The move was this week on 9th January 2023. There was no confirmation the day before as promised and require ringing and chasing up. The move was from a single storey 4 bedroom house to single storey 4 bedroom house over a 550 km interstate move. The drivers were under the influence of vape and smoke constantly. The list of products was provided and hence was reassured that all contents should be done. There was no planning and when the last few items was being put in I was told that we can't bring in the treadmill. There was a poor packing of the truck with middle section all vacant. The fridge came back with multiple dings. The glass bowls despite fragile written on top were thrown in. On arrival, the driver demanded cash and had no bar for it. There were 6 phone calls within 5 minutes and finally agreed for a BPay . The driver sat on the curb until payment was made and stopped work as if THEY WERE ON STRIKE. I have moved houses over the years and this was the worst. THE REMOVALIST COULD NOT BE WORSE.
