Supreme Moving and Storage

The only positive part of my experience with this company. Was interaction with Daniel. After you get past reservation and basically give them your money, it is a disaster moving forward. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from booking the actual move, the moving day show up, to delivery of items. Do not waste your hard earned money here. It's a scam. I also believe they treat male customers differently than their female counterparts. Absolute disaster.

I was really scared to pick a moving company after I signed up online and I had a lot of companies calling me after looking up a lot of the reviews I didn't want to move with anyone a friend recommended Supreme Moving and Storage to me and the guys were great they came out in their own truck they're not Brokers they wrap my furniture they put the furniture in the truck got me delivered I'd recommend Supreme Moving and Storage to anyone even my family thank you for good service.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4850

Finally found the real mover after three terrible companies I've dealt with in the past. I am a computer engineer and move a lot around the country my company gives me the funds to move and lets me choose the mover what's the first of the moves I thought was going to be cool that I could choose my own wrong it was a nightmare. I didn't do this several phone "I searched my own company on Google and I found supreme moving and storage I like the reputation and the service they provided previous customers . I did a thorough food over the phone with Jason to dispatch manager we went over a detailed list of what I'd be taking measurements getting cubic foot and seven preparing a quote for me he told me to build over to the quarterly cubic foot and it was actually smart to get a higher price upfront and then receive a cheaper price at the end of the move I was really happy about that in the past shopping movie companies I shopped by the company offering the cheapest quote that's the worst Thing you can do. They did a great job wrapping furniture package furniture and getting the door-to-door I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently moved from Texas to Maryland I needed the company to get me at the Baltimore soon as possible I was changing my job I reviewed a lot of companies online after having a bad experience in the past. I found them online and was impressed with their ratings and that they own their own trucks I didn't want to get stuck in a broker situation again. I emailed them my inventory and they shot me back a quote, they want to cheapest company but that's not what I was looking for is looking for reputation. Just like my rep explained over the phone they came out took all the furniture apart wrapped up the furniture loaded me up got me out to Maryland and put all the furniture again and the appropriate rooms I pointed they placed.. thank you again so much supreme moving and storage for helping me and I last met a jam and being an honest real company and giving me a great service!!

Do your homework on line about this company--unlike me who now is out of initial deposit check of $100. I have contacted this company several times for refund of this check since I elected to go with another company and I can never get past the one and only phone number posted anywhere. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHOSE MONEY THEY STOLE IS GETTING READY TO TAKE LITIGATION ACTION TO SHUT THEM DOWN! Any 5 star reviews here are highly suspect. Save your money--be safe and hire a reputable company. Check BBB (better business bureau web site as well).

Supreme moving and storage was such a help I needed a moving company to help me pick up a bunch of furniture that I just originally purchased I was very worried about not being there for pick up and having someone else but supreme made the process very easy I doing an inventory by giving me a binding “when they deliver the furniture everything was wrapped up a big blankets.. And a great addition thanks so much supreme moving and storage I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great move her and if you go on their website there’s discounts you can take a vantage of Vex a lot supreme..

After searching for what I thought was a reputable company I finally made contact with Brad Vargas at this company. He appeared to be helpful explaining about scams movers use and promised my that my move would be handled by his company's employees in the company trucks. Imagine my surprise when three men showed up in an unmarked box truck. I asked if they were Supreme employees and was told that Supreme sub contracts with their company for moves. After loading the truck they "discovered" that I had more weight than estimated and it would be an additional $1300. Since the stuff was loaded I paid. Total misrepresentation by Brad as to how this move would go and very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the subcontracting to a substandard company.

This is not a moving company. It is a bunch of lazy thieves with no education, just street smarts. There is no NO REAL business address. No physical location.
Cant take them to court because they can't be served without a REAL ADDRESS.
These fools, with no conscience, are just thieves with phones and phone devices that enable them to access your checking account and steal your hard earned money.
One day, they will go to jail. If you have been victimized, do what you can to put them there!!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1400

Supreme Van Lines, somehow related to United Relocation Movers, is a shady company that uses scare tactics and dishonest practices to get more money from you and hold your goods for ransom. My goods finally arrived late at night. The movers left after midnight. Some things were broken and they never called to give me insurance info. But worst of all, they would not schedule a delivery until I made me a cash payment of $2095 because my credit card had not come through. They promised to refund me when it did, but they did not. Basically they stole an extra $2095 from me. Beware using this company. You'd be fools to use them no matter how nice they sound over the phone.
