This company is a joke. On the day of the move two boys Jason ( J bones) and another Jason came to move us. They were over an  hour late and once they got there one of the guys kept on running to the bathroom and they were taking breaks ALOT.  Once we got to our new home..once again back an forth to the bathroom and within an hour one of the guys went into the truck to make a phone call. I guess he wasn't feeling good and was trying to get a replacement to come out.  SO we started unloading the truck OURSELVES!! For an hour we did it..Then the two boys starting arguing and were about to get into a physical fight because the one guy wanted to finish the job . So finally at 430 the replacement came and they finished the job within an hour. I talked to the owner Chaz and he is one of the most disrespectful and rudest people I have met. Charged us $75 an hour and $75 for mileage was not worth it The Staff and owner very unprofessional and thugs..DO NOT USE ROYAL MOVERS!

Set up a time for the company to move my family.  I asked the owner if they packed too?  He told me that they did.  So I arranged for the company to move us.  When the 2 men got there - they told me I had too much stuff and would not move me!!  I was paying by the hour - not like they were not going to get paid.  The 2 men called the boss and he told them to leave!!  I talked to the boss and he got real angry with me about not telling them they had to pack my stuff too.  I told him I asked if you packed also and he said you asked that doesn't mean you needed us to pack too!!  If I didn't need them to pack me why would I ask if they pack too!! The boss was very unprofessional yelling at me.  He told his men to charge me $75 for coming out and leave.  I asked them to PLEASE at least take my large items and they not even do that!!  He sent 2 men to do a household of furniture!!  I was so upset by the time they left I was to be out of the house by that weekend and they left me hanging!!  I found another company that sent out 5 men to do the job and they also packed for me!!  The new company told me that they hear it happen alot - a company will not move a family cause they have too much stuff!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

No one likes moving day, especially around Christmas. Our experience with Royal Movers was delightful! The men were professional, careful, quick, and pleasant to be around. They took instructions with special items as though they were their own. They were easy to talk to, and by time they left, we felt like they were friends. I highly recommend this company! We used them before, to move my elderly parents, so we had no reserve in using them. Hoping this is our last move, but should we move again..we will call Royal Movers again.

I recently moved from Riverview, MI to Livonia, MI and used Royal Movers for my move. They were great! They arrived at my previous residence not only on time but early and called to let me know exact ETA, which was wonderful. I asked to schedule and extra stop in between and they were more than accommidating and moved everything quickly and efficiently! The two men were also very personable and professional.

Though not ready because my dog was dying, they moved everything quickly and efficiently as they could in the mess they walked into. very satisfied, and made a long 3 days which ended with having to put my dog to sleep that very night, much easier, not having to manage the move myself! Quick efficient honest thoughtful and I would definitely use them again. They moved the heavy things while I continued packing boxes could have never been more unprepared because of my dog, they were patient with my packing, and up front about the fact that because I was not ready it would take them longer costing more. this was understood and they were amazing. Would refer and use again, no BS what they say you will get you get.

I recently chose Royal Movers from the yellow pages to move to my new home within a mile of my previous address. I called several movers and after speaking at length w/a manager felt comfortable n safe in my choice. Having never used a moving comp in the past, only family, I was already skeptical and nervous about my possessions, safety of both homes, and price. I had no clue what this process entailed and it was excessive (6.5 hrs)! 2 movers arrived promptly and started immediately. My items were wrapped, and packed safely and with no damages made. They moved everything with great care and I will/would recommend them to all. I appreciated all they did and will use them next time for sure!

