This was my second time using Next Generation Moving Company, and the service was just as top-notch as the first time, even though it was only a year later. Because of the excellent experience I had the first time, I didn’t even consider contacting another company.

I moved from Georgia back to Maryland and the process was smooth from start to finish. This time we did a virtual walkthrough, and Martin was just as professional, helpful, and understanding as before. Pickup was on January 28th and delivery was February 3rd. Despite a snowstorm, everything still went very smoothly.

The crew was extremely professional and very careful with my belongings. I even had a toddler running around during pickup and delivery, and they were incredibly patient and understanding.

What really stood out was that Martin even checked in after the delivery to make sure everything was okay. That level of customer service is rare.

Both times I used them, I ended up adding extra items to the move and they never complained or charged me extra. That kind of honesty and flexibility is hard to find.
