Trans World Van Lines was incredible to work with. From start to finish I was extremely pleased. We were moving from San Antonio, TX to Cincinnati, OH and the weather in the Midwest was rough but they truly did not mind. Their customer service was great, and everyone on the staff was polite!

I hope we do not have to relocate again for work but if we do I most definitely will be calling Trans World Van Lines. I would suggest that you do too! Work has taken me to several different places and working with movers can be stressful. With that being said writing this review was necceary because anyone looking to move should use them to have that stress put at ease!

Trans World really saved the day when the company I had lined up suddenly backed out at the last minute. I scrambled to find a replacement and Trans World stepped right up. The staff was extremely helpful, and managed to find a way to get us moved without a hitch. They allowed me to focus on getting myself and my son to our new home, and not worry about the hassle of moving all our things too.

They did arrive a couple of hours past when I thought they might, but all in all a fantastic job. There is no doubt that I will recommend Trans World. It was a worry-free process and everyone was very professional. Without them, I might still be sitting in Michigan!

I had never used a moving service as usually I moved my stuff on my pickup truck, but for a super long move, especially with heavy furnitures to move, it was too much for me. I am just happy I picked Trans World Van Lines. Their service was very good from the first phone call, their representative Andrew was very helpful and walked me through the whole process without any hassle. He even gave me an excellent price.
They were on time on the day of the move and Andrew was there doing every thing and instructing his men. Everyone was very polite and hard and fast workers, and when you said something is precious to us they actually took time and care to safely transfer it.
All in all, I did not have to worry about any thing they were on schedule for everything. Thank you Trans-world as it means a lot.

Trans World Movers saved us big time! I cannot imagine this huge move without them! We had to relocate pretty last minute for a new work assignment going from California to Washington. First off, I was definitely shocked with their reasonable pricing options, and second, they were actually on time AND friendly! You can't say that about many moving companies, that's for sure. Not only did everything make it in one piece, but nothing was damaged during the move and all the delicate pieces were well padded and protected. Trans World customer service has been so pleasant from the time we got a quote to the moment they drove away after making our delivery. Finally a smooth moving experience, and lucky that it was on one of the biggest moves..to another state! We were so stressed to begin with because this was a huge move for us and so last minute. Their office stayed in contact with us throughout the booking process and even checked back after the delivery was made. Thank you Trans World for such a stress-free moving experience. We definitely recommend them and will use them whenever we move to our next assignment!

Moving moving moving.. What can I say other than you will loose weight, loose hair, and forget your first name lol. Many times I have gone through the shuffle of being moved or relocated. Thank you you guys this time was a tad bit different. I made sure to disclose all information to the sales person and the 3 men that showed up on time to my house made sure they explained all in old man terms. I am very happy nothing was damaged or missing when I was delivered just about 3 days after we were picked up, that's first class service. I couldn't be happier.

Honestly, my move with Trans World Van Lines was the best moving experience I've ever had. The team was very respectful of my time and took all my suggestions and requests into account. The sales person was quick to answer all my questions and to explain each stage of the move, so I knew what to expect at all times. I'm glad that I came across this amazing company. I couldn't have asked for better service providers in terms of their professionalism and politeness. My overall impression was more than positive. Good job, guys!!

We chose Trans World Van Lines after weeding through and filtering out certain other companies that called. We put our information online and started to get phone calls in less then 5 minutes of submission. Trans world Van Lines was the first to call. e spent more time with them then any other only because they were the first to call. I was impressed how much knowledge they had of the moving business. They provided us with options that many others did not as well as places where we could find everything out about specific movers. They were very straight forward and wanted to make sure we had everything we were looking for on paper just how we wanted it. Never let us down at any point with callbacks or questions we had only reliable solid service. We were able to find out where our shipment was at any point and felt good the whole time. We liked the way they handled themselves and how quick the turnover was. We are happy we used them and happy to use them again.
