These people trick you, lie to you, and intentionally miss quote your job. They had video and blamed their miss quoting on me. Poor communication, they take advantage and talk small town movers. They are brokers only and don't give a crap about you or your things. DON'T USE THEM. I would give them a negative number if I could. They will put a phone number on the reviews, they want to make things right. Fine, return my deposit and say so here that you will. Thank God I stopped it before my belongings shipped. At least only lost sleep, my deposit and time.

I have taken a service from Perennial van Lines and they seems to be a complete fraudsters and cheaters so it turned out to be a biggest mistake of my life hence please do not use this company for any services

First of all they gave me a quote of 2K for my stuff to be picked and I have exact same amount to be shipped so no addition from my side but their pick up company charged me 750 USD more just because they denied to dismantle the most standard furniture like TV Unit, Coffe Table as per the signed contract .As a result my stuff took more space in truck and when I asked to unload the furniture back as that was not expensive and much lesser than transport cost so they denied to unload as well .I ended up paying 750 USD more

When they shipped my car then my car doesn’t got started and it was working fine earlier during pick up so they didn’t took care of my car as well which costs me 500 USD more for a repair

Now comes the worst part .I am living in a very expensive and wide place in middle of Tampa where I got all the new furniture delivered at my door step from other vendors via same truck size but they refused to deliver and charged me 100 USD more for delivery

Further they denied to assemble the double bed as per contract and it was a basic one which they themselves dismantled but refused to assemble so I had to do it myself later.

When I asked them to verify my delivery items person refused to do that and just went away with a truck .Later on I found that my bed parts are missing so he didn’t even talked to me on phone and just asked me to call company

I kept on trying company number but no one picked on Sunday.As a result I am left with missing parts ,dismantled bed and no one to help

So this is one of the biggest mistake of my life to use their service hence I request everyone to please refrain from this company

Thank you so very much to the whole team for logistically sorting you guys did, you were so helpful and have a brilliant attitude, you consistently delivered great customer service and communication throughout our shifting. Huge thank you also to ALL the team that completed our Removal process. What a professional, efficient, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, fast, effective, good humored and respectful team. You all made our actual move far less stressful. Many, many thanks!

Anyone getting ready to do a cross country move, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT hire Perrenial Van Lines. They are out of Florida and move across many states. They are a broker who contracts with moving companies or maybe just one company. They came a day early to pick up our stuff in Houston on November 21. When the movers arrived they tried nickling and diming us and trying to charge us more than we agreed on with Perennial. After almost two hours on the phone with moving company and Perennial they finally starting moving our stuff in the truck. Let me add that a few items we listed and had arranged to be moved the movers tried charging us more so we said the heck with it and brought a few things in our car that we paid for Them to move. Then, after that horrible experience we agreed or I should say thought we agreed that drop off would be December 1 to our new home here in Michigan. They just got here today. Yes today. After changing the drop off date multiple times for bogus reasons. You don’t even want to know how much we spent with this company. If I ever have to move across the country again I will NEVER hire a moving company again. Ever!!! I don’t want anyone to deal with this so please share this. I’ve already contacted the BBB as well. Thank G-D my amazing brother and sister in law let us stay at their place for a month!! Since November 22.

We first contracted with Perennial in August 2023, for a move to our new home 4 states away in February. Our original quote was estimated at $12,000, and informed that QA would call us a few days before the move to review everything. Their new price came in at $10,000 more !! Needless to say, we are extremely upset with this increase, especially since there was no obvious reason for the substantial price change, after comparing the first quote and second quotes! When we articulated our dismay and upset to the manager, our concerns were dismissed and he informed us that our move was on hold in order for us to have time to adjust to the higher price. He used very dismissive and condescending tones throughout the entire call. When we expressed our upset with his tone, he responded, "do you want a solution or do you want to just complain?" This is not the compassionate or caring company that we initially hired for our move. Moreover, we repeatedly asked to speak to another manager there were none above him! You don't go to "Jeff Bezos" when you have a problem with Amazon ! We expect someone to contact us immediately to make sure our move goes forward smoothly.
