Prompt to respond.

This company was prompt with a competitively priced bid. Scheduled us quickly. The movers were professional and extremely skilled. We would recommend this company to anyone moving anything.

Easy move.

These movers are great. They were early and really quick. I was worried I wouldn't have enough space but they made it all work. Very friendly and helpful! I was dreading moving in the snow, but it worked out perfectly.

Horrible experience that still hasn't been resolved.

First move was from our office to their storage. They have overcharged and was 4 hours late. Then they moved us from their storage to our new office. They have grossly overcharged again and this time was 2.5 hours late. Unprofessional movers, but polite, extremely poor management.

Horrible Horrible Experience. do Not Use This Company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unprofessional, extremely shady company. Use at your own risk. Did not wrap belongings when picked up, charged hundreds more than quoted, large items moved were broken, dirty, and missing. Showed up 9 hours late for delivery. The manager, James, is the rudest person I have ever talked to and the owner of the company, Mike Gayton, is somehow even worse.

They fraudulently communicated with my credit card company to get paid twice. Now they will not answer any calls from me or my credit card company.

I highly encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with Special Ops Moving to file a complaint with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and any other consumer protection agency. http://www.dora.state.co.us/pls/real/CCTS_oWEB.trans_complaint_form.

Their cancellation policy is deceptive and dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM.

Their cancellation policy is deceptive and dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM. I no longer needed their services well over a month before the move date, they refused to refund a 25% deposit. When I setup the move they NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT the deposit being NON refundable. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

The company did a good job. the guys worked hard and the price was fair. not the lowest not the highest. id recommend special ops moving.
