Six Brothers were fantastic for our move and came highly recommended from the local community. And for good reason!

They came out and did an assessment on our belongings to ensure we got exactly what we needed on the day and didn’t leave ourselves short, or end up paying for something we didn’t need.

Sophie was great to deal with for our bookings and even though we had to move dates a couple of times she took it in her stride and helped us out. Nothing was too much trouble.

The guys on the day were on time, super polite and professional and worked quickly, while giving the utmost care to our home and belongings.

I would highly recommend Six Brothers Removalist to anyone moving house. You will not be disappointed.

2nd time using Six brothers Removalists and service is just as outstanding.

1st time settlement was delayed by 24 hours and they were calm, accommodating with storage and organizing immediate re-delivery. 2nd time they had to navigate almost 3 levels of stairs with whitegoods and heavy furniture - still carefully packed into the truck with time to spare.

Moving house is a stressful experience but with these guys on your side its just a little easier :)

These guys are professional, reliable and friendly - would not hesitate to use Six Brothers Removalists again, or to recommend them to anyone.

I had my 3 bedroom house contents moved from Wollongong to Sydney last Friday.

Two lads came and gave me a call for notice before they arrived

They scoped out what had to be removed, dealt with absolutely everything I had left for them to remove (except a gas bottle as it was a fire hazard - fair enough!) and got it all done. I asked them to put it all in my new rental in NSW and i wasnt even able to go with them to instruct them were to put the stuff. They intuitively put the correct beds in the correct sized bedrooms and judged what was written on the boxes with where to put it - even though it was cryptic,

I was very, very pleased. They didn't complain, they worked fast, nothing got broken, they took initiative and were polite.

They even wrapped my mattresses in this wrapping stuff so it didnt get stained.

5/5 very happy, would recommend to everyone.

I went for a pack and move package each time and the level of friendliness, thoroughness and professionalism was second to none.

I got phone calls to check important details before the moves. They had to go from next to nothing packed to everything safely, respectfully and efficiently packed to move and then move.

Younan and his team did the move for my mum, they were brilliant - they worked fast and expertly while taking great care with my mum’s furniture and belongings.

I knew they were the team I would use when I moved in March and they did not disappoint! Younan and his crew are highly experienced, and made the move very easy and stress-free.

Fantastic service received from this Six Brothers Removalists.

The movers were professional and efficient. They even rang me early to ask if I was ready earlier then I’d originally scheduled them for as they had finished their previous job early.

When I spoke with them they were friendly and polite and I could tell they took care of my things during the house move and this made me feel that I could trust them.

Even the person who answered the phone to take my booking was lovely and I liked that She was honest about which truck I would need when we discussed my requirements for the move. Shoutout to Steven and his colleague who helped me with my house move,

I was very impressed with their service and their friendly nature made having them in my home much less awkward. I’ll definitely be calling this company again

Couldn't have been happier with the professional and friendly service my husband and I received from Six Brothers Removalist.

Lina from their office was very clear, helpful and informative when it came to organising the move and exactly what services they provided.

Our removalists, Steven and Rio did an incredible job tackling the insanely steep driveway at our new home.

Seriously, you needed to be a mountain goat on Redbull to get up and down this drive way.

Luckily, Steven and Rio were up to the challenge. All our items were moved safely and carefully.

I don't think we would have coped trying to manage the move ourselves.

I highly recommend Six Brothers for good communication, punctuality, excellent service and a stress free move.

I cannot recommend Six Brothers highly enough - 5 stars just doesn't do them justice!

On incredibly short notice, on Monday morning, they came to the rescue of my daughter, son in law and two young kids (one only 4 weeks old)... who had been let down by another removals company. Alex and Liver were amazing!

They communicated throughout the whole process and did exactly what they promised to do.

The move went without a hitch once they were on the job - professional, courteous and sensitive to the stresses of the day.

TERRIBLE! Do not engage with this company! We have just experienced the most atrocious service (Work order 833968) This has also been lodged with the Department of Fair Trading.

X – AGGRESSIVE CONTRACTORS - Staff were so unprofessional, difficult to deal with and unprofessional. They use contractors, who actually yelled at us, refusing to move certain items, severely scratched our floor boards – which we pointed out and they just aggressively said “well do you want your furniture moved or not?” Refused to disassemble and assemble items which we then had to hire people to do later. We actually had to help carry the majority of the furniture and boxes as they were very rough, dropping boxes and breaking items.

X – MIDNIGHT DELIVERY - We booked a back load, understanding the work order said furniture would be delivered between 7am – 5pm, we were verbally told around 9am. It arrived at 10:45pm, finishing at 12:50am! – the company management said this was acceptable, and again when I questioned this staff member Ronnie yelled at me down the phone saying “Do you want your furniture or not”. We had new neighbours put in formal noise complaints.

X – SCAM ADDITIONAL CHARGES - We had an inventory of one bedroom house of furniture with 40 large boxes (we only used 22) and got calculated by their staff 25 cubic meters. We were then told we had 15 cubic meters additional and so had to pay $770 more, this was absolutely false, fabricated and a SCAM. We got told we wouldn’t get our furniture unless we paid, like our furniture was held ransom. I later had a builder calculate our furniture at 18 cubic meters (7cubic meters under), When asked management couldn’t justify any measurements or how they came to that calculation, regardless continued to hassle us about the additional measure and cost.

X – UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF - Dealing with management has been ABSOLUTELY TRAUMATIC to be honest quite scarring. When speaking with staff Kara and Fatima they both agreed that the service had been terrible, that the cubic measurements had to be false, however I would have to chase them for any follow up. I documented all conversations. Then in a final conversation with James the supervisor he LAUGHED down the phone at me, belittled me and was incredible condescending and rude, left me feeling like I had been bullied and abused.

X – NO RESOLUTION - Reading the company’s responses to people with similar dealings they are so quick to offer empathy, asking you email resolutions@sixbrothers etc. This is what we did, and it actually made the whole situation worse and more difficult. They openly state they will offer a full refund to customers, Fatima offered 20% compensation but this was then strangely taken back after she spoke to higher managment. Expect absolutely NO FORM OF COMPENSATION, we are now having scratched floorboards, we had to pay for addition trades to reassemble furniture, I have new neighbours who are irate from the noise in the middle of the night, and am overall left with such a traumatic and awful experience in moving. They will try to manipulate facts and catch us out in response to try to seem helpful, empathetic. Trust me we tried all avenues to deal with them, they were harsh, aggressive and offered no understanding or support.

Strongly strongly advise – DO NOT use this company, seek alternate to save yourself a lot of pain and damage to your furniture and moving experience.

The gentlemen, contacted me the night before and advised of their estimated pick up time.

The next morning both of them arrived at the house on time and very professional. We were at a 3 bedroom house moving into an apartment on level 5, and everything was packed and loaded after an hour.

When we got to the new apartment the boys unpacked everything and unloaded from the truck, up the elevator and into the apartment. Everything was so quick and everything was done with no damage.

The guys were super friendly also. Thanks so much to the boys, will book six brothers again!! Highly recommend and very affordable too.
