Worst Moving company and Best play-ghost company

TSI has two-face on communication and quality of services. They did a great job when they quoted for you, I can always get connected with my rep Steve, usually either immediately or at most in half a hour, and had great talk. However, after they initially schedule the pick-up on July 17th, I was informed by the driver as late as July 15th that they need to pick it up on July 16th. I rush and exhausted to packing my stuff in less than 24 hours instead of two days. In addition, their driver arrived late for three hours, through the drivers were professional to packing my stuff, which was appreciated. I was informed on August 3rd that my stuff would be delivery on August 10th, which was late but acceptable, as in the contact, they said they will delivery up to 20 days. They claimed they would contact me at least 24 hours before the delivery, however I didn't hear from them anything the whole weekends (August 8-9th). Then the nightmare started. A new message said that they pushed off the delivery to August 17th. And basically that was the last phone call I got from TSI before the delivery, because they disappeared, played ghosting game on communications, asked you to leave voice messages without calling back. The same occurred again, no call in by August 17th and I had no idea when the delivery could be possible. After losing connection with TSI no matter how I tried on either my rep Steve, or manager Bob or other Customer Care. Luckily, I finally found the local dispatcher's information. When I called them, I was informed that my only opinion was August 20th, and was threaten otherwise the delay would continue. However, with the dispatcher's promise and fixed timeslot, I was confident to ask my employer for one day off and waited for the delivery. The nightmare continued. No one called in, no one showed up, no one answered my phone including the local dispatcher. By the end of the day, I finally got the driver's call, and they told me they had already exceeded their time, and the delivery must be pushed off to August 21st. I had to ask another day off from my employer, and finally received a desk which was not able to assemble, a rickety mobile whiteboard and a damaged cloth rack. The disconnection continued. Until my message said that I will dispute with my bank and report to BBB, though they still kicked the ball and provided with a poor compensation as $100 credit back and $100 gift card, which I never received until now! You know, they charged even more if you cancel their service, at a time when they do nothing!

Moving a kitchen table and chairs filled with memories

I recently had the pleasure of having your company move a kitchen table and four chairs. The trip from a house in Ohio to an apartment in Chicago went seamlessly. The professional manner in which the entire process was completed was a welcome experience. I would happily recommend TSI.

Antiques moved carefully.

I had a number of antique pieces that needed to be moved from Los Angeles to Marietta GA and TSI did a fantastic job. Everything came thru in great shape and on time. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Service.

TSI organized the transport of a pub table and two chairs from Dallas, TX to New Jersey. The move was flawless from set-up to pick-up to delivery. I would use them again.

Shipment From Massachusetts to Georgia.

I CALLED TRANSIT SYSTEMS AND SPOKE WITH EDWARD D'ADDIO. HE COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL,UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT AND POLITE. HE SET UP THE TRANSIT. MANY SENTIMENTAL PIECES OF FURNITURE INCLUDING A GRANDFATHER CLOCK AND ANTIQUE SLED ALONG WITH PRECIOUS MEMORABILIA. ITEMS SHIPPED FROM MASSACHUSETTS TO GEORGIA. ITEMS WERE CAREFULLY PACKED AND BOXED BY MY VERY GOOD FRIEND WHO SUPERVISED THE REMOVAL AND LOADING. SHE REMARKED THE MOVERS WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS TIMELY AND EXPERIENCED. WHEN THE TRUCK ARRIVED IN GEORGIA, THE MOVERS CAREFULLY DELIVERED EACH AND EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE AND BOX SAFE AND SOUND. THIS MEANT SO MUCH TO ME.

Long-distance move from Louisiana to Texas

Excellent service.

Had to move an antique armoire from New Orleans to Texas. It weighted about 500 lbs. transit system did a great job transporting it. They were on time and kept me informed every step of the way. They carried it up stairs and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Very professional. I highly recommend them. Decent price too.

NY to SF Was Easy as 123..

Had to move my daughter's apartment in Queen's NY back to San Francisco and TSI's customer service was excellent. They provided us with a quote in minutes and set-up our last minute pick-up with no problem. Thank you for making a stressful situation stress-free!

Moved a canopy bed.

I had dealings with another moving company before and was nervous to try again. Transit systems white glove service was great. The gentlemen that hauled and delivered the bed were careful, competent and polite. I will definitely use this company for future furniture purchases.

Professional, great value, and on-time

I found about TSI when reading about less-than-truckload shipping. They were a perfect fit for my move.
