need the business) but Maria from UK EU was very efficient and helpful.

Admittedly I was slightly nervous as I had never heard of them before finding them online but I was comforted by all the positive
reviews they had online.

On the moving day Nick and his team arrived (4 Vans and 5 guys) and they were just excellent. They moved furniture and boxes all day long from 9am to 7pm and were always nice, polite and very careful with all our belongings.
We have a massive 65" TV and some really nice items like walnut dining table which I was nervous about getting damaged but they covered and protected them perfectly.

Everything arrived at our new house in one piece, nothing went missing or got damaged, they put furniture back together (like kids beds / desks that had to come apart) properly and they were patient when asking us which rooms we wanted everything to go to in the new house.

It was also pouring with rain all day during our move (lovely!) and they made sure to put down throws and mats to protect carpets in and out of the houses old and new.

I cannot praise them highly enough. Please don't make the mistake I nearly did and use a big company with flashy branded Vans and pay twice the price, they could not have done this move better. Removing furniture is not complicated but you want to know your precious life being loaded into those vans is being done nicely. UK EU team are true professionals and I would use them again and I will certainly recommend them to friends too.

A great removals company I simply can't recommend enough. They are keen professionals who will not only give you a good value for money quote, but also visit you personally at your place to survey all your contents and special needs of your removal. Maria, the administrator will happily take all your questions on the spot and she's a great communicator responding instantly to your emails, phone calls, queries and requests. She's very organised with a detailed questionnaire at hand when she visits to do the survey and she can estimate with great accuracy what will be required for the day and the removals team is a pleasure to work with. On the day, Nick and his team will carefully wrap every item from the smallest single fragile object to the biggest piece of furniture and will transfer everything to your new address without any trouble or damage at all. A very polite crew that works discreetly, quietly and fast you are not realising you are really moving! They will always ask you politely how you want things to be done and they will listen to all your questions and remarks. UK Removals helped me to move back in August from East London to the Richmond Upon Thames borough at an all inclusive price of £600 in a same day wrapping and moving deal! Could have never imagined that an entire removal process including 8 pieces of furniture, 15 large carton boxes plus two pieces of luggage could be that stressless! If you want to get the very best deal on removals within London look no further.

The team at UK EU removals once again provided an excellent service during our recent house move. Everything was efficiently moved to store and then on to the new property without a single breakage or mark on any item. The team took a huge amount of care throughout. They were also very flexible and did everything possible to accommodate our move despite it being very close to the Christmas period. We have also used the team for previous moves of furniture to France which have been equally good in terms of quality of service and value for money. Thanks again.

I have used UK EU Removals coupe of days a go to move from South France back to London.
They have been brilliant. I've forgot to mention some pieces of furniture when I have given the initial quote, but on the day they haven't charged me even a penny more for that. I was impressed. Great communication all the way through. Team have arrived on time,have been very friendly especially with my kits. All my belongings have been professionally packed.I have a 300 bottles,wine collection have been handled with care, all are on the shelf in my new home now. I can not recommend enough this company. A friend have moved from SW London to Harrow over the weekend using there service and she have been happy too.Prince was good,not the cheapest but was worth. I would definitely use UK EU Removals again.Thank you all.

This was a move from Munich, Germany, to Herts, UK, with 1 driver and 1 van (14 m3). The quote was for 1500 GBP - this was not the cheapest quote but the reviews for the company were uniformly good.

Having arranged the move for a Friday, they called me a few days before to say they're coming on the Thursday, which would have been a disaster. That got sorted out within a day, that they would come on the Friday as agreed. After that, everything was fine, they turned up on time, the driver, Nick, was efficient and competent, quick, polite, and took care over packing the items properly in the van, including the fragile items.

They said they would arrive in England the next day at noon, and again everything was fine and went smoothly.

Having read reviews of bad companies, it seems that sometimes a company will just contract third parties to do the move (and so the quality and accountability can be variable), but this seems not to be the case here, since the van had the company logo on it, as did Nick's workclothes.

When I was comparing with other companies, other options included sharing a van, paying 800gbp for 10m3, but some reviews of these companies were bad (as in, no one turned up on the day), so I chose to pay extra for this company (more space and better reviews, but for more money).

From my experience I would recommend them and I would use them again.

UK EU Removals have moved us from Windsor to Paris. There service was top notch. I could not ask for more. Very positive experience using there service from the beginning to the end: very prompt in responding to my mails, the team was polite and very professional. The packing service have been carefully done by the team. I could not ask for more. The price was good too.
I would highly recommend this company and definitely use there service in the future.

Hello, I have used the removals UK EU REMOVALS about 2 weeks a go, because I needed to move from France to London. There service was absolutly amaising. Have arriving to pick up and then next day in London as promissed. The 2 man have been verry careful and have protected with blankets all my furniture. I am sure there was more stuff then they hopped but they were very helpfull. Regarding the price it was as promissed no extra charge (not the cheapest). I’ve moved a lot in my life, between 5 countries now and incl moves between continents. UK EU Removals are hands down the best movers I’ve ever worked with. Very helpful, professional and personal, willing to go the extra mile for you and delivering everything without damage as promised, despite complications around Euro Tunnel closure in the wake of COVID restrictions and looming Brexit. This is honestly the first time in my life that I’m saving the contact details of a moving company - should I move between the EU and UK again in the future.

We had quite an unusual operation involving two moves and a lot of storage in between. We used UK EU Removals for the first time in June 2019 to move our furniture from our flat in London to a storage space as we were looking for a final international destination. What was supposed to last only a few weeks actually took 18 months, and during this time UK EU Removals were extremely flexible in getting us into the storage space whenever needed and on short notice. The initial move was perfectly handled by an extremely professional and friendly team. wo took excellent care of our belongings.

In the end, we relocated back to London and once again the team that moved our furniture was quick, friendly and extremely careful.

On top of everything we had great support from Maria in the head office who always came back quickly with reliable answers and a solution to all our questions.

My wife and I are convinced that we will call again on UK EU Removals the next time around... hopefully going international!
