  Lief alles Perfekt!!!!

  Internationaler Umzug Ruhrgebiet/Frankreich.

Zügig war alles verladen, was nötig in Folie verpackt.

  Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank!

Ich werde euch definitiv weiter empfehlen. Grosses Lob an euch Alle.

Topp immer wieder.

  Gute Vorbesprechnung, ABER mangelhafte Umsetzug.

Rip off.

Just wanted the € 4,000 from long-term care insurance. Not wrapped with paper and foil as discussed, everything criss-cross, sometimes only 2 parts in a box. came not with trucks, but with junk cars. Things broke, fridge, stove, dishwasher and sink not connected, TV and lamps not attached. Cardboard boxes and small furniture left in the old apartment. Never again!!

Relocation from Bochum to Weimar.

Completely problem-free and well-organized move from Bochum 3rd floor to Weimar 2nd floor. The employees were very hard-working and competent. Furniture was properly packed and stowed away. Packaging material was provided. Except for a lamp, nothing has been damaged or lost. Unbeatable fixed price with a professional team. Very friendly advice beforehand. Everything went really well! Thank you again for this good experience.

Long-distance move from Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia to Leipzig, Free State of Saxony

Good preliminary discussion, BUT poor implementation.

My move should be split into two dates due to the distance and volume. Everything was discussed in great detail and exactly what should be loaded on which dates.

BUT NOTHING WAS IMPLEMENTED!

The dates were brought forward at short notice, the things were packed quickly, without care and not at all as agreed. Unfortunately, I accommodated the company by bringing it forward and made it possible. It would have been better to change the company at this point. The removal goods were not loaded in 7.5 t trucks as discussed. You just came with several vans and trailers. That would be fine! The furniture was wedged together and stacked and when it rained the boxes were then unloaded again because the space had been lost. After the two moving dates, almost all parts were damaged and some things such as fully automatic coffee machines, coffee machines, baskets, table legs, shelves from the cupboards, exercise mats, etc. have completely disappeared.

Despite several reminders, the company does not respond to my complaint at all. I would have taken the moving costs of around € 4000.00 better and bought some new furniture on site and moved the other parts myself.

Simply great the company.

Great well-rehearsed team: my very complicated move (3 unloading stations and 1 piano!) Went so smoothly "over the stage"! At half past one everything was done and we still managed to do something that afternoon.
Any time! Thank you so much!

I will definitely recommend you guys. Kudos to you all.

You always meet twice -).

My move.

My move was from Kempen to Düsseldorf with everything including kitchen fittings and installation. I was extremely satisfied and can only highly recommend this moving company. Discreet, tidy, punctual and all very, very friendly and reliable. The move took a total of 3 days. My lamps were hung up and the kitchen was ready to use again. The cabinets were placed where I wanted them to be. Thank you very much for this great help and support.

Small move.

A move without any flaws! From Hattingen to Dortmund. Punctual, motivated, careful, super nice employees! 8 a.m. appointment - 5 to 8 the team was on site. Get an overview, invited. 40 km further you go to the 3rd floor, without a lift! No problem! Great time management. Very good fixed price. We were really excited! Without question a really recommendable company! We thank you!

Bad.

Stay away from this company. They wanted extra money on the day of the move because one of the employees didn't pass on a few things. In the end I paid extra and at the end of the day they couldn't do their job, which was even in the order. So I paid a total of 1700 euros, even though we signed a contract for 1550 euros. And the company even failed to do the job they were supposed to do for 1,550 euros. Of course there are no refunds either. In addition, the door of the refrigerator doesn't close. i now have problem with my stove. Overall, the move cost me 500 euros more and lost a lot of time because I had to have a few things done separately later.

International move to the Ruhr area / France.

Personally, the owner and the employees have already been praised, so here too. The owner himself has inspected my apartment / furniture and made a good offer for my move from D to F - a good 520 km and from the 3rd to the 8th floor (here with elevator).
On the day of the move, a punctual, super nice team of four people was on site at 7:00 am, who packed up. Everything that was necessary was packed in foil quickly. At the destination, two people unloaded and struggled up the stairs with my heavy couch and armchairs because they did not fit in the elevator. Everything with a smile and friendly until the bed was screwed together at 8pm. Conclusion: a great team, an owner who takes care, kept all promises. Professionals were at work here, definitely to be recommended.

Everything went perfect !!!!

Punctually at 8 the company was at the door with a 7.5t and a Sprinter. Immediately sympathetic demeanor. Everything was dismantled in no time. The setup went almost as quickly. The furniture was wrapped in foil. Everything as agreed. Special requests were met. I can definitely recommend the company Stolz to everyone. Without you we would not have made the move! Many Thanks!!!!
