I recently used Nationwide Moving Services Inc for a cross-country move and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The movers were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were careful with all of my belongings and ensured that everything arrived safely. Additionally, the price was reasonable for the amount of work required. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving service.

I'm floored that this company is in business. They're frauds! First, they (Eric Dengler) lied about the included insurance and how my items would be handled. Then, they passed my contract to some random company that was unprofessional, rude, and didn't even try to care for my items. Not a single quilted moving blanket was used on my four pieces of furniture (that's it). Their partner didn't care and Nationwide Moving Services couldn't care less. Beyond disgusting! Don't use them!

I recently used Nationwide Moving Services for my cross-country move and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I contacted them for a quote, I felt confident in my decision to go with this company. The sales representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.

On moving day, the team of movers arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional, efficient, and took great care with my belongings. I was especially impressed with how they handled my fragile items. Not a single thing was damaged during the move.

The overall experience was stress-free and I appreciate the peace of mind that Nationwide Moving Services provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a moving company.

Buyer Beware!!! I was sold a bill of goods that ended up being filled with lies. I was given an estimate over the phone, given a discount, told how my things would be handled with care, etc. I specified my move had to be done at a certain time and was told it would happen. Every time someone from Nationwide Moving contacted me, I reiterated how important it was that the move was done in this time frame and each time was told it was in my file and was not a problem. Imagine my surprise when I get a phone call the day before the move from the RUDEST customer service rep I have ever dealt with to be told the move was not happening in my time frame. The driver shows up in a box truck--which he did tell me on the phone he was getting--and tells me he will transport everything to the moving van. I asked why, and he said it was always done that way. Before loading the box truck, he tells us we have to pay 70% of the balance before they will load the truck, and it has to be cash or a money order AND there is a $750 fee for the box truck! (NEVER have I had this happen before!!!) Trying to get cash on a Friday night when the banks are already closed was not happening, so my husband managed to get a money order from Kroger! At the end of the loading process, the driver comes in the house to do his paperwork and tells us our move took up more room than estimated, so it jumped from $2,075.00 to $4, 593.00!!! He had no idea when our things were coming because Nationwide brokered him to load the truck, and someone else was being brokered to deliver our things! WHAT??? I was never told Nationwide Moving was a broker! I called Nationwide Moving to complain on Monday, no answer. I reached my salesman today who denied any wrong doing and transferred me to customer service. What a joke--service??? Everything was my fault because I did not read the contract closely enough, they cannot take any money off because it was my fault, etc. I still have no idea when my things are arriving because the company they brokered to deliver my things is not answering the phone.

I know this review is long, and I gave them one star because I had to choose one, but PLEASE do your research before you hire this company. Better yet, do NOT hire this company. I plan on contacting the BBB in Delray, FL where they are based as well as the US Department of Transportation.

We have moved to seven different states in our 46 years of marriage. I may have had things broken during a move, but I was NEVER straight up lied to by a moving company before using these shysters!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I used NationWide Moving Services to move from Tennessee to Florida. The entire team was efficient! The quoting process was quick and efficient. I did have specific requirements as to where my things were going to be delivered and getting in touch with someone who could help me was surprisingly easy!

This was my first long distance move and I was very nervous about choosing a company. Moving is never easy but long distance just seemed more daunting. This company and team were so helpful in calming my nerves. I am a big communication person and they were great with staying in touch and talking with me. When I first booked the team answered all of my questions and were kind and responsive walking me through how the process works. By the end of the conversation I was confident that all of my things would be safely delivered with no harm done.

When it was time for moving day the team they sent arrived on time and in good spirits! They got right to work and were quick and efficient. They were careful with my items and I really appreciated the care they took. Even with a complicated delivery they were great working with me and everything arrived unharmed. My biggest concern was things getting lost and broken throughout the trip. Everything was unloaded fast and I was able to quickly get started with unpacking so much faster than I ever would moving on my own.

Overall the entire team from the beginning of this adventure until the end was great! They were incredibly helpful every step of the way. My stuff was safely delivered within a timely manner. If I were to move again I would reuse this company and even recommend them to my friends and family.
