Good Job.

We were disappointed by a different moving company on our moving day but Professioal Moving and Storage save the day for us. Most of our belongings were in the garage and ready to go and we had no place to pass the night except our new house. We called them on a short notice and Eric delivered on his promise. The movers were fast and careful and the price is reasonable. You guys made our day. We are very very service with your level of service.

Door to door scam.

This company has yet to deliver my property. They told me 15 business days from pick up and I have not heard a thing from anyone. They use a third party moving company that uses a third party moving company. I can't get a hold of anyone and the initial person that gave me the quote is hiatus. I hope you find a better company I would not trust this company. Spend the extra money and do it yourself. They quoted me for door to door but the apartment complex Im moving to doesn't allow semi trucks so there will be an additional $300 charge and a $75 charge for each flight of stairs or to even use an elevator. A company that is used to these things should be honest up front about the possible charges. Good luck to you all out there I hope you have better luck. By by to my clothes, 65” tv, desk that my mom bought me for graduation, futon, recliner, night stand, small dresser, brand new queen sized bed. Yippeee.

They Cost my Ailing Father EVERYTHING.

My father, a senior citizen, has no bed to rest on, has no family photographs to share, has none of his life’s belongings because these people got greedy and decided to increase the agreed upon price at the door on a Sunday night. Obviously this was a con, and they are professionals at pulling it off. It breaks my heart that I couldn’t be there to help my dad, and now they will apparently auction off his life over a few thousand bucks. God will judge them.

Don’t use this company.

Horrible experience with them. From pickup they lied, were late, and we ended up paying double what we were quoted. We are still waiting for our delivery a week plus past our promised delivery time. Their customer service people were so rude and not helpful at all! The guy who quoted us name is John he was the WORST! Do not recommend this company at all and we will never use again!

Smooth process.

Process was extremely Smooth from the first phone call to the last - had the billing pretty much on point. Reachable by email pretty fast and answered all questions I had. Experience was easy. Adma and his crew were absolutely great from beginning to end. Flexible/early and just worked the whole time and were very friendly as well. Made the money worth it. Would use Professional Moving and Storage again.

Our movers were fast and professional!!

Our movers were fast and professional!! We appreciated their hard work and expertise. We will never consider moving our own belongings again. They were far more adept and quicker to pull our rooms apart and then back together. Highly recommend them!! My movers were a fantastic team and we truly appreciate all that they did for us today! They truly took the stress out of moving, which as anyone who has moved knows, is impressive.

Scam Artists!

I should have been more suspicious; they first said they could move a 2 bedroom apartment for me for 1400. Then when we went into the inventory - which was only half of a 2 bedroom apartment, they ended up quoting me 1600. We went over the inventory multiple times - and I told them what the sizes of everything was multiple times. The minute the truck showed up the day of, they refused to move my things for less 3400! I knew the price might fluctuate day of due to weight or something, but they eyeballed it, arbitrarily said 3400, and since I didn't have that amount they just left. Now they won't refund me because they say they did their part by just sending someone to scam me!

Awful, read their BBB reviews.

Literally just go to google and type:

Let me tell you, they aren’t pretty and either is the review I’m about to leave.

Also, take note of all the 5 star reviews with no pictures. They’re fake accounts to boost their Google review rating.

If you want any idea of how big of a POS this company is, just read their BBB ratings. I signed to have them move, then read their ratings. 1 hour later I called to cancel and brought up that their BBB ratings were the reason I was canceling.

Let me tell you what unfold; I got called inconsiderate, told karma would come back around, that I was a waste of time, and I wasn’t a man of my word.

Chris Johnson put me on the phone with his low life manager, and thought chastising me would win back my business. Nope, you just got more bad reviews on all your media platforms.

His lack of customer service really validated that I was making the right decision. Not to mention after signing and canceling within 1 hour they charged 10% admin fees.

Really glad I didn’t go with this moving company. They probably would have shown up and charged me 10x what they quoted me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They contract out your moves, they’re just moving brokers and bad at that.

Also take note of all the 5 star reviews with no pictures. They’re fake accounts to boost their ratings.

Finally good movers.

It took us weeks until we finally found the right company that we felt comfortable with hiring, there were many concerns we had about the guys who we would choose and Professional Moving and Storage satisfied all of them. The cost of the move, amount of trucks they would be able to provide, all the things of this nature were prerequisites to our decision of who we would hire and fortunately the representative we spoke to was able to nail all of these questions in the very order we asked them. If we had to do this entire thing all over again we would without a doubt hire these movers again they really know what they are doing. Give them a call you will definitely not be disappointed, and ask for any deals they might have when you contact them.

Professional Moving and Storage is the best moving company. They helped me out so much during my last move. I was busy running errands while they meticulously packed everything I own and loaded them onto their van. I received the delivery on time and believe me when I tell you that everything I own was delivered in perfect condition. I just don’t understand how is it possible for a moving company to not lose or break anything while transporting. I cannot see why you shouldn’t hire such an efficient, yet affordable, moving company.

Absolute satisfaction.

Nothing but good things to say about Professional Moving and Storage. On short notice we hired them to move our small apartment about 5 miles. Their bid process was simple and they were very good at constant communications.

When moving day arrived their two movers where courteous and efficient. The leader explained the process and cost and had me sign off. They set about wrapping and protecting the furniture and were expeditious but careful. I was also loading some personal effects in my car and we had some fun back and forth banter. I really liked both of them.

They arrived at the new location and showed the same efficiency and care for my belongings. They reassembled our dining table and bedroom set with care. After tidying up they presented their bill which I was happy to pay along with a handsome tip. They did not waste any time which was important because I was paying an hourly rate.

Would highly recommend this firm. They are a bit higher priced per hour than some others but as they say you get what you pay for. This firm is top notch and would absolutely use again.

It's clear that Professional Moving and Storage is distinctly different from other moving companies in their high level of customer service, from start to finish. The manager/owner promptly reached out shortly after our move to see how they could address our concerns. It's evident that they wanted us to reflect on our move experience positively, and after making things right - we certainly have.

We moved from CT to FL.

We moved from CT to FL. And the driver and movers were so professional and courteous. They were very thorough and on time. Even came delivered a day early. They were always ready to answer my calls and texts. Love them. The office staff was excellent as well. Always answered my questions and if I had to leave a message they always called back right away. I highly recommend this company if you are moving either around state or out of state. I give them 5 stars.

One of the superb moving pros.

This is my second time moving with Professional Moving and Storage and still equally as great. Their response time was fast when requesting a quote and move date, their rates are exceptional, and all details and policies are outlined over the phone and in email follow up too, and there's a confirmation call a couple days before confirming all address and details of the move. Adam called me and advised they were 20 mins away, and showed up in 15 mins, and at the very beginning of the half hour window. They were so super speedy and efficient, which I appreciate when billed an hourly rate. They were personable and checked in with me throughout the move. Thanks a lot.

Chris was a very friendly and informative salesperson. He was patient and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The pickup and delivery were carried out by Darren and his crew, who were all very friendly and professional. Pickup went well and in a timely manner. Delivery was a little delayed due to traffic in the area but was still able to be completed on the day following pickup. Overall, the service was great and I would use Professional Moving and Storage again for my move.

Wonderful Company.

These guys did an amazing job. It was priced pretty accurately although I did add more items at pickup, so the price went up a little. But they did let me know ahead of time that might happen. I was hesitant in the beginning but their entire team made this move stress free.
