I would 1000% recommend this moving company. My job is very busy and I have very little time. The lady I called gave me 3 options and I was allowed to choose. I received a text from her via WhatsApp and sent her a video of my apartment. The next morning I received an offer via PDF. I booked the company. I also received an order confirmation via PDF. On the day of the move, the boys were with me at 8 a.m. sharp. Coordinated a few details with me, then everyone knew what to do. One was to do with setting up and taking down my bed and closet. 1 covered everything with blankets, 1 then wrapped everything in foil. Then there were 2 colleagues who brought everything down to the truck. The driver stalled everything. The team was so personable, friendly, worked quickly. My move was completed in 5 hours with assembly and dismantling. Simply great !!!

Ich hatte am 2.5.24 meinen Umzug mit TipTop Umzüge Hamburg. Vorher hatte ich ein kostenloses Videogespräch mit dem Chef gehabt, welcher sich noch spät am Abend meine Wohnung angeschaut und die benötigte LKW-Größe (im Nachhinein sehr gut) eingeschätzt hat. Nun ist mir am Tag vor dem Umzug, einem Feiertag, aufgefallen, dass die im Vertrag beinhalteten Halteverbotszonen nicht aufgestellt worden waren. Am Tag des Umzuges waren die Männer von TipTop Umzüge Hamburg da, waren aber - aufgrund fehlender Parkplätze, da es keine Halteverbotszone gab - nach 40 Minuten Warten wieder kurz davor, wieder zu gehen. Der Chef war während dieser Zeit nicht erreichbar und hat im Nachhinein mich weder zurückgerufen noch auf meine WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagiert. Am Ende gab es zum Glück noch Parkplätze, sodass der Umzug stattfinden konnte. Aber die vertraglich abgemachten Halteverbotszonen hätten mir viel Stress erspart.

We definitely advise against choosing this company. We had a miserable experience with them and we don't want you or anyone else to have to do the same. On the day of the move, the employees arrived with a van that was much too small because the regular car was defective. We had to endure an unbelievable four tours and the whole furniture transport took until late at night (9 p.m.!). Right at the beginning we were also informed that the card reader was also defective. During the move itself, four of our pieces of furniture were damaged. The company didn't bother at all and even after several attempts from our side still didn't. After we went through mediation and checked with the insurance company ourselves, it turned out that the necessary documents hadn't even been submitted to the insurance company! This company scams their customers from start to finish!

Absolute disaster. I had booked the packing service and assembly as well as the attachment service. There should come 2 times 7-8 men. On the first day 1 came, with 27 boxes instead of 60. Disappeared after 2 hours, because boxes were all, came back after 2 hours and slowly continued to pack. At around 3:30 p.m. he finishes work. In the end we must have packed half of the things ourselves. The next day the 5 people came, who started immediately and did well, only the truck was missing, so that the break was a long break. At around 2 p.m. we went to the new apartment. Unfortunately, there is a lot (including the washing machine connection - Aquastop, had to be repaired in a specialist workshop for €250). Around 6 p.m., you called it a day without having finished (also understandable). Wanted to come the next day (Saturday) - but didn't come. Boss personally never answered the phone, tried to communicate with WhatsApp and SMS. Monday the fitters came at 4.30 p.m.! In the meantime, of course, we had done a lot ourselves to make progress. Without the GF's assistant, everything would probably have been even worse, because she was able to save and patch a lot despite a bad cold. We still haven't got the money back for 4 months despite a lawyer.

I had a bad impression of the company from the start, especially in terms of punctuality, reliability and customer care. First I had to spend two days trying to even get anyone on the phone. Then, when I finally got it right, I was given an online viewing appointment. However, no one contacted me at the agreed time. I had to call and ask again myself, so no message at all that the appointment was being postponed or was still taking place at all. I was promised a lot, for example that someone would call me later and go through the furniture list with me, which didn't happen. When I asked about a fixed price offer, they kept saying it was coming, which wasn't the case. I wasted so much time because of this company. Still, I never got an apology or at least a plausible explanation. The Whatsapp messages from the employee were always unfriendly, ie their answers were always short and not even formulated in a complete sentence.

