Great Movers !

Transit Moving Systems was a great help in transporting our traveling storage container items from the facility to home. They made my life much easier from the beginning (booking) to submission of insurance certificate and moving my furniture. No hassle, no issues, just well organized, top notch service!

Amazing Job !!

I used these movers a couple weeks ago. The price was great and they accommodated my last minute request. They were outstanding. So easy to work with and very helpful. They were a great group of guys and I plan on using them again when I bring more here from out of state. I highly recommend them.

Very well job!!

The movement is incredibly smooth. The team arrived on time, with all our items being careful and extremely professional. With their speed and efficiency, we were impressed. All they packed came safely to our new home and we recommended them to a similar neighbor afterward. And with them, too, they had a great experience.

We would recommend them!

They are reticular in their work and hold themselves to an elevated requirement. When we got to our new house location they helped us rearrange our rooms for hours without any complaints. The guys were friendly and courteous. Easy to get a quote & set moving date.

They were good with pricing. They had the best rate of the entire mover I contacted for a quote. Their customer service is phenomenal. They managed my whole move in a great way. I am so happy with the move. I would love to recommend them.

Amazing people!

Mike Chriss and Nelson just left and we are so happy of their hard work and efficiency that I had to write a quick but a lovable praise as we take a break from our move. They were super quick with the move. They were great and handled our move wonderfully! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended!

I was looking for movers in the TX, so opened an inquiry and got the best quote from this place. They packed my things and the move was done in less than 3 hours. They were honest with no extra charges. All in all, EXCELLENT service from start to end and this review is well deserved.

Best moving experience!

Great service and Mike was very professional and friendly. While timing and pricing didn't go exactly as planned, they were able to work with me and handled it very professionally. I highly recommend using their services and would totally recommend them!

Terrible Company.

When I first contacted Transit Moving Systems, I told Zack that I needed my items picked up between June 24th through June 28th and that I preferred to have my items delivered on July 2nd with the delivery by July 5th at the latest. Zack, the company representative informed us that he had availability to pick up on Friday the 28th and while he could not guarantee that our items would be delivered to our new home by July 2nd, they would at least be delivered within two weeks of our pickup date. Zack assured us that Transit Moving Systems was not a broker and that the trucks that would be used were the property of Transit Moving Systems. Additionally, we were assured that the movers that would be handling our items were company employees. We agreed to the terms and began preparations for our move. Transit moving systems moved our pickup date on us after giving a phone call to confirm the pick-up and didn't even show up on the new date that was listed. They constantly gave excuses about when they would show up and the movers who finally did show up weren't even associated with the company and they showed up two days late past an initial estimate. After they loaded approximately half of our items onto the truck, they said we needed additional space and increased our initial estimate from $2600 to $4821.79. Never trust anyone who gives you an estimate without seeing the items first. They were three weeks late in delivering our items from their initial promised date and the mover who showed up to our door was not an employee of Transit Moving Systems. Approximately $3,000 worth of items were missing and or damaged. We were told that our items would be put on a truck directly and delivered to our new home without leaving the truck. Had we realized that our items would be transferred so many times, we obviously would have bought the insurance in order to avoid costly replacements to damaged or missing items. We were not informed that other companies would be used during this move and given all the negative factors, we would have chosen a different moving company if informed of all the facts upfront. We were offered a total of $34.80 for all the items and misconduct on their part which is an insulting offer. Employees will promise you the moon to secure your business. Don't believe them. This company should be shut down for fraudulent behavior.

Movers showed up on time, worked fast and carefully packed the stuff. Everything arrived at our new place safe and sound. Nothing was broken. Nothing was lost. Just look at the reviews, folks. This team is simply fantastic!
