      Wieder Exzellent !!!

Stock) an. Vielen Dank für den tollen Rundumservice!

      Perfekter Umzug.

      Sehr hilfsbereite nette Typen.

Excellent again!!!

We moved with Prens for the first time in 2017 on the recommendation of our previous tenants. It doesn't get any better than this, which is why we chose it again this time in 09/22 and we were not disappointed. Despite an idiot who had parked his car in the no-parking zone and the lift could not be used, the employees spread a good mood even though they worked like crazy ... what these men did the day and nothing broke !! Last but not least, the cellar things had to be brought to the ground and the elevator suddenly stopped working ;( only handicaps and still a smile on my face. Many thanks again to the team from 09/26/22 in Kleefeld. You're great ? Andreas and Susanne Goepel

Fast and inexpensive move with Prens.

I moved Prens earlier this year. My furniture was inspected and I received a fixed price offer. From the viewing to the move, everything was very solid and serious.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I just had to tell where boxes and furniture were going. I thanked them with a good tip.
If moving, then again Prens.

Thanks never again.

We had a move with the Prens company. Sorry but you'd better spend a little more money and take someone else. Stairs were not calculated even though someone from the company was there and looked at the whole thing. So we then had to pay 100.00 euros. At a fixed price. We did that before they left us again .. Now when clearing out and sorting the damage came to be seen. Unfortunately we had already signed. NO THANKS. NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY. Let's see what they now say about the damage. The people didn't say anything about it. They were suspended and gone ..

I am happy to recommend Prens.

Overall we were very satisfied. The should be emphasized
very good price / performance ratio and high flexibility.
Our individual appointments were dealt with very well.
loading and unloading went very well. The times were optimally adhered to. Assembly work was carried out to satisfaction.
The packing of high quality items was neat. Every now and then, better cardboard boxes that are as good as new could be used.

I was satisfied.

I was very pleased. They were there quickly and away again quickly, my move was relatively small. They were very friendly and, for me, professional.
Everything worked out quickly.
I can put everything in short sentences and still I should fill the lines, now I hope that the text is long enough. Otherwise I have to enter it three more times. I really can't think of anything else.
I can only say that I can recommend the company to others.

Again and again this company.

Excellent professional service, quick, friendly. The furniture is handled very carefully. Everything is neatly packed. Very friendly staff who show consideration for the elderly. It doesn't work, doesn't exist: the boys had to pull a round corner and a 3-seater sofa with ropes through the window to the 1st floor, as our doors are only 65 cm wide. Both sets with sleeping function of which 3 parts over 100 kg. Reinforcements were quickly brought in for this. For the hardest part, 3 attempts until it was there. Anyone else would have given up! That was mm work and sofas were completely intact! If you move again, then only this company !!
Price does not only refer to the move, it also includes the disposal of a bedroom with a superstructure that was not yet dismantled!

Best moving company from Hanover.

Since I've moved with various moving companies very often within Hanover, I can say with a clear conscience that Prens is by far the best moving company in Hanover. The employees are very nice and professional. All the furniture in the apartment was wrapped in moving blankets and in In the new apartment, the boys covered the floor with tile without being asked and only then started unloading.
Hence 5 stars from me.

Very helpful nice guys.

First time moving a company.
The company Prens was highly recommended to me by friends, luckily.
I've seen a lot of horror on TV and read on the net about moving companies what can happen there. Just the recommendations of friends had calmed me down a lot and after the first contact with the company there were no more concerns.
Very briefly I can RECOMMEND Prens Logistik without any ifs or buts !! Everything is really right here, from price to contact to performance. Appointments were all very punctual for viewing, box deliveries, collections and the move.

Best moving company in Hanover.

It was the fourth moving company I had experience with. For the first time everything really fit. Quick viewing, quick offer, best price.
Super punctual on the day of the move, very friendly and very competent team that worked quickly and cleanly. Every move was perfect and the employees still had fun at work even in the heat.
So everything is ready on time.
If I should move again, Prens is the first choice again. Again and again, I am happy to recommend.

Any time! To recommend.

We moved from Lengede to Hildesheim with PRENS. The move went smoothly and at lightning speed. True to the motto “There is no furniture that is too heavy, only weak men”, the men dragged one piece of furniture after the other into the transport vehicle. All furniture arrived safely at the new place of residence and was rebuilt in no time at all.
Price performance is great
We would move again with PRENS at any time
Many thanks.

Very relaxed move from Bremerhaven to Hanover!

Our move was already in January 2017. Despite the harsh weather conditions, the employees were on time and super friendly and competent! Despite a distance of almost 200km, it was the most relaxed move we've ever had. We were always involved, everything was packed and loaded quickly and arrived at the new apartment (before and after the 3rd floor) without a single scratch. Thank you for the great all-round service!

Perfect move.

I moved from Hanover to Baden-Württenberg in February 2016. Both the planning and the execution were convincing. To be emphasized is the friendliness and competence of the staff. The removal goods were quickly and sensibly stowed in the moving truck and arrived at the new home complete and undamaged. The furniture was also set up very quickly and without any defects. Communication with the packers was problem-free, although they didn't all speak German well. All in all: a perfect move. I would do my next move with Prens again.