The move was to be paid for before the end of the service, which of course we refused. We were then made aware of the lien and we were told "I don't think you can pay, so I want you to pay now, otherwise we'll take everything to Hamburg." At this point, the truck was still half full. The previously stated 3-4 hours, which would supposedly be needed, ended up being 9 hours. Unfortunately, after much back and forth, we had to call in the police, who then ordered the company to end the service. Much fuss about nothing. Never again with this company! Cheeky, bold and just rip off.

The company provides bad service. The moving boxes were not delivered on three agreed dates. Every time I had to ask the company there was no information, there was always an excuse and the promise that it would work out now and get better. About a week before my move, I took care of boxes elsewhere. Then someone came with the boxes I had ordered, of which I only took a fraction. So shortly before the move, I had no choice but to continue hiring the moving company, since all the other people asked for the appointment were already booked, very annoying. Bubble wrap was used for the move Furniture promised, none was used. And almost two months after the move and four dates when I waited in vain for the company again, the boxes are still with me. I can definitely not recommend Tip Top Umzüge.

Smooth move! From the video inspection to putting my furniture in the new apartment, just great! Setting up and taking down my kitchen was very uncomplicated and easy for the team. I am very positively surprised how easy this move was and above all I didn't have to worry about anything except packing. You could even borrow the boxes from the company with delivery and collection. I can only recommend this company, as I will book my next move again with TipTop Umzüge Hamburg.

Last month I was able to move successfully with "TipTop Umzüge Hamburg". This was my 4th move and due to very bad experiences in the past, I was afraid of moving... However, a few weeks before my move I came across "TipTop Umzüge Hamburg" and it was the best decision I could have made to move with "TipTop Umzüge Hamburg". Everything went smoothly and I have positive memories of this move. "TipTop Umzüge Hamburg" is definitely a recommendation that comes from the heart and for the next move that is already being planned, "TipTop Umzüge Hamburg" will definitely be used again! Many thanks to the whole great team.

In general, I had a good impression at the beginning. The arrangements went well. However, I was called the evening before the move and the time was moved forward by a few hours. The next morning I was ready at 9 a.m., but the company only came 6 hours later. Nobody got in touch with me. I had to make my own phone call afterwards. This was very unfavorable for a move with handover on the same day. I also booked a no-parking zone, which was not applied for. So the movers had to find a solution. Pure rip off! 100€ for nothing. Everything was packed quite quickly, although I have to say that I dismantled some of the furniture myself while waiting. My tools were used for other things. Shortly after the move I received a call from customer service and they wanted to accommodate me financially due to the long wait on the day of the move. I was positively surprised. But to this day I haven't seen a penny in my account. A few days after moving I noticed that my wooden table had a crack. I then contacted the moving company. To date I have not received an answer and it probably will not come again. I wonder how the company is insured if they don't report at all. Really disappointing. Yes, the price was right, but I would give my belongings to another company next time. Rather spend a little more money, but not be ripped off and receive an answer in the event of damage.

On February 13th, 2023, I moved from Hamburg to Rostock with TipTop. I found the company via Check24. The communication was initially unproblematic, so that all facts were quickly clarified except for the time on the day of the move. They wanted to get in touch with me about this. That never happened and an awful lot of (mobile phone) calls from me were never answered until I spammed the company on all channels for fear that the company would no longer come (the invoice also contains a landline phone number that “is not assigned "). In the end, I got a short email with the time, but I still had a bad feeling about this service because of this torture. The uneasy feeling was completely made up for on the day of the move. Shortly before 8:00 a.m. the first helper arrived, followed shortly afterwards by all the others. All helpers were super friendly, polite, quick and very competent in dismantling, packing, transporting and reassembling furniture. The boss was also on site in HH for a short time. I was completely satisfied with how the moving day went and would move again and again with the helpers and also go for a coffee after the work was done. The helpers did a great job, but the office team should still work on its organization.

An all-round perfect moving service! The men were on time and packed the apartment (including over 50 moving boxes) in no time. Apparently they flew from Hamburg to Bremen, since they were there with 2 trucks even before us. Then it went without "ifs and buts" to the third floor, without an elevator. Washing machine, PAX cupboards, couch and many other large pieces of furniture made it to the 3rd floor so quickly, without a single scratch. Set up was quicker than I could see. Within 7 hours, after the start time at 8 a.m., everything was where it should be (including a 2-hour drive, plus a lunch break). The men were super friendly, didn't leave any rubbish or anything like that and even took away the boxes that I took with me privately in the car. The price is also great. Compared to other moving companies that were not rated as well, you still save money here. Next time I move I'll be a customer again.

