Long-distance move from New South Wales to Australian Capital Territory

Inaccurate information.

The movers were very slow and paid double the amount I was initially quoted.

They damaged the walls buy left scratch marks that now need repair.

They make you pay 10 minuets before the job is complete and in the last 10 minutes they quickly finish the job as opposes to the beginning where they move very slow and takes two removalist to carry very light items. very disappointed for the overcharge, damaging the walls.

Unprofessional - Biggest mistake. Please go Elsewhere.

I received many quotes in regards to transporting my studio apartment interstate. Yes they all had mixed reviews, but decided to go with Rham's due to them contacting me with very friendly and efficient service. They where not the cheapest, and they not the most expensive either.
They stated many things in there quote and led me to believe that this was was I was paying for and what I would receive.

But you guessed it. As soon as that deposit is made. Bye bye customer service.

1. They tried charging me for an extra hour for loading my items onto the truck.. when I know for a fact that the 2 incompetent movers where lounging around in there truck doing nothing.
2. They dropped my $500 vacuum and broke the air filter on the back and did nothing about it.
3. They advised me that ALL white goods would be industrial strength cling wrapped. but only did the fridge and mattress.. they also advised they would wrap my cupboard due to being high gloss.
4. since they didn't cling wrap my washing machine or cupboards.. there are all scuff marks on them.
5. The movers are very incompetent.. not very professional at all when it comes to moving furniture.
6. All my Boxes (heavy Duty) where damaged and broken.. LUCKY I wrapped everything in bubble wrap.

So this company has over charged me $40 for extra time.. which is not correct..
They have broken my $500 vacuum I can't use now
and my High gloss furniture is all Scuffed

They did nothing at all to rectify this. Cheers ):.

My move went fantastic today even in the rain. The two guys were awesome, friendly, polite and great customer service, they couldn't do enough to make sure our move went well. I highly recommend ,.

Absolute disaster.

So far really poor service. We were told at a fee we would be able to access our furniture with a short notice now it appears it's not even in SA where it was supposed to be moved 3 months ago. Don't go with these guys. They're scammers.

A fantastic service with Great people.

A great experience in moving house with 2 easy removalists. Booking was nice and easy with good communication via email from John. Then the move was very efficient and effective. Sam and Vishal were very nice and fit, strong lads. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend.

We had a really good experience with our move. Boys arrived on time, were very polite, professional, careful and worked at a very good pace to move our furniture from a level 2 apartment to a level 3. We couldn't be any happier. Great job done by Vicky and his Team, quiet few challenges with narrow streets were navigated very well, robust furniture handed very well, job completed timely and he has great personality. Warmly recommended.

I had my move from NSW to QLd.

They charged more with less cubic.
They were wearing thongs. I requested if they put out thongs from carpet..They said not allowed.
Service was satisfactory.

Cheats! Worst service. Don't respect original quote. Slow and lazy wor.

The worst service I have had to date. The movers we slow and lazy (paid by the hour). My wife and I moved more than them. Also, damaged furniture, and damaged the property we were moving out from. Cheats as they do not stick to quote. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Rham Transport - what a joke, frame boxes carried flat with other boxes on top, heaps of boxes not this side up, missing items, damage in virtually every box received. If you are moving give these guys a miss. Please pass on to your contacts.