We just used Royal Movers to move a 3 bedroom ranch house full of very heavy, solid wood furniture and a basement full of woodworking tools. They were courteous, friendly, polite, honest and efficient. They arrived on time and ready to work. They wrapped all the furniture with moving blankets and then shrink wrapped it to keep the blankets in place. They treated it as if it were their own. They had the truck loaded and on the road in three and a half hours. The next morning, they called and arrived early at our new home three hundred miles away, to off load with the same efficiency as the day before when they loaded. They padded the doorways and put a covering on the floor. They brought all the furniture in, unwrapped it, placed it where we wanted it and reassembled what they had taken apart to move. One of them even brought me a ten dollar bill that he found in the couch! I was so impressed with his honesty! It was hot and humid on both days and they never stopped,other than a few 5 minute breaks to re-hydrate with ice cold water, until the job was completed. They quoted us a price and that is what we paid. I was worried that my husband, who is hard to please, would find fault with something. The first thing he said to me was that these guys are amazing. We would highly recommend this company to everyone. Nothing was damaged and everything turned out according to plan. Thank you Royal Movers!

THANK YOU Royal Movers..especially to Mike and Walt for moving me on August 30th! This was my first time using this moving company. When I had called initially, I told them I had a budget and they stuck to my budget exactly! They were very professional, knowledgeable and took great care with all of my furniture. One piece of furniture gave them a bit of a challenge. They were not sure it was going to fit going through 2 narrow doorways and a small hallway. They accepted the challenge, didn't give up, and worked it until they were successful in getting it in. They placed all of the furniture where I wanted it to go, unwrapped everything and assembled it for me. I am very thankful and grateful to them for all of their hard work on a warm day! I will definitely refer this company to others who are in need of professional and reasonably priced movers.

(Wyandotte, MI) BEWARE! The owner, Chaz, will milk the clock like a true pro! They take a 15 minute break every hour and a half! He is very pleasant and likes to talk, which he will do alot of, instead of moving your belongings and being considerate of the clock! He quoted me $125 per hour on the phone but at end of day he charged us $135. We argued at the end about what time they showed up; We had a different time than they did. They showed up with a truck which was way too small, and announced they would require 2 trips..ofcourse, more hours!! I fed them breakfast, lunch, and beverages; his workers were very pleasant and nice, and said thank you, not Chaz. I have moved alot in the past 8 years and have never experienced these "breaks". We were told a worker had to go home ill due to a seizure the night before, however when Chaz, the owner, showed up to replace him he boasted how the worker was drunk the night before and he was going to give him the month off. Unprofessional! Once we realized they were milking the clock and told us they would be there till 7:00pm we decided to move all of our outdoor furniture ourselves! And Chaz was not happy at all, he wanted to move it himself! Truly disappointing! I will go back to Handle With Care, every time! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!

Darrell and Mike were wonderful and professional. Calling to make an appointment was easy and they were very accommodating. I received a phone call the day before the move to confirm. They came in and went around the house to ensure they had everything listed to move and they wrapped everything up, protected my belonging and made things look so easy. You will not be disappointed with the quality and service Royal Movers has. I would recommend them to anyone and would use their services in the future again. Thank you guys for making a stressful move into an EASY and affordable experience.

I contacted Royal Movers approx. 1 month prior to our move to get an appointment which was no problem considering it was a month away. I found the phone call was informative as they informed me of there process and what if anything would be helpful to make the move easy and less time consuming, as time is money.
On the move day the moving crew was there on time and immediately got to work. The move went smoothly, no damage to walls etc., from move site to new home. Everyone of the movers went to work in different directions to make the move smooth as silk.
The crew worked very hard on a very hot day but they were friendly and assisted me on little things that made our move an awesome experience. I also compared pricing prior to deciding on Royal Movers and found their price for the move to be the best. I encourage anyone planning to move to contact Royal Movers as I believe you'll be happy with price and job done.

These guys were great! From the start of the day the communication was excellent. They called to let us know the time they would arrive. When they did arrive as stated, they explained exactly where they were going to start and how they were going to take care of all of our stuff. They did exactly as discussed. They took excellent care of our things, wrapping them safely in moving blankets. Putting pads up on door wall openings even protected the houses. They moved swiftly and communicated to each other all day long. With 4 guys and the huge truck, they moved everything from a 1400 sq. foot home and 2 car garage in 2 trips. Which took about 6 hours. They were very precise with the loading and unloading, saving us time and money! This is our 2nd time using Royal Movers and we couldn't be more satisfied! We would recommend them over and over again!
