Complete trash. Never showed up with the full trailer. Used a Uhaul instead, then told me I had to pay for another truck to be sent in to get the rest to transport to semi. They steal more money from me, damage most of my stuff and shows up in 2 uhauls. They never had a truck, they lied on the estimate, they broke most of my stuff and won’t let me file a claim. They stole an additional $1700 the day of drop off and held my belongings hostage unless I paid. Tony is a thief and Rachel is an incompetent slut.

USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!! There prices kept changing every time they call, be mindful when they are doing inventory, I told them my TV is 7P inches they put it down for 42inches, they make it sound less but when they a final inventory they will be changing the size and weight of your household goods that increase your payments the last minute, when they know for sure you can't do much due to time left for your move. My stuff were broken and some missing. They either pick up late or drop off late NEVER THE SCHEDULED TIME!!. I ignored other people reviews and I come to regret, please don't ignore this , I would hate to see other people go through what I want through. Please be advised!!

Horrible scam of a company!

The service seemed to start off smoothly and professionally.Although made it a hassle as well as strange that the company required we pay them $800 in CASH to pick up the material. When they picked up the material, they tried to charge us an extra $1200 on top of the $3000 quote we received from them all for 10 regular size boxes. $1,000 for 10 boxes. We decided to have those extra 10 boxes shipped since it would be way cheaper.

Well, a few weeks passed and we had not heard a word back from the company on when our stuff would arrive. The company kept saying it would be soon but could not give us a time frame. 2 months had passed by and we still did not receive our stuff. We requested that the company just drop our stuff off at the place they picked it up (we were in FL and our stuff was in TN sitting in a friends garage prior to pick up.) The company was extremely rude about it and stated that they would give us the $800 refund but they could not refund us the $1,000 for the deposit. Worst Moving Company in History

This company signed an agreement with my daughter for a reasonable amount. Took 2 weeks to pick up the shipment to New Orleans from Tucson. Next problem was that my wife signed some docs. at pickup. One was blank and it was explained that a copy would be given to my daughter upon delivery. Well shockingly enough the next company to touch it was Konami who called and informed her it would be an extra 900-$1000 because there was more room taken on the truck. My wife took pics of how much it to. Here's the wrench, they filled in the form she signed with no content and then said she signed for that amount. NOT! So today, another carrier is delivering her stuff 36 days after p/u and the loser delivery guy informed her it would be another $150 and when she informed him that she had a contract saying otherwise, his response "not my contract". YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY'RE CROOKS AND NOT HONEST which seems to be the method of the moving industry. They're the new "Car salesman" of business. Cheat you out of all they can get from you because they hold your property hostage. They get ZERO stars. Top Country, you're terrible and your lying crooks. Run away fast people.

Scam artists to the MAX

To start off the rip!!do not trust these scam artist it's not a company they are like they people that will call you from over seas to scam you take your money and you'll never hear from them again! Rachel and phil to mention are the worst ever phil in particular is a total LIAR! When I was doing my research into a moving company I had seen before that they were possible scammers but I was naive in not making a assumptions as trying to be fair(boy do I wish I could take that back) spoke with phil for a few months before our move the following year and he made promises and everything seemed to go will told me we where getting discounted rates as we explained our inventory in DETAIL!! "Ok, ok, sure you are all set if anything we are here to help(Nope they are not)... time to move I call rachel and she tell me hey we can get you guys earlier than excepted but just make sure you tell the foreman you need your belongings ASAP, because I started my new job in another state. Unprofessional, unresponsive, complete scam

Do not believe anything these sales-snakes say on the phone. They completely misrepresented their businesses and capabilities, contracted with an incredibly unreliable mover for me, and then completely went dark when I couldn't move in time. They scammed me out of $1500. DO NOT USE.
