Calls were returned almost immediately by patient, understanding staff who remembered everything about my situation and requirements.This review might sound strange to you but as I was not relocating but rather sending items to my daughter I was pleased and reassured when the details our situation were remembered.

I sent the list of items and quickly got a quote with an explanation of how it had been determined and how their calculation works, with an explanation of no hidden fees. What you see is what you get. It was good to know the quote would be as close as possible to the actual, once loaded.

I have moved multiple times within Canada as a military wife, being arranged and paid for by the military, but this move I had to arrange myself. I'm happy that I chose Smart Movers. I think you would be too if you choose them in your move.

This company delivered not only on great service but were very helpful. They carefully packed all the furniture and were very attentive to their surroundings. Very courteous and patient. We had a four bedroom house, two living rooms and a kitchen to pack and organize because we had four different stops to make along the move. They worked very late to make sure the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company if you are moving locally or across Canada. Their pricing was very reasonable also. We had two high end sofas to move from NB to ON. We needed to find a mover we could trust. We were a little worried as there have been many scams recently. After researching and receiving quotes from 15 movers we decided on Smart Movers Atlantic. Our rep was efficient at responding with a quote and gave us two pricing options to chose from. Once we settled on timing the next step was pickup. They called us to ask if they were able to come 2 hours earlier which of course we were happy about. They arrived prompty, wrapped up the two sofas and loaded them up. This process took about 20 minutes. They said the furniture would arrive at the destination sometime on Friday(4 days after pickup)

We were thrilled with the estimated time of arrival. 1 hour before they were set to arrive, they called to confirm someone would be at the destination. They arrived exactly on time, unwrapped, moved the furniture in its place and even helped our aging parents move another piece of furniture to another room. The process took 30 minutes. The sofa's arrived in perfect condition! Thank you Smart Movers Atlantic. Best moving experience we have ever had and we look forward to using you again in the future.

A fantastic experience with Smart Movers Atlantic. I had a full Storage Locker of inherited furnitture in Huntsville ON, and I live in New Glasgow NS. When I finally got a home big enough for ALL my furniture, I needed about 300 cubic feet moved - which is a small partial load..

I requested a quote, they responded within a day, and then they were ready to pick up within a few days - I thought it would take a month to schedule.. The driver was in touch with me throughout the pick up - as I was in NS at the time and did not have a contact who could meet them at the locker. The driver picked up some additional moving materials because I couldn't be sure of whether my stuff was move ready. They wrapped, protected and packed into completely move ready, on Friday June 30. Monday July 3rd I got the call to schedule the Delivery for Tuesday mid-day. again - much sooner than I thought possible. Everything was well packed, well protected and not a single callout on any handling of my antique dining room set and glass cabinets. I highly recommend this company - a pleasure to work with.
