Roadway truly went above and beyond from start to finish. From the moment the team arrived, I felt completely taken care of. The movers were attentive, kind, and incredibly professional, and the entire experience felt calm, organized, and thoughtful.

They handled all of my belongings with so much care, especially my art, my easel, and my vintage furniture. Everything was carefully wrapped, protected, and treated with real respect. I didn’t have to lift a finger at any point, and they consistently checked in to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the move.

I recently used Roadway Moving for the second time, and honestly I can’t imagine moving with anyone else. This past week they helped us move into our forever home, and they made what could have been such a stressful, emotional day feel completely seamless.

They even brought wardrobe boxes which made moving my gym clothes and filming pieces so much easier (a lifesaver ?). I’ve used Roadway for both long distance and short distance moves. I can confidently say they are the only movers I will use. Somehow, every moving experience, something has gone wrong, but absolutely never with roadway. Everything is easy, seamless, from the communication to the packing to the coordination with the team at their corporate offices. I am absolutely obsessed with them and thankful that they offer so many different options from packing, to unpacking, too long distance and short distance moves. Using them as a no-brainer!

My second time using Roadway! They are extremely professional and take such good care of my furniture and belongings. Carlos and his team were so fun and polite. They double checked to make sure they had everything when we left my old house and made sure it went in the right room in the new house. They worked nonstop carrying heavy boxes and furniture pieces, and left nothing damaged. They took apart and rebuilt all my furniture. I couldn't have asked for a better team or move.

Moving is typically a stressful experience but with Roadway Moving I can say it's actually anything but. Both legs of my move from Ohio to Miami were successful, efficient and smooth. Not only were the teams incredibly professional when it came to handling our items with care, they were also friendly and a joy to be around. They arrived on time and got straight to work, executing the day's plan with ease. In Miami, I have spiral staircases, which proved to be a complete breeze for the Roadway movers. Our first move with Roadway was a success, which is why we decided to hire them again for our second NYC move. Roadway movers always come on time and work efficiently all while making sure your furniture and items are packed safely. Unfortunately, our new apartment wasn't ready for us, so we had to leave our things in Roadway's private, climate-controlled storage for a week. We were initially worried about leaving our plants in storage, but our plants were completely fine and brought to us in one piece.

I wanted to share about my experience moving with Roadway Moving company.

Moving is a stressful thing. However, I have moved houses 4 times over the past 2 1/2 years and one move was my Son taking a job in NYC from living in LA his whole life.

Each time we called Roadway. Each time they showed up on time, friendly, courteous and did exactly what they said they would do in a timely fashion, with professionalism and ease.
