Complete Failure.

We needed 2 hours of moving labor help- sold to us as "insured and professional". All we needed were big furniture items moved out of a house into a truck.  We didn't receive a call in advance like we were supposed to. Our furniture was not wrapped or moved with care. Numerous scrapes and damages to our walls and furniture. My wife had her 2 rings on top of a piece of furniture that they moved- neither mover said anything to us about them. We found one on the floor and never found the other. This was the worst part of the move. The only good thing was that the two guys put a lot of physical effort in to get done in time.. Elite Moving Labor marketed themselves as insured and professional to us, and they don't even have "OUR MOVERS" they are just subbing out the jobs with zero restitution for damages incurred with their services. .

Moving Made Simple.

We hired Elite moving to help us with our move over 2 days. We needed our truck loaded one day and unloaded the next. The movers showed up on time and loaded our truck quickly and sufficently. They were polite and never stopped working. The next day they called for the unloading and said they were early if it was ok if they came. We were not ready yet but called them when we were and the immediately were there. Again they were professional and sufficent. I will definately be recommending them. It was so much easier and more cost effiecnt then using movers who supply the truck. You pay only for the labored hours needed!

Loading a 22 foot truck from a storage unit.

Hello, I needed these gentlement for about 2 hours to load up the 22 foot truck from a storage unit.  They were right on time, in fact the time range was from noon to 2 pm, and they followed us into the storage unit right at noon.  The gentlemen were friendly and couteous.  It was a joy to see them do their work with ease, professionalism, and care.  I will definitely use this company again.  Thank you.  .

Very Helpful.

I hired Elite Moving Labor LLC to heavy furniture out of my house to make room for a hospital bed for my wife. The movers were on time, extremely polite and very careful. I got this task done quickly, safely and professionally which, a task I could not complete on my own. If I had tried to get family and friends together we would have been forced to wait for days, days we did not have.  I felt such a sense of relief when the job was done.

One bad apple..

The lead guy was very professional but the two other guys acted like they never performed a move or packout before. I specifically asked for mature and experienced pros but I did not get them. One of the mover/packers was over an hour late and we later learned that he had placed some of our tools and equipment in the basement window wells. Apparently, he was going to come back later and take these items. Fortunately, we found them before he came back that night. This same guy was late the 2nd day as well.

Excellent Service.

We used Elite to help us pack our condo in Connecticut into our moving POD. They arrived on time, worked hard and they were able to pack every last item from the condo into the POD.

We settled temporarily in Charlotte and needed Elite movers help us with our move to Myrtle Beach. Once again they arrived on time to our POD location in Charlotte and unpacked the POD into our Uhaul truck, they then followed us to our apartment in Charlotte to pack remaining items into the truck.

Once in Myrtle Beach we hired Elite moving to help us unpack the Uhaul truck into our new house. They were on time and unpacked the truck in record time.

Would highly recommend Elite, every State that we used them in resulted in the same high standards.

Efficient and professional.

The service people were friendly and understood my needs. We had just relocated from Texas to Georgia and only needed help unloading a 26ft truck. Everything in the truck had shifted during the drive so it was a mess. But the guys sent out quickly assessed the situation and got to work. They were quick, friendly, and efficient.

I was surprised by how quickly they were able to unload everything. I expected it would take at least 2-3hrs but they were done within a hour and a half. I would definitely use them again! I called around getting quotes from other companies and chose this one simply due to how reasonable the prices were and how friendly the sales people were.

When the other companies learned I chose Elite Moving Labor over them they quickly became rude, immature and unprofessional and tried to sway me but I'm satisfied with my choice.

Long-distance move from New York to Missouri

Would never use this company again!

The selection of movers to pack my truck in New York City was easy and the crew was very professional. The same can not be said for unloading crew or the how Moving Labor handled the issue. The company I selected in St. Louis did not respond to the initial request and I called Moving Labor (in early May). I was informed that the moving company owner had been in an accident and his wife was going to keep the company going. A week later, I called Moving Labor again and was told they were going to do the job. The crew in New York City texted me right after acceptance of the job in May and again confirmed a couple of days ahead of time (July 17) and stated they were great. However, the unloading company not only did not reach out to confirm but after two days of trying to reach them by phone and email, I was getting concerned on getting my truck unloaded in time to return it. I reached out to friends who were going to take time off to assist (while driving back to St. Louis). I called Moving Labor at 1PM the day before my unloading stating that the unloading company was not responding and was told they would reach out. Within an hour I was told they are not responding, but they have another company that can do the job. By this point, I had no only made multiple calls to Moving Labor over the transition, but had reached out to friends to help. I told Moving Labor that I was no longer interested and I was informed that my cancelation fee was 49.00, because I was canceling less than seven days before the day. Unbelievable!

Definitely Recommend.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!  I was in need of finding moving labor less than one week before I was to move, which I thought would be quite an impossible task, however, Elite Moving Labor was not only able to locate a crew for me, but for the timeframe that I desired.  The individual that I spoke with made it clear as to what services they provide and the items that I would need to have available for the movers (moving truck, furniture pads, etc).  My movers were early and very professional, even with my condo building having them walk through back hallways to get to the truck that I had rented.  They were able to load a two bedroom condo into one truck, saving me time with only having to make one trip.  All of my items arrived at my destination intact and unharmed (including fragile items). I will definitely use this company for any future moving labor needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

1 good set of movers, 1 bad..

It was nice to have a 1 stop shop for movers in 2 states.  Our load team was FABULOUS. Our unload team was HORRIBLE.  Before our move, Elite was great with communication and a last minute change.  However, they outright refused to do anything to compensate us for the horrible service and tardiness of our unloading team. Told us to take it up with the moving company.. If they are willing to hire sub-par contractors and not back their contractors service.. I cannot recommend that people use them!
