I called them to schedule a move. I gave the sales person an exact list of items to move. He gave me a reasonable estimate of $2900. He send a confirmation email and asked me to sign quickly. I glanced at the email and signed it. Three days before the move, I called them and they asked for an "Updated" inventory of items. I gave them the same item list as before and this time they said i was "Adding" a lot of items and the price would be $7600. This is their scheme. They send an incomplete list from what you tell them initially, then charge you double/triple the price. They are liars and scammers. I Canceled 3 days before the move when they told me the "updated" price.

I have already disputed the charge on my credit card and i am about to File a case with the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP THAT I DID.

However, i will pursue this and make sure i get my money back.

I submitted my email on a moving site. I got a call from Priceline Van Lines, Talked with a sales representative and the manager for the company. I was on the phone with them for over an hour trying to figure out if this was the best option for me and best price. After speaking with them both and getting in contact with a friend with experience with moving companies, I decided to explore my options and told them I would call them back if I chose to go with them. The sales representative then told me to “go to Walmart, buy $80 worth of lighter fluid and burn my s***” then hung up on me. I tried calling the manager directly and he said he was on another call. What a joke of a company

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $90

On the 4th of October, while I was driving I spoke to Tommy for one hour. I described in detail my 2 bedroom apartment and he quoted me for a $1800. I told him I couldn't afford it and he reduced it to $1600 & I agreed. While driving I signed the agreement & gave my bank information so I could lock it in after he repeated all I was to move as he said i will lose it if i didn't do so immediately. The quality assurance called me today to say that I didn't mention my headboard & my bed frame & they are going to add $700 and I either take it it or leave it. I even tried telling them to let me replace stuff so whatever I can fit into my car I can put it in so they can take it and they can take my bed and the have refused. To Tommy, Jake, Nick and Lisa who is the supervisor of customer service and kept saying there was nothing to be done even after i begged her to please go listen to the recording to see that i was not lying, thank you so much for showing the untrustworthiness of an organization and for making me cry. I literally have no clue what to do at the moment whether to forfeit my down payment or to go look for the $700 but I know I will figure it out. Please don't ever move with them and I pray you see this early before you do.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1666

They will say you will get your deposit back but you wont. They wont answer the phone or respond to your emails. I gave my payment info on the phone after Corey SWORE Iwould get a full refund up to 7 days after. He sent the start paperwork and ACH form & when I got their DOT# I read all these bad reviews and told him I wasn't willing to put the down the deposit yet or sign the paperwork. He texted me that he asked customer service to reverse the charge but they haven't and nobody will respond to my calls or emails.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $1075

I would not recommend! I scheduled a move on September 5th to be moved from California to Texas on October 2nd. Was given a quote of $2400. 4 days before my move received a call to review my items which had not changed but some how was given a new quote of $3000 being so close to my move date and already putting a $855 deposit down I had to agree. Which I then paid an additional $400. Truck driver was a day late, no big deal, just moved my travel plans back a day but then truck driver tells me it’s gonna be $6000!! Being in the military I couldn’t afford that and he suggested I rent a uhaul truck. Which of course I have no other choice so I do. When I called for a refund the person on the phone tells me they’ll have someone reach out later that day, that was a week ago.I’ve called several times and been ignored. DO NOT USE!! TOTAL SCAM

Should be no star or negativestar.

Told the guy I have two locations to pick up. Got the quote for two locations. Told the guy that will update him with the second pick up location and text him right after. Told by him that he got it. Called later and the next day asking for confirmation and was told by him everything is updated.

Then...no then. They never booked the second pick up location

Charged me half of the quote for two locations. Called in for explanation. All I got was we will call you that day. No return call. Called again next day and told me same thing. No return call. Called thie emergency line, picked up by the so-called sales manager. And he basically told me you signed a contract and hung up. Send emails asking to refund my deposit and still no replies whatsoever.

Charged me over 50% of the quote when the contract states 10%.

I have all the conversation recorded, a long with the text between me and the sales that confirmed my second location pick up.

This company is a scam. They claim they are movers when they are just brokers. Everything comes from their mouths is a lie. They will trick you and make you think they are legit but they are just legit liers and thieves.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $3226

This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They quoted my daughter and son-in-law $2200 to move them. When the movers FINALLY showed up they told the kids it would be $5000. They already paid their deposit based on the initial quote which was only a few days before. After they told them it was more than double the quote they tried calling the company several times and they refused to take their phone calls. Since they refuse to contact them, I'm guessing they're going to keep their deposit, when THEY SHOULD HONOR THE QUOTE!!!!