In short: the paid service did not take place at all, customer communication zero! I have now filed a fraud report against this company! Last weekend, a move that had been planned for 2 months and had already been fully paid for was to be completed with this company. In the end we sat on packed apartment contents waiting in vain for the company. AN ABSOLUTE HORROR!!! NOBODY appeared and NOBODY was reachable, no matter which way. Even after requesting repayment due to non-performance, today, a week later, there is still no receipt of money. Any explanation as to how such a glitch can occur - none. Mistakes can definitely happen (and I'm really a good-humoured person!), but then not reacting at all or not communicating with the customer, THIS IS FATAL!!! (and could have been avoided!) NOTE: 6-

The behavior of Tobias Buchholz (owner) and his employees is an absolute cheek. I've been waiting since October 2021! on the settlement of my damage incurred in connection with a move (wooden stairs, parquet and piano broke, total damage: €4,000). Tobias Buchholz cannot be reached by phone, he and his employee do not stick to written/verbal agreements. The company cannot be reached by post at the various addresses (Mittelweg, An der Alster 6, Wildenhofeck 15). The insurance company originally wanted to pay, but needs a response from the TipTop Umzüge Hamburg company. I recommend everyone to give this company and its owner Tobias Buchholz a wide berth and am now considering filing a police report and taking further legal action.

First contact was nice and friendly, price was cheap and I was sent pictures of previous moves and it all just sounded great. Was there talk of all the furniture being neatly packed with blankets and bubble wrap, just like in the pictures, which didn't happen when we moved. Cardboard boxes were not delivered as agreed and I had to keep calling or emailing them afterwards because they were not available. Wrong boxes delivered. On the day of the move, 4 of the promised 5 packers and a driver came. In the end, my TV was broken, 6 of 12 lamps were damaged, every single piece of furniture had scratches or some form of damage, parts were missing, and when we moved, stacked boxes of crockery fell over. Her insurance was supposedly on. Didn't see any paperwork or anything like that and insisted on the paperwork submitted. Nothing came, of course, and no one was reachable. At the end and 6 weeks later to finalize the whole thing they offered me 250€ because the stuff wasn't new. Total bullshit, but I just wanted to get this over with. I can only say hands off, unprofessional and chaotic.

After reading the reviews about the TipTop company, I had a queasy feeling as to whether this was the right decision. In the beginning it took a while to get the offer. I then contacted them again and expressed my concerns, whereupon I was confirmed that everything would go smoothly. On the day of the move, as discussed, four men actually arrived almost to the minute and got busy right away. As discussed at the beginning, no one asked for half the amount. Two more men came later. And then the boss came over and took a look at it. It may not always be like this, but we were lucky that everyone was very nice and totally friendly and handled things very well. For the sake of accuracy, they showed us every single scratch and wrapped everything up neatly. After everyone was invited, I spoke to the team lead and handed him half of the amount. Everything was taken out and neatly set up at the new location. In some places it didn't always fit 100%. The colleagues also suggested and implemented solutions on their own initiative. After almost everything was unloaded and the driver wanted to continue driving, I spoke to the team lead again and gave him the remaining money. At no point was there a renegotiation that it was different than what was agreed upon or anything like that. A move like this is something very big for the average consumer. But I have to say that my initial concerns were completely dismantled. At this point, thanks to the team and the boss who organized this.

I was unpleasantly harassed by the owner (Mr. Tobias Buchholz) in my own apartment when he suddenly wanted the final installment in the middle of the move - even though the work was far from being done. There was still a heavy safe on the street and half of the boxes were still in the moving truck. The furniture wasn't assembled either. It should be noted that we have a baby and two small children and were therefore in urgent need of help - and paid for it. Mr. Buchholz promised me (quote: "As a man of honor") that he would fulfill the contractual agreements after paying the final installment. In the end, only the things were brought into the apartment and only partially unpacked - but not assembled. After multiple inquiries via WhatsApp and email as to when the open and paid points would be taken care of, we were simply ignored. We therefore strongly advise against entering into a business relationship with Mr. Tobias Buchholz and regret not having taken a look at the reviews beforehand. In conclusion, at least his employees were friendly and committed.
