Taking care of my things is one thing, but over wrapping, over taping and doing it at a pace like we're in Mexico is very frustrating. Besides the fact that neither english or french were understood fully, making it difficult to communicate clearly what needed to be done, there was no sense of work method for efficiency at all. We had to forego taking some things because after 5 hours of loading the truck we had to get going since we had a deadline for unloading in a managed building with restrictions, luckilyonly 3 blocks away… literally! That's not counting the items that they didn't take which we only noticed later because they were in the garage. I had to lead the 3 guys and take charge of unloading because they would put a couple items in the elevator and then take them up while the other guy or guys stood there waiting since were not allowed to advance too much stuff close to the elevators. So at the end when I was charged 9 hours, I ended up speaking with someone at head office to explain my discontent and he argued that my request to take away 2hrs from the bill was out of the question and finally hung up on me. This all happened, of course, mainly because I wrongly assumed that they were another moving company with a similar name, and a much better reputation. Major ooopsy!

Never use this company for a big move. On Monday morning two of the employees in no way efficient. A lot of waste of time, music all over the place, very loud conversation in the passages. Tuesday morning same team plus 2 other people and all completed in 2.5 hours. It should have happened at the same speed on Monday. I had asked that someone send me an inventory to determine the size of the truck, no we know our business, finally 2 trucks of 22 feet. What company, stay away.
