The movers were amazing! They moved my mother from Texas to Florida. Marcelo helped me with my move during the whole process. I received a lot of calls, but Marcelo was professional very patient with me. He explained everything in detail and spent a lot of time with me on a video call and over the phone. My mom was very happy with the service. They helped her pack her TVs, a lot of China dishes, and tons of pictures that needed packing. Everything arrived safely to her new home, and they put her bed back together and brought everything inside her home. We were concerned about the price changes and items that were special to my mom, but everything made it in one piece, and our price did not change. Martin and Oscar were awesome at delivery. I really am happy with this experience and my mother is also very happy. We will definitely share our experiences with our friends and family.

Wow! we had an awesome experience. At first it felt like a very long journey, but after speaking with Marcelo, I felt more confident about my decision. He walked me through a Binding Estimate, we did a video call. During the call he asked me for details regarding the move and other needs such as packing of my boxes, they offered to pack 2 of my TVS and also 2 of my Large picture frames for free. They informed me about their no hidden cost policy which explains all the fees that apply to my move and that made me trust Road 2 Road. The movers were trained, you can tell by how efficient they packed and move the furniture. I saw how they loaded my items carefully inside the truck. I was not ready to move in yet, so they gave me 30 days of free storage. They have a private facility and its climate controlled. Overall I had a great experience, Marcelo was able to provide me with updates at any time even on weekends, he was always available for me if I had a question. No doubt they have the best service, I almost feel very lucky because there were about 8 other movers who contact me with different prices but most had no accreditation by the BBB or had really bad reviews.
