Excellent Movers

The movers surprised me with how friendly they were. They cracked jokes and kept the day light, even while lifting heavy boxes. Their upbeat energy made the whole experience less stressful. Professional and organized!!

Great communication

The team had great communication from start to finish. They packed fragile items securely, and all made it without issues. The truck was loaded neatly, saving space. Princz Moving gave me confidence throughout the move. They did get a little rushed toward the end, though. Still, I’d happily give them four stars.

Unresponsive and poor communication

First, on the day of pickup the driver was several HOURS late. No one contacted me to give me a heads up. I had to make several calls/emails to get an update. When the “crew” arrived, it was literally one guy working alone. He didn’t finish until around 8pm.

Now I am waiting for my delivery and cannot get any sort of response from the company. They do not answer any of their phone lines. They do not reply to voicemail or email. My delivery window closes in 2 days and there is absolutely no evidence to suggest my belongings will be delivered.

I have not been able to get any answer on estimated delivery, or whether my belongings have been lost or damaged. This is extremely concerning and I regret ever getting involved with this company. I have contacted the broker I hired them through and explained these issues and suggested they stop working with this unprofessional and uncommunicative company.

Moving day. It's a day that strikes fear into the hearts of many, including myself. But thanks to Mr. Jami and his amazing team at Princz Moving company, our moving day turned out to be nothing short of a success story. From the get-go, Mr. Jami professionalism and expertise shone through. He walked us through the process step by step, calming our nerves and instilling confidence that everything would be taken care of. And boy, did they deliver! The Princz Moving company crew arrived right on time, armed with boxes and packing materials galore. They worked like a well-oiled machine, efficiently packing and loading our belongings with care and precision. Not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed, thanks to their reassuring presence. And when we finally arrived at our new home, they didn't just drop off our stuff and leave. No sir, they stayed until everything was unpacked and in its rightful place, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the job. STEER CLEAR!!!!!! Unethical business

If you are able to read this review prior to doing business with this company, please for the sake of your sanity and your pocketbook DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. From overcharging on pickup.... to zero communication in transit... to our items arriving weeks late... to having to call the police to break their extortion scheme upon arrival... to now waiting weeks to even receive the claim form to try and recover many many lost and broken items... this is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Please take this as an honest warning to save yourself a ton of heartache

Perfect Job

After selling my property faster than anticipated, I wanted to relocate urgently, and the movers were fantastic. Best Job

As a pet owner, I was apprehensive about how the relocation might effect my pets, but the movers were really courteous. They took great precautions to pack and unload my pet's stuff carefully. They also worked around my pets, making sure they weren't stressed or in the way during the relocation. The team was respectful and professional, which made the procedure go more smoothly than I expected.

My cats and I were able to settle into our new home without incident thanks to their meticulous planning and speedy labor. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Experience with Z Company

I had to do a house move with my mother so I used the services of Z Company. Manager already told me how much time my house move will take. There were no extra charges or fees and everything was transparent. I highly recommend the manager and his team.
