Long-distance move from Danville, KY to Keysville, GA

Fast Service

After living in a high-rise apartment for several years, the move to a spacious house was made easy by the team of movers. They were quick to arrive and handled everything with great care. From heavy couches to fragile artwork, everything was packed and transported securely. The movers were efficient, making sure to disassemble furniture when necessary and reassemble it at the new house. They also helped arrange the furniture to ensure it all fit perfectly in the new space. There was no damage to any of the items, and the entire move was completed in a timely manner.

Professional team

Moving day. It's a day that strikes fear into the hearts of many, including myself. But thanks to Mr. Jami and his amazing team at Princz Moving company, our moving day turned out to be nothing short of a success story. From the get-go, Mr. Jami professionalism and expertise shone through. He walked us through the process step by step, calming our nerves and instilling confidence that everything would be taken care of. And boy, did they deliver! The Princz Moving company crew arrived right on time, armed with boxes and packing materials galore. They worked like a well-oiled machine, efficiently packing and loading our belongings with care and precision. Not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed, thanks to their reassuring presence. And when we finally arrived at our new home, they didn't just drop off our stuff and leave. No sir, they stayed until everything was unpacked and in its rightful place, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the job. Thanks to Mr. Jami and his team at Princz Moving company, what could've been a logistical nightmare turned out to be a seamless and stress-free experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Worked There. They Inflate Cubic Feet, Change Quotes, and Items lozt

I Worked There — Client’s Items Went Missing from Their Warehouse”

Review Body:

As someone who worked inside Princz Moving, I’m sharing this to warn others. One of my direct clients lost multiple items while their belongings were stored in Princz’s warehouse. We cross-checked everything with inventory records — the missing pieces were confirmed on paper.

They also routinely avoid weighing trucks. Instead, they charge by cubic feet, which lets them inflate volume after loading and dramatically increase the final bill — often far beyond the original quote.

⚠️ If you still choose to move with them:

– Be present during loading

– Record everything

– Request weighing of the truck

– Avoid paying by cubic feet — ask for per-pound billing instead

I have firsthand experience and documented evidence of these practices. Customers deserve to know the truth.

Smoothest move I’ve ever had!!!

Moving day felt so manageable thanks to this incredible crew. They were friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. My furniture was wrapped carefully, and nothing got scratched. The whole team stayed organized the entire time. I appreciated how respectful they were in my space. Smoothest move I’ve ever had. Will definitely use them again.

Scammers Do Not Use

Thought they would be a great company to work with, they didn't pester, Sales person John seemed really nice and helpful. Everything was great until the day they were supposed to show up to move our stuff. We had agreed that they would be there on the 10th and they had to call and move to the 11th for some reason. Thankfully we had built an extra day into our moving plans to account for this. When they showed up on the 11th they showed up on a 658 cu ft budget rental truck which was way too small to fit all our stuff ( admittedly this is partially my fault for not knowing exactly how much stuff we had but, I reached out to the sales person John multiple times to make sure they would be bringing a big enough truck. He assured me that the truck would be big enough) Once they finally arrived and did their walkthrough we were notified that they would need to get a bigger truck, John called and told me that although the contract said we were being charged for a 500 cu ft truck and an 1100 cu ft truck we would only be charged for how many cubic ft we actually used. Based on this knowledge I agreed to sign the contract so they could get started. This was my second mistake.

They never went and got a bigger truck and instead used to 658 cu ft budget rental truck. After it was filled the first time they told us that they had to go unload it. When they came back from unloading they had left a gun safe and metal lathe in the truck. During the second loading they were attempting to move our king sized bed adjustable bases and smashed them into the basement ceiling leaving 2 dents in the drywall. They told us they could fix it and proceeded to use a piece of cardboard and some taping compound I had laying around to patch the holes. They kept asking if it was ok and we told them that if the new owners complained they would need to pay to get it fixed. Since the 2 girls that they sent were unable to lift the adjustable bases we had to load them into the truck along with a camp chef smoker. This concluded the loading portion of the move.

From here we were asked to provide a first available delivery date, we selected the 18th of June. On our journey to Arkansas we had called multiple times to check about how many cu ft we were actually being charged for, each time Ann and Anthony assured us that they were checking with their people about the cu ft but, kept going back to well the contract states 1600 cu ft.

We arrived to Arkansas on the 17th and called again on the 18th to see if we could get an update on our delivery date and to check on the cu ft. Again they told us that they were still looking into the cu ft and they would let us know when they had a delivery date for us. This routine continued once a week I would call to check on delivery date and cu ft and each time they would tell me they were looking into the cu ft and would let us know about delivery date.

6 weeks this went on for, the day before our delivery I received a call from the driver of our truck to notify me that they would be here the next day. I had to call princz moving in order to get any information about payment and to again check on the cu ft. I was told they would let me know and that I needed to get postal money orders to pay for delivery.

On the morning before delivery I had calculated that the maximum cu ft we could possibly have based on the 658 cu ft truck they showed up in was 1316 cu ft. I tried to explain this to Ann and Anthony multiple times and the only thing they kept telling me was that the contract stated 1600 cu ft and that was what we needed to pay. I offered to get money orders for what I thought the cost should be as well as the full price and if they would let me measure and calculate the cu ft on the delivery truck I didn't have a problem paying whatever cost was closer to the final value. They told me I would have to pay the full amount and I could file a claim if it was wrong. I asked what the claim center would need in order to prove how many cu ft were there and she said she didn't know. I asked her to give me the claim center information so I could find out what they would need in order to prove the cu ft. I was told that when the delivery was half way completed that she would give me the information. I told her when it was halfway completed that it wouldn't do me any good. I asked to speak to Ann's boss and she told me that wasn't going to happen.

As far the condition of our stuff when it was delivered I am surprised at how much stuff was not broken. Boxes were smashed, they did not pay attention to fragile written on boxes, or this side up arrows. They somehow broke my metal lathe, a rocking chair, smashed done things moving the gun safe into the garage. There was water damage on the boxes and multiple were smashed apart. They also lost one of the legs to our adjustable bases.

In total we spent 13,000 dollars on a move that was initially quoted for 3400.

Couldn’t have asked for better

Thought I’d be stressed all day, but they made it feel manageable. Didn’t have to babysit them or explain every little thing. They figured out my vibe and rolled with it. Everything got where it needed to go in one piece. They even helped hook up the washer. Felt like having a few helpful cousins around. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for better.

Flawless move

From the handshake at the start to the last box being set down, Princz Moving was flawless. Their pace was steady, their care unmatched, and their attention to detail constant. They treated my items like treasures, not just cargo. The truck was loaded with precision, and the unloading felt just as smooth. It was the kind of service that leaves you telling everyone about it afterward.

Perfect move

I had several fragile antiques from my grandmother that I was nervous about moving. The movers didn’t rush; they took extra steps to protect every single piece. Seeing the care they put into wrapping those antiques eased all my worries. Not only did they arrive in perfect condition, but they were also placed exactly where I wanted them. That kind of attention and respect isn’t easy to find.
