Their manager literally was screaming at my wife on the phone. They scammed us out of $1500! We attempted to use their service for a cross country move. Our situation was also different as we are already out of state and our items are in a storage facility that does not allow vendors onsite to pick up but rather they deliver it to any location within a 100 miles. They told us it would be no problem at all. That they take care of moves like this all the time. However, when I asked for an address to have our storage facility deliver our items, they told us they would need to check with their moving company, yes they outsource their moves. I was told I would have an address the day before our move. I expressed concern about the time frame but they assured us they could get it to us. The day before comes and a representative calls us to resign our contract with wrapping fees for the moving company. I ask about the address I was supposed to get and he had no idea about it. So he says he will look into it and get back with us.Later that evening having still not heard from them , we call them multiple times until someone finally answers at 6:30 pm. They tell us the mover they aligned us with, no longer has space and that they will try another day or facility to move our stuff. We wanted to cancel as they cost us almost $350 from our storage facility to have our stuff put back and another month to store it. We called the next day about a refund and their customer service rep was defensive saying they had until that day to find another mover to move our items. We tell them we just want to cancel and receive our deposit back. She tells us we do not qualify as they have that day still. So we hang up frustrated and feeling defeated, and a manager calls us about an hour later and tells us he has another company who would be perfect for our move. We reluctantly agreed as we just want our stuff, so we called the new mover. They told us, he would need to check with his driver on days and call us back. They didn't call us for about a week, so we called back, left voicemails and finally we got through to them. They now have their only truck this month moving on a day that is too close for our storage facility to deliver our items to them. We asked when the next day they can move our items would be and they couldn't give us a day. Without a day, moving forward we just wanted our money back. So we called the manager of Quality moving experts back and he was extremely rude. He began talking over my wife and I, and started screaming at us that we needed to email them that we want to cancel our move but that we were disqualified from a refund. The manager literally told us that we do not qualify for a refund because we are canceling, even though we were trying to cancel because they cannot seem to facilitate our move or just give us an accurate day in which they have a truck coming to Florida. They say they can give us a day, but its not guaranteed to be THAT exact day. Makes no sense. Every time they cancel the move on the date they give us, we have to pay a restocking fee at our storage. Its an endless cycle. I just wanted my deposit back. We were understanding and patient this whole time. But this was the last straw. We even repeatedly asked the manager screaming at us to please stop and listen, just as we listened to them explain what they wanted to. He refused. Please don't use this company. They build their contract to sound good, but use it to scam you.

They contracted our move to another company and did not tell us until after everything started to go wrong

They quoted 3 day transit, 2 weeks later no furniture.

They broke my kids furniture

One of the "movers" was drunk with those little bottles of alcohol falling from his pockets.

Please read the other reviews to see that these people will take advantage of you. I WISH I COULD SAY WORST THINGS TO CONVEY HOW TERRIBLE THEY ACTUALLY ARE.

Worst moving experience. DO NOT -- repeat -- DI NOT -- no matter how much they try to convince you otherwise -- hire them for your move.

They will quote you the lowest cost with the quickest turnaround to merely land a contract. Our move ended up costing twice the initial estimate and will be arriving more than a month later than the pick up date. (Still hasn't been delivered!!!)

We're nervous about the delivery because they lost our trust and confidence in their service. It's almost a SCAM. DO NOT hire them.

My 20-year-old active-duty son used this service. You had to use a credit card for your down payment to book the move (fine) but, you can only pay with cash at the end when your stuff is delivered. All I am going to say is that there is a reason they have an F rating and are unaccredited with the Better Business Bureau. Don't take my word for it here is the link.

I went against my better judgement at the persistence of Nick who assured me he would get me the best price and “just wanted to protect me”. Once i paid the deposit - he was no where to be found and told me to contact customer service . Even though he said he would be with me every step of the way. I ended up paying MORE than double what i was quoted. This company is only in it for the money. They do not care about the customer AT ALL. Stay away. I would never recommend these broker services.

Price went up $900 even after I removed items from quote. Took over a month to get furniture. Could not communicate with movers because they spoke little English. Called this company six times to find my furniture but received no useful info. When they wanted me to sign contract, I was told they had a truck going in that direction anyway. When living in a hotel for a month while trying to find our furniture, I was told they couldn't find a driver to go to our area. I will never use again.

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to hide the fact that they are a broker to get me to sign then booked the most unprofessional movers who showed up late in a rented budget truck and were extremely rude besides. They refused to give me paperwork to sign stating final costs, intentionally kept switching languages hoping I wouldn’t understand, wanted to load my things then quote me a price, no one was available on their emergency contact when I needed help, couldn’t tell me an estimated delivery date, couldn’t tell me where my things would be stored in the meantime. Needless to say I didn’t let them take my items. They ruined my move and even though I’ve already paid over $600 as a “deposit” all they offered to refund me is $133 and they want me to sign a settlement document besides. This company is a joke. I would never recommend doing business with them. They deserve zero stars. Here are some things I was told:

“We have a truck already scheduled going that way with room because someone canceled last minute”

“Don’t answer phone calls from any other moving companies”

“Don’t go and look us up online”

“Another moving company is trying to ruin us and is posting the bad reviews”

“No we don’t know who your mover will be we are still scheduling it”

“What you’re paying is a deposit for the move, not a one time broker fee for arranging it”

“Let’s load everything on the truck then I’ll give you a price”

“I have no idea when a delivery date will be or where your things will be stored, someone will contact you”

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, do not book your move with these people.

Run away from this sketchy company. They wanted to charge me over 40% of the deposit after I canceled my reservation the same day after they changed the price twice on me for adding some items I forgot to mention before. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company after they tried to make me sign a non disparagement agreement, meaning not to review them on social media in a negative way. They shouldn't be in business at all, and Google should investigate their ratings and reviews. Because all the recent 5 star reviews you see on Google are not from actual customers. They're either from their employees or paid bots.
