Absolutely avoid this service! We requested door-to-door delivery to South Africa, but our goods were sent to the wrong port. Despite clearly stating we were not moving back, only sending some items home, we were told we had to be there in person to clear the goods. We ended up paying additional clearance fees just to have the goods released. When we refused to pay extra shipping charges, the goods were still not released. We had to take the matter to court and, after a year, finally won our case. To top it off, the goods were damaged in the shipping container. If you decide to deal with them, make sure you record everything and get it in writing. If I could give a negative rating for their service, I would. Avoid at all costs!

I hired TRANSON to move my household items from Dubai to London at substantial cost. The items were picked up on 30th June and shipment was started on 18th July 2022. In addition to agreed price, their London associate extracted additional money also for no mistake of mine. Yet, I paid and been waiting for delivery of my goods. No one is available to contact and everybody is in invisible mode and I am perplexed at what to do next?! I regret to have hired TRANSON.
