This was my 11th time moving in 12 years, and this was by far the EASIEST one!

I don't have many items, but the furniture I acquired in the last year are pretty heavy. I had no idea how I would've transported my kitchen pantry that spans the length of a wall, or my kitchen cart. However, Roadway took them apart, wrapped them, and put them in the truck in less than 20 minutes.

I could not believe how efficient they were. The entire move from start to finish only took 2 hours, which would've taken me days!

Can't recommend Roadway Moving enough for moving in NYC - they made what could’ve been a total nightmare move feel smooth and manageable. I moved on Saturday, July 5th, right after the holiday weekend. The elevator in my new apartment was broken, my dog was stressed out, and I was honestly ready for chaos.

The Roadway team showed up right on time and got straight to work. They packed up my entire 1-bedroom apartment in just 3 hours (nothing broke!) They also took extra care around my anxious dog, which I really appreciated. And not a single complaint about the broken elevator requiring more time to move everything - they just handled it professionally.

I’ve done a few moves and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Huge thank you to the Roadway team for turning a stressful day into something that felt totally under control. Highly highly recommend.

We’ve moved with Roadway Moving three times, each time with babies or toddlers in tow, and we would never use another moving service again. They are exceptionally thorough, detailed, and organized. From the moment you contact them, the process is seamless and professional. Their operations team immediately walks you through every step, lets you know who will be calling or checking in, and follows up with clear instructions, forms, and dedicated points of contact.

Before moving day, they send helpful reminders and texts to confirm everything is on track. On the day of the move, you receive a live tracking link so you can see exactly where the movers are, an absolute lifesaver when planning around nap schedules and little ones. When the movers arrive, they walk through your home with you to review every room and make note of special instructions. They work incredibly fast - by the time we stepped out to head to our new destination, they were already loading the truck.

During our most recent interstate move, I accidentally left behind my purse and a few packages, and they thoughtfully packed everything up and kept me informed. They even FaceTimed me after they finished to do a final walkthrough and make sure nothing was left behind. At our new home, they were just as communicative and kind. This is my second move with roadway and they are truly the best of the best. They were here bright and early to get our apartment packed up. You really can sit back and relax because they take care of everything. We opted for a full pack which makes moving as seamless as possible. Their team is top notch - dependable, organized, careful, & they do it all with a smile on their face making moving (which can be one of the top stressors for people) an enjoyable experience.

Just wanted to share our experience with Roadway Moving because they seriously made our move so much easier. We used them a few years ago when we were moving with a one-year-old and again recently now that we have two toddlers. Both times they packed everything so fast and with care. Four years of our life was boxed up in under two hours. I did some decluttering and organizing beforehand, but they really handled everything else.

I had an amazing experience with Roadway from start to finish. The crew was professional, fast, and genuinely nice to be around. They handled everything, even last-minute things I hadn’t prepared—and went above and beyond to help, including taking items out to the curb. Moving with pets can be stressful, but Roadway made the entire process smooth and easy. The movers even became friends with my dog. I had a great experience with Roadway and will definitely hire them again! I moved out of downtown and even with the awkward streets they were so efficient. They were super sweet and patient with my cat. I also had a lot of dishes and kitchen supplies and was overwhelmed trying to pack everything carefully but they took care of that and also brought plenty of wardrobe boxes so my closet was ready to go right away. Unpacking was also quick, they disassembled and reassembled my bed and put my desk back together so I could get right back into work in the next couple days. They wrapped all my electronics, cat stuff and furniture and we were done in half a day. Amazing job, thank you again!

Roadway Moving was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They were extremely organized and took great care with all of our belongings, from vases, sofas, to frame TVs.

They came fully prepared with everything needed to properly pack, protect, and move our items, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. They handled moving our things into both our new home and storage.
