RUN RUN AWAY From Toronto Vanlines.

WORST MOVERS EVER. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

I got an estimate. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They UNDERESTIMATED. GROSSLY. It was terrible. I paid $1,000 MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE. And I GOT RID of a lot stuff AFTER the estimate was done.

THEY MADE ME PAY BEFORE the job was done, when most of my items were still on their truck. So no choice, right? Never mind that this is illegal. They don't give a darn, obviously.
DAMAGES. SERIOUSLY?

AND THEY DELIBERATELY LEFT items in my HOUSE. Because they had TOO SMALL OF A TRUCK for the job.

SHAMEFUL.

They damaged (scratched and dented) EVERY PIECE OF MY SOLID CHERRY FURNITURE. Very expensive furniture. They scratched my dining room table, hutch, and put a crack in the back. They put a hole in the back of my dining room chair. They scratched my cherry bookshelf and filing cabinet. My dvd shelf is cracked and chipped to heck.

They put a big dent in my freezer, and the handle is now loose.

They damaged my rocking chair, scratched and dented it, and the back spokes are now loose.

They damaged a very expensive hand painted chandelier.

The left behind over $1,000 worth of items. Which they then BLAMED ME FOR.

They took apart an expensive dvd shelf. When they put it back together, it was a mess. AND THEY WALKED ON THE BACKING FOR IT. There were, literally, SHOE PRINTS ALL OVER THE BACK. SERIOUSLY? Do you OFTEN WALK ALL OVER someone's FURNITURE??

Seriously?

AND. On top of EVERYTHING ELSE, THEY OVERCHARGED me by one hour. Oh yes, they charge you for their lunch hour. Can you believe it?

They promised special boxes for art. NONE SHOWED UP. Big surprise I guess.

RUN FROM THESE IMBECILES. DO NOT BELIEVE their estimates. They are liars.

Smooth move.

Hi. My daughter was doing a local move after having just moved across Canada. We were so impressed with the team at Toronto Vanlines Moving. They made everything so easy for us and did everything they could to make it stress free and cost efficient. The Office Team, Renay and Frank were such a pleasure to deal with. The Movers were on time, careful, and had great senses of humour!! I apologize as I can't remember their names .
I would highly recommend.

MOVING

We hired Two trucks and 6 movers from Toronto Vanlines Moving. The team was led by Hussain and Steven. They were simply fantastic, polite, and positive throughout a very long moving day! Our furniture and belongings were handled with care. Frank’s estimate of the time and cost for the move was accurate and Renay did a lovely job of helping me make adjustments to the schedule for the move when our home’s closing date changed.

MOVING

We were extremely satisfied with Toronto Van Lines movers. We interviewed a few companies before choosing Van Lines and we were very happy with our decision. We recently moved from Thornhill to North York. The team of guys that did the move was punctual, efficient, courteous, and very pleasant. Our move went very smoothly from beginning to end. Frank was a pleasure to deal with, his quote was accurate. We had a minor issue at the end and Frank attended to it promptly and the matter was resolved in good time. I would highly recommend this company!
